Lightoom Classic keeps crashing after using for about 1-10min (windows 11) since upgrading to LRC 14.  I have tried the following uninstalled, rebooted, installed, rebooted..  optimized the catlog updated GPU drivers reset settings to default (alt shift)   [Moved from ‘Bugs’ to ‘Discussions’ by moderator, according to forum rules.]

Hallo zusammenich habe ein Problem mit lightroom. Undzwar stürz mein Lightroom Classic jedes mal ab und hängt sich auf wenn ich mehrere einstellungen vor nehme oder 3 bis 4 masken einfüge. Liegt es an meiner Grafikkarte(16GB Ram)(AMD Ryzen 5 2600 Six-Core), an meinen Einstellungen oder von was kommt das ich habe normalerweise mit hochauflösenden Games keine Probleme aber warum mit Lightroom?MfG Philip

Hi there, I was hoping that LrC crashes go away with the latest update to LrC 14 / 14.01, but that is not the case. Since LrC 13.x the software is almost not usable. I know of many other LrC users having this problem since LrC 13, on Windows 10 at least. I wonder why Adobe is not interested in addressing this fatal error, goes back to LrC 12 to explore what changes might cause the crashes for a year now. Hey Adobe, do you remember us paying for this? Today I experienced the worst scanario possible: When handing over two Fuji -X raw files from the develop module to the export module LrC crashed Windows entirely. The PC did boot again afterwards. Wouldn't I save my work often on the other running programs a lot of work would have just been disappeared. Instead putting most efforts on AI, it would be a very good idea to offer sofware that is running flawlessly in the first place. Kind regards, Thomas Systeminformation:Lightroom Classic-Version: 14.0.1 [

LrC help please!!   My computer forced me to update the other day. It said my catalog would be upgraded in order to access the latest Lightroom. Everything appears to have switched over just fine within my catalog, but I am having syncing issues. LrC will sync with Lr, but something is wrong. Instead of syncing an entire gallery within a few minutes, it only syncs about 10 images and then stops (it continues to say it’s syncing, but it just spins and never changes). If I shut down LrC and reopen, it will start syncing again but only another 10 images or so and then it freezes/stops until I shutdown and reopen again and again. I’ve tried letting it just sit there to do it’s thing and 10 hours later it still hadn’t changed any from where I left it. Has anyone dealt with this before and have suggestions for me? I use Lightroom Classic - 13.5.1  on a macbookpro. I imported apporximately 600 photos but the Address Lookup was not on during import. Each of the 600 photos has  its GPS data. Is there a way to select previously imported photos that have GPS data with blank address data, and have LRC run Address Lookup on them?  Thanks!   {Moved from Lightroom Cloud to Lightroom Classic Forum by Moderator} 

I have lightroom classic cc and photoshop on a MAC.  The last few days when I send a photo to PS from LR (Edit in Photoshop), work on my edits and click "Save" to send it back to LR it shows up with multi colored lines across it.  I've tried redoing it - but it keeps happening.  I'm not doing anything different than before.  What am I missing?  This has never happened before.Obviously I'm not very techinical (sometimes I really miss the darkroom), so if you try to suggest things to try, please explain in a basic manner.Thank you!!

in a collection I  group all exposure Bracketing into a Stacks.  Then sellect all images > File >  Plug-in Extras > Batch Photomatix HDR.  In photomatix I Select: "Grouped into Stacks - Merge the photos in each Stack to HDR"    Then I get a message:" No Stacks Selected The batch couldn't proceed as none of the photos you selected are grouped into Stacks." It is like Stacking in collection are not being recognized.   

Having this problem since the most recent update (14.0.1). If I have already made edits with the remove tool, and then try to do ai denoise, it creates the dng without any of the remove edits I had made.    [Moved from ‘Bugs’ to ‘Discussions’ by moderator, according to forum rules.]

Photos look fine in Library, but become pixelated and colors corrupted in Develop.  Please see attached screen shot.

Hello,    I have had this problem for a long time, my catalog always shows me that it is corrupt. I have already created a new catalog twice and imported them from the old one into the new one. i had to go back to the backup several times and now i always get the error message. why?      

I'm on Lightroom Classic version 12.0.1 on macOS 12.6. When I select two or more images for flat field correction the dialogue appears, when I click OK and start the process nothing happens, no error message appears and no DNG file is created. I tried both with CR3 and with DNG files.

Yesterday 26/10/2024 I opened LR Classic and it updated the catalog because of a recent update. When I came to reopen later in the day, LRC says that that catalog file is corrupt and to use another catalog. Unfortunately after that error message came up, I cannot get LRC to open at all. In desperation I decided to uninstall and I keep being told to close down LRC (which of course is not open so I am unable to do so). I am unable to do anything at all. I've done some troubleshooting by reviewing catalog settings, etc, but of two catalogs, only one shows all the paper size options in the 'Page Setup' section of the Print module. Both catalogs are using the same version of Lightroom Classis on the Same computer using the same printer.  Mac Studio M1 Max 64gb RAMLightroom Classic 14.0.1 ReleaseEPSON_SC_P900_Series - Driver Version 3.0 Is there a catalog specific print configuration or settings section that I'm missing? 

Hallo,kurz nach dem Start friert mein Lightroom classic 14.0.1 ein. Die nächst äletere Version macht die gleichen Probleme. Auf eine noch ältere Version kann ich nicht gehen, da sont mein Katalog nicht mehr erkannt wird.Gibt es da ein allgemeines Problem? Auch bei Photoshop (26.0) und der Creativ Cloud können meine Bibliotheken nicht mehr gefunden werden.

Since I downloaded the latest version of LR CC (14.0.1) (Mac Studio - OS Sequoia v 15.0.1) the Remove tool is not working correctly. No matter which image I use the remove tool always leaves a faint image of the object. Even if I run the remove tool a second or third time the ghost image remains. Please fix this bug. Thanks.

When trying to remove an object with visually discontinuous pieces, LR shows variations for just the first brush stroke, not for additional non-contiguous strokes. This makes it hard to follow Adobe's recommendation for removing rather than replacing objects: "Remember that removing an object means painting over it, its shadow, its reflection, and any non-contiguous pieces. If you leave behind a shadow, a reflection, or a disconnected piece (e.g., a hand on a shoulder), the AI will attempt to create something to cast the shadow, reflect, or complete the unbrushed discontinuous item." The workaround is to select all the discontinuous pieces with a single brush stroke and then use refining Subtracts to remove the areas you don't want replaced. To reproduce on LR 13.4 (see the attached screen recording): 1. I am MAC OS 15. Lightoom classic 14.0.1 and Photoshop 2025. When I right click on "edit to photoshop 2025" the image does not open in PS 2025. I get the error messages below. I upgraded to macos Monterey and now LR Classic will not open. I tried signing out and in in Creative Cloud. I restarted my computer. I get message "verifying LR Classic" but it still will not open.     {Thread title edited by moderator}

I updated my windows 10 laptop today to lightroom classic and now the app will not open, when I click on open I get a spinning disc for a fraction of a second and then nothing else happens, I have tried uninstall and reinstall and still no good, I have tried run the program exe direct from the folder and again nothing.Anyone have any ideas I really need access to my edits

Hello,I add captions and Hierarchical Subjects to .ARW photos that are correctly saved to .XMP sidecars. When I export them to .JPG, some Hierarchical Subjects are always lost. Someone please talk me off the ledge.  I have a Dell Precision T3610, six core Intel CPU, 56 GB ram, running the latest Windows 10 with a Nvidia GTX 1050.  I make part of my living with photography and spend a lot of time in Lightroom Classic.  I'm an Adobe CC user and all my apps are on the latest version. At random times the screen will go black.  The server has not crashed, as if I have something playing in a web browser the sound will continue.The only solution is to hold the power button in until the power turns off.  After boot, the system will work for some random amount of time before the screen goes black again. I've done a lot of googling on this, and it appears to be a common problem with Lightroom Classic or Photoshop and nvidia graphics cards. The suggested solutions are often impractical or seem unlikely to affect the problem.  (a) update your drivers.  The always say to do this.  My drivers are the latest available.&
