I have the Photo Subscription for LRC and Photoshop.  How many uses per month do I get to use the REMOVE TOOL FROM FIREFLY with the AI box checked.  I heard the Adobe sent out a letter/email explaining all this but neither Adobe support or my email shows that I ever got it.  Did anyone out ther get it???

I understand that Lightroom Classic runs through an Intel emulator on Microsoft Surface 7 laptops since they use an ARM processor.  Apparantly Lightroom hasn't been updated to use ARM. However Photoshop can use the ARM processor.  But now, when I make initial edits in Lightroom and want to jump to Photoshop from there it doesn't directly connect. Is there some way to have Lightroom "find" Photoshop that I'm not aware of?

My raw files are stored in folders by date taken: eg. 2025_7_24.  After processing in Lightroom I've exported them back to the same directory with a slight name change.  Lightroom still has instructions to 'export into same folder as original photo.  Recently Lightroom has started exporting to a new folder: eg 2025-7-24....using hyphens instead of underscores.  I'm at a loss how to g

Hello, I purchased Adobe Lightroom 6 many years ego and I have a valid serial number. I'm now trying to reinstall it on a new windows 11 computer from the original CD, but the installation keeps asking for an Adobe account login, even though I am not using Creative Cloud.I just want to activate the perpetuall license I paid for.Please help me unlock the software. I believe this is not fair for a product I legally purchased.Thank youAlessandro

My normal workflow is to open images in lightroom, and then if I want to make changes, right click and select edit in photoshop. I have now downloaded photoshop beta but I can't find a similar way to send images from lightroom to PS beta. right clicking dosen't give it as an option and if I go to preferences (as suggested) it can't seem to find the PS beta app as an alternative. I am just looking for a simple way of sending images from lightroom to PS beta - and ideally be given the option of what version of PS i want the image to go to

As in the title, I am importing say 5000 RAW files from a hard drive (done a million times) and am only seeing say 4500 images imported but there is clearly 5000 chosen to import. Moving over to another computer - the import works from the same drive just fine.Any ideas whats happening on one comp?many thanks

I'm on mac and I'm experiencing a weird green tint to my images when working with the merge-to-hdr function. I haven't changed anything in my screen's profile, or anything else, besides updating to latest build of the OS( Sequoia). See attached screenshots. After looking at another post with a simliar issue, I did check the histogram, which does seem to be oddly green in the highlights. Any ideas why this is suddenly happening? 

Hi.   I am using LrC V14.0.1 on a mac, and it seems like I cannot revert an image back to the original. Even after resetting the image, there is still a big difference between the before and after.     The above screenshot was taken after I reset the image. Is there any way that I can get the original back, because I prefer that edit over the non-edited 'after' image.   Thanks!

after I edited images with photoshop from literoom classic, it's save to lite room classic for a couple of hours or a day, but next day when I reopen literoom classic, all the photos that I edited with photoshop are gone, literoom shows as error.  file could not be found.  what should I do? 

I imported 45 raw files this morning, went through a dozen or so the sme as I have with thousands before in the past 10 years - now, for no apparent reason the Edit In menu under Photo is entirely greyed out...I see this was asked in 2016 and the answer had to do with smart previews, but again, this same batch of files (which were converted to dngs by DxO PureRAW, also part of my normal workflow) was working fine until an hour ago. I have restarted the MacBook as well as quit and restarted LRC, to no avail. MacBook Pro M3 on Sequoia 15.5LRC v 14.4 Thanks for any insights 

Hello, I'm new to this community and I'm hoping someone can help me. I purchased Lightroom 3.2 over 10 years ago and had it on my old computer. During that time, apparently Adobe updated it to 5.3, then 5.6, and finally 5.7.1. I installed the original 3.2 on my new computer and I'd like to get it updated just as the old computer was. I fired up the old computer and found the installation files for 5.3, 5.6, and 5.7.1 that had been downloaded from Adobe but when I installed 5.7.1 it asks for a serial number. I used my 3.2 number but it didn't work. Does anybody know how I can get it to work, like it did on my old computer? I still have the old computer if I need to search for a particular file that needs to be copied to the new one. Thanks for any help you can give me. I know I'll eventually have to go the subscription route but I'd rather not just yet.

All the since the previous LRC update I have noticed my LRC generally misbehaving.  Its slowed down, lags, and generally mishbehaving.  I have tried adding my catalog and previews to a flash external drive, I have tried rebuilding the catalog, I have tried different configurations for the graphics card etc.  But its getting pretty old now not having a consitent software tool.  I need to count on the speed and efficieny of LRC.  For example I will select an image with edits and paste the previous version edits to the selected photo and the button depresses but nothing happens.  Its like the system ignores the selection.  I  will repress the button and then it works after a lag.  This phantom issue is not consistent and can be with several LRC features.  The catalog scrolls smoothly but the edits and various features are laggy or require a second selection.  I have stopped sync and tried lots of different trouble shooting ideas.&nbsp

Can someone recommend professional help to find my LR catalog files.  I had to reinstall windows and LR and now I can't find my current catalog.  And yes, I've done a search on *.lrcat.  

Once I had a photo where it created a halo/ghosting effect to the side of a person giving her a second transparent outline, at first I thought I had a copy of a smart mask not recalculated, but I checked, no masks in this photo. It was even visible in the small preview.I have it turning a black jeans into a blue jeans. Anyone else noticed some funny stuff with Adaptive Profiles? 

Running Lightroom Classic Ver. 14.4.Nikon D7500Windows 11 Home Ver. 24H2Windows, Lightroom, and the Display Drivers are all the latest versions.When I use the Denoise feature, the image comes out completely messed up. Editing this photo in raw:Denoise feature gave this result:I tried a number of photos, and also got the same result on an old photo that successfully denoised with a older version of LrC.My workflow is Import>Develop>Denoise. I get no error messages. The denoise result looks the same in LrC as it does after I export the image as well.I saw some previous posts that said lightroom didn't like dual GPUs, so I also tried disabling UHD Graphics 630. that did not help. And I reset my preferences. Estaba editando un trabajo de 300 fotos, cerre Lightroom y cuando lo volvi a abrir todos los ajustes que habia realizado no estan mas (si las voy viendo van desapareciendo los ajustes realizados) Solo de esa ultima importacion y no toque ni cambie preferencias ni nada.Agradezco si alguien me puede ayudar a ver esos ajustes.Saludos

When I download pictures into LRC they are noticeably less sharp than than when viewed in PS???? Why and how to fix.  Intel & Nvidia graphic cards have both been upgraded.  

Mac OS 12.2.1LR Classic 11.2 Camera Raw 14.2Nikon D750 I set the White Balance in camera to 5880K. After import into LR Classic and using the Adobe Standard or Adobe Color profile the LRC White Balance is displayed as 6100 under the As Shot setting of the Develop Module. Nowhere in the LRC accessible metadata I can find a dataset about the in camera settings. Using e.g. the Nikon NX Studio software the White Balance is correctly shown as "Original Value (Color Temp. (5880K, 0, 0) which is for me an indicator that this information is available in the RAW file but not processed by LRC.  I can confirm this behaviour for imported files from an SD card as well as using Tethered Capture function of the software. Here is a table of in camera values and LRC which shows the difference across the White Balance range of the camera. This is easy to replicate and I am therefore not attaching files.  My expectation for the software is that the true in camera settin

Eu tive que formatar o meu Windows e reinstalar todo o pacote Adobe, mas quando abro o Lightroom, ocorre um erro e ele fecha o programa automaticamente. Isso se repete. Busquei ajuda, recebi uma mensgaem para apagar o ítem CURRENT da pasta do programa catalog-name.lrcat-data.Mas não adiantou.

Recently, while editing files on LRC, Lightroom seems to "cough" and stall....afterwards, LRC shows all the files in the folder I was working are gone. I am unable to reimport the files into the respective sub-directory. Running Windows 11 and the most recent copy of LRC. Any ideas?

To the Adobe team, I would like to formally request the reintroduction of a feature that existed in previous versions of Lightroom Classic and was incredibly useful: the option for the masking tool to remember and maintain the last-used adjustment. In the current versions, every time I stop using the masking tool, it reverts to "Custom." This forces me to open the presets menu and manually select my last favorite adjustment, over and over again. While it may seem like a small, additional step, for photographers who work with series of thousands of photos and apply multiple mask adjustments per image, this repetitive clicking results in a considerable loss of time and a frustrating workflow interruption. I understand the new masking tool is powerful, but this minor loss of efficiency significantly impacts my productivity. Please, seriously consider re-including this option so the tool can "remember" the last-used adjustment, or at least offer the option to configure it this way. I am co

Hallo, ich glaube ich habe ein Problem mit meinem Laptop und komme nicht weiter.Ich besitze seit letztes Jahr einen Laptop mit Intel i9 14900HX CPU sowie GeForce RTX4070 oder 4080 Gpu (bin mir gerade nicht sicher). Problem ist folgendes:Beim Exportieren, taktet die CPU nicht hoch. In Lightroom steht bei der Taktung auch nur 2,3GHZ.Es macht keinen Unterschied, ob ich bei den Exporteinstellungen GPU nutze oder automatisch hinterlegt lasse. Gibt es irgendwelche Einstellungen, damit Lightroom die max. Performance nutzt? Kann so etwas durch den Umzug alter/neuer PC verursacht worden sein, dass die alten CPU Werte irgendwo hinterlegt sind?
