I have an older preset which applies the "Adobe Standard B&W" profile.  Otherwise, it does not show up in the profile list or browser.  How can I find that profile to apply to other images?

Hi! I'm trying to migrate my photos from Lightroom CC to Lightroom Classic and i'm wondering if there's any way to migrate while also keeping my existing folder/subfolder structure? I can only find a way to migrate that sorts my images into YYYY/MM folders.    All help is appreciated! 

Hi... the result of export video is quite different from the effect shown in lightroom mobile when editing. What you get is different from what you see while editing. Any suggestion on this issue? Anyone, please help.

My Sony camera uses a simple profile called ‘Colour’ for videos. The profile is also available on my desktop, but it is missing in Lightroom Mobile (Android), so that an error is always displayed when the video is opened (profile missing). How can I import the profile, where can I find the corresponding file?

Guten Abend zusammen,bin eigentlich ein absoluter Adobe-Fan und hab mir deshalb das CC-Abo geholt.Ich muss leider sagen, ich bereue es.Als ich in Lightroom meinen gesamten Foto-Ordner importieren wollte habe ich nicht gesehen, dass das direkt in die Cloud hochgeladen wird.Leider war Lightroom wohl nicht schlau genug einfach nur das zu synchronisieren was der Cloud-Speicher hergibt sondern hat das ganze erst nach 106GB "gestoppt" (oder sowas in der Art)Das Problem ist jetzt, dass diese 106GB als verbrauchter Cloud-Speicher gelten, die Dateien aber NIRGENDWO in irgendeiner Bibliothek auftauchen (nein auch nicht in den Papierkörben).Lightroom hat die Synchronisation abgebrochen und es ist auch nichts mehr von den Dateien zu sehen.Die einzige Stelle an der ich Dateien sehe, ist auf der Adobe Startseite unter "Zuletzt verwendet". Klicke ich hier auf eine dieser Dateien wird die Lightroom Webapp geladen mit der Mitteilung "Synchronisierung der Datei "xxx" wurde nicht fertiggestellt. Öffnen S

Wenn ich in der ios App von Lightroom Objekte entferne, bleibt das eigentliche Objekt immer als weißer Schatten zurück. Es gibt keine Möglichkeit, diesen zu entfernen. Hi all,In my personal laptop I have been able to use AI masks (to detect the subject in the picture, for example), in the web version of Ligthroom wiht no problem, just like on the phone's app. However, I couldn't do the same on the work laptop; I can get into the album, open a picture ans apply regular masks, but when it comes to AI masks, a message pops up indicating that there was and error and suggesting to try the instruction again later. How come? To add a bit of context: the work computer runs within the corporate network, which is pretty restrictive in terms of cibersecurity when it comes to browsing... So, does de AI masks use "something special" that could be considered as an inappropiate for the company's firewall? For example, I know for a fact that through the work laptop one cannot access Onedrive, Googledrive, Dropbox.... (cloud storage services). Thanks in advance for reading me!Toni.

After the most recent Lightroom version 7.4.1 on mobile, the Discover "For you" page does not refresh with new content. All daily inspiration, featured, and trending in communiy edits does not really change. This doesn't provide any variety in the edits shown and prevents any exposure for new photographers images and edits. As someone who frequents the Discover tab, I would like to see updates to see more refresh for inspiration.

Abaixo segue um exemplo do que está acontecendo:Quando eu importo as imagens que tirei com a câmera (que sem edição, estão identicas a imagem exportada ao lado), ela aparece no lightroom nesse formato, escuro, com bastante contraste, o que me impede de ter uma precisão na edição da imagem.Estou tentando resolver isso a um tempo, mas não encontro ninguém falando algo similar a esse problema na internet, em forúns como este. Fico agradecido desde já com a ajuda que vier.

According to my Lightroom CC web-based application, I have over 81,000 photos. I know for a fact I have many duplicates and part of that reason might have been a bug in Adobe cloud that duplicated a lot of customer photos. but I didn't know how many. So I download it my photos from Adobe cloud to my hard drive on my MacBook Pro. I ran a duplicate photo finder. I forget the name, but it's very highly rated. It's found over 23,000 duplicates and it gave me a list of what each one was located. Naturally, they they were located in the folder where the downloaded photos from Adobe cloud replaced. so I have a dilemma. I have searched and searched for a way that I could access my Adobe cloud, photos, and search for duplicates and delete duplicates. It seems simple, however, I am not a software engineer. Although I am not a professional, I need to access my photos from my. Desktop and my laptop. Unless I can think of a way, my only option would be to go to Milio which I don't want to do. 

When trying to edit my photos they just don't render in. I've tried everything. Reinstalling, installing older versions, restarting my computer, and signing out and in of adobe. This is for all my photos, even ones that I previously could edit are no longer rendering in (they open fine outside the app). Everything seems to work its just the actual photo that isn't appearing once opened in lightroom.   [moved from bugs to discussions according to the community rules - Mod.]

The client proofing icon at the bottom of lightroom.adobe.com seems to have disappeared. Does this feature no longer exist? It caused a major problem following a photo shoot yesterday as my client was expecting the same gallery in which they could tick their selections.lightroom.adobe.com isn't working at all at the moment (not loading) so I can't check again today.I can't find any support or instruction material, only YouTube tutorials, so perhaps it's been killed.If that's the case I'll be very disappointed. Lightroom needs the feature! 

I had a drobo for my photography workflow. The company went backrupt and Macs no longer work with their system (the external drive does not even show up when connected). I have a backup external drive with all my photos, but I'm not sure how I can restore it in lightroom given I can no longer access my original Drobo. In short, i need to make my backup drive my main drive now. I appreciate any help / tips.

Hola.Tengo lightroom mobile y presenta error en la barra de regulador. Ésta se desliza con gran dificultad hacia la derecha e izquierda. La sencibilidad de la tablet está bien, porque tengo google fotos y puedo editar con mucha facilidad es esa aplicación. Ya he disinstalado e instalado la app tres veces y el resultado es el mismo.Alguien puede ayudarme a resolver dicho problema?Gracias.

Precisam melhorar a importação do LR mobile.Pouco otimizada! E também melhorar o layout para tablets android.Seria ótimo ter uma barra de navegação com as fotos do album durante a edição! 

I have no idea what is happening but my lightroom will open and within a few secconds shut itself down forcing me to quit the app and try again. If it loads in properly I can only sort through images and add a preset because when I go to edit images it wont let me scroll down the tool bar past the color section. Any help would be appreciated!

Hi guys! I recently purchased some lightroom mobile presets (I don't have paid desktop subscription, just the free phone app) and I was told they would sync to my new phone. However I logged into my account and they aren't there, Does anyone know how to get them onto my new phone? Thanks in advance 🙏

Hi everyone,I’m facing an issue in Lightroom where I can’t save my edits. The error message says: "Could not save your edits. The photo might have been renamed, moved, or deleted. Please re-open the photo and try again.Has anyone encountered this error before? How can I fix this?

Hi,I love Lightroom Mobile, but the blurry transition when switching between before and after views is distracting and hurting my eyes. Is there an option to turn this off?

When syncing a large catalog (downloading all originals), Lightroom uses more and more memory (60 GB or more) until the entire system crashes. This problem occurs on multiple M1 Macs that I've tried. The computers all have at least 16 GB of RAM.  I've tried disabling GPU support, and I've reduced the cache size to the recommended 10 GB, but the problem remains. My catalog is on an external hard drive, not part of any cloud syncing. I've tried deleting and creating the catalog fresh, but the problem persists. The problem does not happen on computers that are already synced. The problem happens on both MacOS Sonoma and Ventura. 

Hi,I've been searching for an answer to this question but I can't find anything useful.I added a demo pack of RNI Films 5 profiles and they now appear in the profiles list within Lightroom CC as seen in this screen shot:              How do I delete those RNI Films profiles from my Lightroom CC account?I've tried right click but it just gives me the option to hide.I've tried the Manage Profiles option but again I can only hide them.I've tried deleting them from the following directory:/Users/<username>/Library/Application Support/Adobe/CameraRaw/Settings/ There doesn't seem to be a way to get rid of them in Lightroom CC, does anyone know if this is possible or have Adobe overlooked this one? The reason I want to delete them is because when I use Lightroom on my iPhone or iPad they are not hidden and there is no option to hide them even if i've selected to hide them in Lightroom CC on my MacBook. 

It looks like something with Lightroom is incorrectly processing Samsung s23 ultra expert raw photos. They now immediately turn green when opened in Lightroom. This was not the case before. The bottom are photos that were done before and the top are what happens to them now.
