I have a lot of pictures (3100) that I'd like to process through "enhancement tool". But memory seems to be a large issue while I cannot deal with it and the only workaround seems to process all images by chunk (150) by hand! Put all my pics on an external drive (4Tb), got 3100 pic to process with enhancement, at approximately 150 computer RAM begin to saturate, process does become WAAYYYY much slower (from 12s to 60 per image using a RTX3060) and then at 630 the free space (150Gb) of my main drive is saturated and I can't continue processing. Ligthroom is then unreachable, got to restart it, 26Gb of generated image have been in file name order (file (1), file (12), file (13), file (2)...) while the program show you the files in the windows file name order (file (1), file (2), file (10) file (11)...). Which means that I cannot take appart the rest of the files not yet processed (and capture order does not help since you do not choose processing order). So I have to process it by c

Hallo zusammen,  ich denke ich habe einen Fehler in der Software gefunden, sobald ich Fotos mit einem voreingestellten preset importiere und diese bearbeiten möchte, ist der Nullpunkt der Schieberegler nach einem dollepklick, nicht mehr bei "0" sondern bei "-9999,99". Zwei Screenshots im Anhang, einmal nach dem importieren und einmal nachdem ich doppelt auf den Schieberegler "Belichtung" getippt habe. Dies erschwert meine Bearbeitung sehr, ist das eine Einstellungssache oder ein Bug? Vielen DankM.Bak  

I have been ujsing Literoom for years, I loggin in this eveing and EVERY SINGLE PHOTO I uploaded is gone... Years of work just gone.... Can anyone help me? I am sick to my stomach

Good morning.the last LR update was not working . assistance from Adobe asked me to delete some pictures from web platform and some files on local.i was overriding the amount of space online, yet on my pc it was working and i could manage my pictures.when update installed, the program was stucked and once i could re - open it all the pictures which where not syncornized were lost.Is there any way to recover them in the local files?thanks a lot for help 

All of my photos are now loading with this weird ghosting or artifact, even unedited ones. Any help with what this is called or how to fix it would be greatly appreciated. Please see attached photos for an example.

I'm attempting to create a focus stacked image from several photos that I took. I've brought the images into lightroom and made my adjustments, but I can't seem to select all of the images and edit them in photoshop as layers as the edit in menu is grayed out when I attempt to export multiple images (this happens with both RAW and JPEG images). Does anyone know of any work around besides having both clasic and cloud installed on my computer?Replication steps:1) load images into lightroom2) Select mulitple images from my albumExpected Behavior- Edit In Photoshop menu should be able to be selected and I can choose to open the images as layers in photoshopCurrent Behavior- Edit In menu option is grayed out and I cannot export my images as layers in photoshop. This feature works in Lightroom Classi, but not on the cloud verion. 

Does anyone know what this message is and how to correct it?

IPad Pro 11 (2nd Generation) 128gb (56gb free) iOS 17.4.1 Lightroom v9.2.21TB plan with 15% free cloud space Since about 2 months ago (March 2024), when I search for certain items in "All photos" (e.g. "landscape" or "animal" or "car"), the app would show me the selection, but when I try to tap on any item to open it, it either freezes and doesn't respond to any other comand (without opening the required photo), or - most of the times - it simply crashes when trying to access any of the found photos. This happens to any search that returns more than 2000 items or so. It doesn't happen if the search returns around 1000 photos or less. But this was not the case before. It's a bug that appeared recently. I've already uninstalled and reinstalled the app, hoping that it will solve the issue. But it didn't.  I don't have the same issue on the iPhone (12), where I can open with no issue items from searches that return more than 10000 results. &nbsp

For some reason, when I import photos to lightoom mobile, all my exif data is lost. This means when I sync with desktpo lightroom I also get no exif data. This is very annoying! The problem only occurs when photos are in HEIC format. JPG retains all exif info. If I copy the photos directly off the phone, or use the inbuilt cloud sync, all exif info is retained, and can be imported to desktop lightroom. When viewing photos in lightroom mobile, all exif information is missing. "no exif information". Again, JPG photos have no such problem, but I'd rather not use jpg and waste phone space. There is an option in the system to "remove location data" when sharing, but this is turned off, as well as any other settings that might strip exif data when sharing photos. Phone info:Xiaomi 12S UltraAndroid 12 , MIUI 13.0.9 (latest)Lightroom mobile 7.5.1 (latest) I've searched online, but have been unable to find any info on this. 

So my account got switched from a subscription to a free account and when I logged back in, all of my mobile presets and photos were missing. It's not so much the missing photos I'm worried about but the presets — sooo many hours went into honing and creating those.  Does anyone know if I resubscribe they will be accessible again?? It seems crazy they would just disappear. TYIA

I have never used LrWeb, but for some reason I ended up there while tracking down a syncing problem. For some reason about half of my galleries/albums are being showed as 3D when they are NOT 3D! It originally appeared to be just one album, but today about half of my albums have this problem. How do I fix this? This happens in Chrome AND Firefox browsers.I also now have 2 albums showing as shared (but no people they are currently shared with.) I have NEVER tried to share an album, but can find no option to reverse this.  I have no intention of use LrWeb at this point, but the last thing I need is for this problem  to somehow contaminate the rest of my synced photos. I use LR classic on windows desktop.

Hallo Zusammen, ich habe nun seid ein paar Wochen das Problem das meine Bilder nicht mehr Vollständig geladen werden (siehe anlage) in Lightroom auf meinem Huawei Tablet. Seitdem ich meine Sammlungen umgebaut/eingerichtet habe, funktioniert es nicht mehr Richtig. Mir kommt es so vor das die Smart Vorschauen schon Korrekt geladen werden aber das Ladesymbol geht nicht weg und ich kann auch nichts bearbeiten. Auf dem PC und dem IPhone geht es ganz normal.Änderungen die ich hier vornehem sind auch auf den Smart Vorschauen zu sehen und werden übernommen. Ändern kann ich aber nichts. Ich habe die App schon neu Installiert leider ohne erfolg. Danke für eure Hilfe

I have recently imported 70 RAW images into Lightroom on my iPhone 15Pro from Apple Photos and they are taking forever to sync into Lightroom on my MacBook Pro. Also photos I have subsequently taken in Lightroom on my iPhone are still not syncd to my MacBook. Why?  And how can I speed the sync up?Lightroom on iPhone is: v9.2.2Lightroom on MacBook is: v7.2 Any help will be most gratefully received.

RAWデータをモバイルアプリで編集する(特に修復の削除項目)PCアプリで1のデータを開く「サポートされていない編集」と表示され、編集したデータが読み込めない あぷり、PCとも最新アプリ、PCとも再起動済み、どちらも再インストールずみどちらもキャッシュ削除済み→いずれも変わらず。 前のPCでも発生していたため、環境の問題では無いと考えます。 

Hello Until today I used to get the option to either  “Edit a Copy with Lightroom Adjustments,” “Edit a Copy” or “Edit Original” after editing an NEF file in lightroom. I have read quite a bit about the issue and do not see a solution. To be clear, I have been editing raw (NEF) files and editing them in Lightroom and then editing them in Photoshop. I have been doing this for months. I have done it many times and I always had the dialogue open. I have gone into preferences and reset warning dialogues and that didn't change anything.Perhaps related. Since the dialogue no longer opens I noticed that when I edit an image in photoshop that was first edited in lightroom, when I try to save it I can only save it as a PSD, PDD, PSDT, PSB or Tiff. I can no longer save it as a PNG, JPG etc.I don't understand what has changed. I did update Photoshop yesterday. I am using the latest versions of Lightroom Classic and PhotoShop. I am on Win 10.Thanks in advance for any help.

I'm trying to use the clone/stamp tool in Lightroom and I'm getting a result that doesn't make sense to me. I am new to the clone/stamp tool in the cloud-based Lightroom, and I hope I'm just missing something. Here is the result of my clone/stamp: As you can see the result is darker than the source. Am I misunderstanding the intent of the clone/stamp tool in cloud-based Lightroom? Is there a blending mode somewhere I'm missing? Thanks!

I have never had this issue before, then Adobe did an update to Lightroom and since the update my images look really good in the lightroom window but when I export them, they look absolutely trash and fuzzy. Tried changing from sRGB and so on, nothing works, its as if Adobe went, yeah screw him 🙂

Hi, I have a problem with the licensing app Adobe Lightroom for Samsung.I have started a free trial - in Galaxy Store, I see the license, but the app doesn't "see" this license. I cancelled the subscription for the test, but there was no change (restore purchase / buy new subscription). I also tried to uninstall the app and restart the device, but there was no change. Could anyone help me? I tried to "buy" a free trial in Adobe Express, and there is no problem. In my AdobeID I see this license (but not for Lightroom). Thanks, Martin

So, I take a lot of photos and usually am uploading around 500-1000 at a time (probably not a lot to some of you). I've been working with Lightroom and a LaCie external hard drive and I have "Storage location for originals" set to the LaCie because I thought that was the smartest way to work, I also have the LightroomLibrary.lrlibrary file on the LaCie.   Ever since I started doing this, I need to have the LaCie plugged in to be able to edit photos which has been annoying because the LaCie consistently dismounts itself or has trouble mounting, this results in photos saying "File is missing". Photos do not load on Lightroom if it is not plugged in. It has said "Syncing Items" for 4085 photos for a few days now and nothing seems to ever change. It's made it impossible to edit anything. Even sometimes when the LaCie is mounted, my Lightroom editing section will be greyed out and not let me edit anything. With that being said, am I doing something completely wrong that is making my wo

I previously used Lightroom Classic, but have switched to Lightroom desktop. Today I uninstalled Lightroom Classic, but now Lightroom is gone too and I can't open it from Creative Cloud Desktop. What should I do?
