Hello, I have previously used lightroom's free 7-day trail and decided today that i wanted to use it again. I signed up for the 20gb Photography plan (which inlcudes both Lightroom and Photoshop) and when i start up Lightroom now it says i need to renew my subscription in order to use it when i've already subscribed to it. Hi,I use Lightroom 5.3 desktop on windows. When I have edited a picture and added a mask, I cannit work out how to exporte it with the mask. It seems to reset to the original and I cannit download the edited picture. What am I doing worng? TX for helpingHenk

my phone version is not compatible with the macbook version. The reason is that the phone has the latest update, and if I edit from the phone later and transfer it to the Macbook, the adaptive profiles disappear, because they are not on the Macbook. And here's the reason - I can't update Lightroom to the latest version because my mac is no longer supported and there are no recent system updates, so I can't update Lightroom.What to do then? I have a 2015 Mac and macOS is no longer available for it.

Hey Rikk,    I've finally restored all of my photos, but I wanted to bring another issue I've noticed to your attention. When attempting to download them from the web version, every attempt to open the zip files (limited to exporting 1000 at a time), comes back as corrupt. Since I can't risk using the desktop version either, this severely limits my ability to sell photos. 

Hello everyone, I accidentally deleted my Lightroom library from my Mac and lost all the presets I had saved and created within the software. However, I just discovered that my presets are still visible when I log into Lightroom Web with my account. Now, I need help figuring out how to restore or sync these presets back to Lightroom on my Mac desktop. I have tried:• Logging into Lightroom CC on my Mac to see if they sync automatically (they didn’t).• Looking for an option to download the presets directly from Lightroom Web, but I couldn’t find one. Does anyone know how I can get my presets back into my desktop Lightroom? Any help would be greatly appreciated! Thanks in advance!

6 months of usage and I have always been amazing at how it recognizes people (even groups of people in sports teams) and can separate backgrounds and subjects.   Suddenly it will not recognize anything?   Please help. Version 8.2 x 64 updated Feb 1, 2025.  This is an example of a picture that it won't recognize the wrestler or ref.   I went back to images I was able to use masks on previously and they won't work either.  UGH

Hi. I'm having a problem with Lightroom. When I use the Apple Pencil 2 on the iPad Mini 6, and turn the sliders, I constantly lose hold of these sliders, at different times, as if I had removed the Pencil. For example, let's say I take the "Exposure" slider and start moving it without releasing the Pencil, and within 3-6 seconds it stops moving, as if I had lifted the Pencil. At first I thought something was wrong with my device, BUT! If I open any other tool, such as masks, and start drawing a mask, Pencil does not reset its guidance, and it guides it perfectly all the time. It turns out that this bug manifests itself exclusively in those places where there are sliders.

When looking at Lightroom community i see the social network aspect of it, people sharing photos, people remixing, saving presets, upvoting, etc. I want to get involved too and post my best works there. But is there a way to customize what name i would be sharing publicly as? Right now in Lr and LrC, in my library it shows my full name as that's the name on my adobe account, but i don't want that to be the public name i share photos to the Lightroom community. Is there a way to choose your community name before sharing a photo from lightroom?

Gostaria que o app fosse mais estavel no copiar colar presets e gostaria que tivesse um menu específico para os desvio cromático, estou tendo isso em umas fotos e não consigo resolver com a opção simples que existe no app. Sujiro que se possível ajustem a IA generativa para resolver esses problemas 

I shared an album with a friend. Set it to "Anyone can view" and "allow jpg download".She downloaded pictures but they don't appear in her downloads folder. She has an iPhone, I have a Samsung.I tried the link myself and it worked for me.

When trying to edit in Photoshop from lightroom, the image doesn't get sent to PS and I just encountered the issue after updating. PS opens when I click the command but after that lightroom just has the progress bar at around 75% and doesn't export to PS to edit.

Lightroom doesn’t display the images preview when I’m try to importa photos of my Nikon Z6 III, I'm using the latest available version on February 28, 2025.  Lightroom display a grey square for each image in my camera memory   I have this issue in iPhone and iPad, the MacOS version works.

I have tried everything to fix this issue as I really do not want all my hard work to be for nothing, I had uploaded some footage to lightroom to color grade them, and everything was fine in lightroom, viewing the videos, etc. Until I exported them and they happened to look like this on every single video, some flickering black, white, and even green sometimes, Im not sure why lightroom is corrupting these videos on export, but I did it on my phone, edited in lightroom, same videos, and they came out no problem. Not sure what to make of this, if anyone has any clue on how to fix this please lmk. 

In Lightroom 14.2 (Classic), I get an error message every time I try to export a jpeg with lens blur.  Error message says "There was an unknown error. (1)."  If I remove lens blur from the picture, export works fine.  What do I need to do as I need to export a jpeg version of this photo with lens blur?  Thanks.

after exporting one of the photos i took, i noteced this gray boxes appearing when i export it as full size, but when i export it as small, they are all gone, and this is happening only in this photo, it happens in both, cloud and local exportation, and at any quality and type of file.can someone help?(tried changing every single option in the export tab, exporting from the cloud, chanching to performance mode of the GPU and even re-installing the lightroom(not classic)

I really enjoy using Lightroom (cloud), but we need the capability to "edit in" Photoshop at 300dpi.  I do a lot of enlarging and printing, so this is a major issue.  Its forcing me to use Lighroom Classic just for this featuer.  This is a total pain because I really want to edit on my cloud account.  

I want to download "lightrooom for my ipad" for ipadOS But I can't install it because they require version 17.0 but I use the old version of ipad. The thing worth mentioning here is that my light mobile version is not working, because they asked me to download the lightroom version for ipad. What should I do in this case?

Hello, After restoring the backup of the broken iPhone 11 with iOS 18.2 (display damage) to the other iPhone 12 Pro with iOS 18.2, I noticed that the app no longer starts and displays the error “19650929”. I can no longer access the pictures saved in the LR mobile app. So, actually Lightrooms Mobile (iOS) doen't start. I did restarts, but unfortunately no change. I have also tried offloading the app, but no change either. I haven't deleted and reinstalled the app yet because I don't want to lose the pictures. Lightroom Mobile (iOS) Version: 10.1.1OS Version: iOS 18.2 (iPhone 12 Pro) Any ideas? Thanks!

Hallo  ich nutze das Cloud Abo von Lightroom mit Photoshop auf Mac alles neuste Versionen. ich würde gerne ein Focusstacking ausführen dazu wähle ich in Lightroom Cloud alle Fotos an, dann ist aber die Option in Photoshop bearbeiten nicht anwählbar. Nur ein Foto angewählt, dann geht es.  Geht das nur bei Lightroom Classic ? Das wär ja ein absoluter Witz.  Bitte um Hilfe ....😉   [Mod: Moved to the appropriate Lightroom ecosystem forum]  

I want to be able to search a large collection of photos in Lightroom CC Mobile on my iPhone. I have spent years assigning keywords to my photos in Lightroom Classic CC. If I sync Lightroom CC to my desktop Lightroom Classic CC, will all my keywords pass through and be usable for me to search with on my iPhone?
