I only require Lightroom for some months. Not all, so I don't want to pay for the entire year.But I don't see a monthly subscription option at checkout.          And to confirm, paying "Yearly, billed monthly" will land me cancellation charges when I cancel in the second month(when I don't need it anymore), right?

Issue: AI Denoise right side purple/red vertical lines in dark photos for CanonLightroom version: 7.2 x64 [ 20240214-0910-27200e9 ] (Feb 14 2024)OS Version Number: Windows 10 Home (2009)Steps to reproduce: Upload a dark or underexposed RAW photo Use the AI Denoise Tool (The issue for me existed with any range from 1-100) Right side of photo will have vertical purple/red lines. It is more visible if exposure is increased.Expected result: No purple vertical lines/bands on right side of photoActual result: Purple vertical lines/bands on right side of photo I also tested with other properly exposed pictures, and the purple bands do not show up when the picture is well lit. The right side vertical lines show up in a pitch black picture as well as an underexposed picture with a little light. I took the images with a Canon EOS R6mII. I would like to import data from a csv into Lightroom, and there seems to be very little information about this. Basically, I would like to import star ratings from a different piece of software into LR. Anyone have a solution for this?

I was unexpectedly logged out of my account and now I can't log in through my phone. Every time I try, I get an error message saying 'Unable to sign in with Google at this time, try after some time.' However, I was able to log in through another phone, but I had to sign up again. all my progress, presets, and pictures are GONE. I had many pictures of memories spanning over 2 years, and now they are all lost.

It seems that almost every other photo that I have edited resets all of my edits and gives me a Waiting for Settings error that I have no idea how to fix. It would be extremely appreciated if someone could help me figure this problem out.

All of my other applications with Adobe are working, including lrC but my newer version of lightroom is giving me an error notice when I open it. "Your lightroom build has expired". Is there a way I can fix this?

Thisis very strange.   I have several Mac's MacBook Pro, imac 24 and my editing MAc Studio.   All my files are syncing perfectly on MacBook Pro and iMac24. But the same files are not syncing on Mac Studio. It says "original file on cloud cannot be synced".   the problem is only on a MAc Studio.Why?   [moved from bugs to discussions according to the community rules - Mod.]

Has anyone who uses Adobe had issues with logging in on your laptop recently? I have tried for a couple of days now and it keeps saying it's a connection issue or can't reach my subscription. I have internet connection and checked it and my payments have gone through. If anyone has had this problem, please let me know. I have a Lenovo which, obviously, runs on Windows.

I was uploading photos from my memory card to my iPad Lightroom as I have been doing without problem. Suddenly the screen flashed and the app was gone with the 'message cannot launch the app'. I have a few thousand photos (wildlife) that are stored in the Lightroom cloud. If I delete the app and then re install will my photos be safe? (I just installed the app a couple of weeks ago. I can access the photos through the web version).iPad version 17.4 I think.

I started by using Lightroom but have since moved all my photos to LR classic on an external hard drive. .  Now can I delete photos from LR to free up cloud space and just use it to remotely sync to LR classic?

Hello, I have tried to share the whole album with people and it won't share the whole album. I have tried the link and email. It won't share the whole album maybe just a few photos or states no photos in the album. It says enable and everything. I have tried everything, but I don't know what to do. Please help

Hello  I recently downloaded and purchased Lightroom Cloud on my Samsung S23+ and on my Windows desktop.  I have found only one Youtube tutorial for Lightroom cloud and that is 6 years old and is slightly out of date. Es importante poder maniobrar en la zona que desenfoca, hay detalles donde aun no reconoce la profundidad y desenfoca zonas equivocadas. Ojala se pudiesen acomodar manualmente esos detalles. 

I want to upgrade Adobe Cloud, but I follow the instructions of clicking on Manage Plans. I don't have the upgrade option. Running of space on Lightroom

In previous version on iPad I could touch the bar on the right and quickly scroll through the images. In the latest update, the bar is thinner and have no feedback when touched and trying to swipe up an down. Scrolling through images takes forever without this option. Is there a workaround for this?

I use Lightroom on iPad and connect my camera to offload my pics. This work perfectly on fortunately sometimes photo get suck on an infinite upload ( they stay in progress) when I check on my other devices in deed I am missing 3 photos! I restarted my iPad Lightroom etc nothing fixes it! Any idea how to fix this ? 

HI, I used to have LR Classic on my PC, I now use a Macbook.  All my LR Cloud images are now importing onto my Macbook, 1000's of them in Mobile downloads... I'm gonna run our of space soon... Why has it imported everything into Classic? What I want to do is import a days shoot into Classic, create a collection after editing then sync that collection with LRCloud...  which is what I did before. I can't understand why I now have all my Cloud images importing under a folder called From Lightroom, and storing a copy can I turn this off? I still want to sync collections at my chosing? Ta 

I am having a problem with Lightroom crashing whilst doing masking edits. Always after about one minute.  I have attempted the following to resolve - re-boot iPad, re-launch Lightroom, do an edit on Lightroom Classic (using same image). No success. My iPad is the Pro 9.7, using ios 16.7 (not eligible for ios 17).  My iPhone, with the same version of ios, has the same problem.  This functionality is vital to my workflow, as I use the pencil for fine detail.

macOS Sonoma 14.2.1Lightroom CC 7.2 When I going back and forth between TIFF and RAW/DNG images on the Detail GUI, the Temperature and Tint settings are unexpectedly changed.The attached video reproduces it.

I use Lightroom mobile on my desktop (not classic) to edit all my photos and recently have had issues with saving photos. They save to both my Mac and external hard drive just fine, but when I go to upload it to an online gallery to send to my clients (I use pixieset) they say error or are unable to download. I always save as jpeg and have tried small, large size and custom sizing. Sometimes it will upload like 4 or 5 photos and not the rest. And it's not a space issue with pixieset because I have deleted and tried uploading other photos. I tried a free trial of pic-time but it did the same thing. SOS please and thank you in advance because I need to get some galleries out this weekend! 

Lately I've been having syncing issues with the cloud on my mac. Currently I have 5 pictures that are stuck and its been over an hour and its still trying to sync. Yesterday I had the same issue and I deleted another set of pictures and reimported them and it worked. I deleted the 5 pictures and reimported them and nothing is working. So I'm at a loss why this is happening again? This just started a week ago. This is very frustrating and I'm looking for solitions
