Hello, I have a very old version of windows Lightroom version 4.4  I have a pretty decent sized catalog of photos.  I would like to move the entire catalog to a new M2 Mac using Lightroom Cloud.  I don't even know where to start.  Making matters somewhat more difficult I have this catalog spread over 2 different hard drives, one internal and one external. I have roughly 500GB on the internal drive and 600GB on the external drive.   Any help pointing me in the right direction would be great. Thanks.

For some reason I can do it searching through all photos but what I do it inside of a folder it can't find anything. 

I want to collaborate with a geographically distant Lightroom user for purposes of editing hundreds of photos. The joint equipment and software list is as follows:Two Adobe Photography subscriptions.iPad (2TB)Windows 11 workstation (exceeds Adobe specifications)I know next to nothing about an iPad. That, however, is the choice of other editor. I have not used the Adobe Lightroom Cloud version. I do use Adobe Lightroom Classic and a little Adobe Photoshop. The other collaborator will be able to learn quickly. I can share files using a USB stick. I would like to be able to share, between the two of us, raw and edited photos on the cloud.My questions are about how to set up an efficient workflow. Could both users share a common ".lrdata" file?  I believe each user would require an Adobe photography subscription.   I presume they can be on dissimilar hardware. I'm trying to export a 5 second clip, but it's exporting at 0.5 seconds, am I doing something wrong or is there a setting I can change?

I have had a recurring payment for Lightroom but as of this month I cannot access the premium features. - the lightroom account states that my subscription is expired despite the galaxy store stating that my subscription is active. - attempts ro renew my subscription initially states that the purchase cannot be made because it is "already purchased". I have double checked my Adobe ID and all is well. What are the next steps.

I currently use Lightroom CC plan with 1TB (one-year).  I want to change my plant to Creative Cloud Photography plan (with 20GB of cloud storage) but that option is not listed in the list of availble plans. help.  

I'm using the Lightroom Mobile (v. 5.1.0 93E03A) on my iPad Pro (9,7' | MLMV2LL/A) with iOS 13.3, and the synchronization process is absurdly slow (only for upload. I don't have any problem on downloads). It's taking more than an hour to sync 91 photos (Canon SL2 RAW file). The iPad is connected to wi-fi (5Ghz), and it isn't an Internet connection problem because using Lightroom on my MacBook Pro (on the same network), I don't have this problem.   [Moving from generic Start/Help forum to the specific Program forum... I run Lightroom version 3.4 on OSX 10.13.6 and sometime between November 26th and December 20th, the syncing of the images with the cloud stopped working. I just get black boxes instead of images. But I can see image info with location indication. And if I go in through a web browser, the images are visible.

Hello community, I have an album with DNG images that has the little green arrow, so it should be available offline. It is also no longer synchronising etc. Nevertheless, I can only open a fraction of the photos, i.e. edit them. The rest can only be seen as a pixelated preview and receive the error message: "Photo not available. *MG12345* is missing or was damaged or changed after import. Delete the file and import it again". The funny thing is, I didn't do anything and only a few days ago all the images were available (online / offline?) so I had already done a lot of editing. It's also interesting that composite HDRs and panoramas can be opened and further edited as if they were automatically saved on the hard drive. In addition, only a fraction of the images are uploaded to lightroom.adobe.com. These can then also be opened in the desktop version. Question: How can I restart the synchronisation of the album without losing my edits?I am working with the latest Lightroo

My photos are too bright than the original when I open them unedited in the app. How to fix it?

Found a similar thread from years ago, though that was on PC, the issue is the same for me. I've tried different sorting options, capture date is what I would want ideally it would go from the first to last, but even if I could get it to last to first would be great. Because regardless, they are in a random order, even when exporting 4 images, 2 sets of 2 similar images, instead of going 1-2-3-4, it's going 1-3-2-4 or any other combination. Which is midlly infuriating and very inconvenientI've tried export as and save through the share option(which for some reason just doesn't look like the finished edit of the picture) and regardless it's still out of order.example of export attached Lightroom mobile, android both up to date. Tried reinstalling I really want to get thos resolved cause this is a dealbreaker and would be unusable to me

I have had a Lightroom for iPad subscription for some time, paying $4.99/month through Apple. I recently upgraded to a full Lightroom subscription, now paying $9.99/month. My understanding is that the full subscription includes the iPad/mobile subscription. Yet I am being billed for both. Assuming I wish to keep the full subscription, should I cancel the separate iPad subscription? Would I lose anything by doing so?

After I upgraded to iPhone 14 Pro and iOS 16, mobile Lightroom no longer works for video. It will apply my edits/presets to the video in the app, but won't export the video with the edits/presets. It just exports the same source. 

While editing NEF files with few selective adjustments (in this case three) and exporting it as jpeg (largest available size & 100%) the message is Rendering-This may take a while but the export never gets complicated, only cancel works. The same tried with reducing the size to 2mp and 75% compression exports the file. The largest available size jpeg option was working earlier in the same iPad Air. 

I have a large collection of family photos that I want to share with other members of my family.  When I share the photos with others, I would like them to be able to search the metadata to find photogaphs of specific individuals, places, etc. that I have recorded as keywords.  How do I enable others to search the metadata in this manner?  Thanks for your help. 

Hello, I just upgraded my Lightroom CC desktop to 6.1 and now I can't export my photos. I start the exporting process (one small sized jpg) into the original location (file) on my desktop and the process starts and then stays in limbo. The app doesn't crash, but the export never finishes. The same thing happens if I try to send the photo to photoshop (it's gives the progression bar, but doesn't complete). I had no issues before with an older version of lightroom cc desktop. When I export from Lightroom classic there is no problem it works fine. I've uninstalled/reinstalled twice and there is no change. The export doesn't complete itself. I'm working on a macbook pro 16" 2019 and I have plenty of harddrive space. The only thing that I changed was and update from lightroom 3(ish) to 6.1. Why my lightroom wasn't up to date is another problem, but this exporting problem is a serious issue and it's keeping me from finishing my work... Can someone help me ? Many thanks

Hi. I am wondering if others are having a similar issue. I have been using LR cloud on my iPad Air 4 happily for a number of years and always found it speedy and effective. Since the new ai lens blur feature etc came in, I now find the app laggy and slow when editing my Fuji raw files. In fact it has crashed on more than one occasion and said I don't have enough memory (ram in this case). I am finding this pretty frustrating as everything was fine until recently. Is it just me? Do I need to splash out on a new iPad?

Hello!When trying to start Lightroom WebApplication on Google Chrome or on MS Edge, the page doesn't load. Instead the browser command line shows "https://lightroom.adobe.com/libraries?" and the three dots in the middle of the screen are running. But nothing else happens.My Lightroom Desktop (Windows) permanently shows "Syncing items" for the last days.When filtering for Sync Status "Error", there are no items to show.Same goes for Syncing Status "Syncing".Nevertheless syncing works with my Android mobile Apps as regular.My Android Lightroom says "Synced", as normal.Lightroom CC as well says "Synced". My Lightroom System with some 5000 images has worked well so far. I have not made any changes in my system. There is obviously a problem with the online library.Is there a chance to get Lightroom Web Application working again?Thank you

Can I still use my photo's I added to LR with my school profile via my private profile after my school education?Reason of my question: I am new to LR and used it from July 2023 to August 2023. I had the "Adobe LR 1TB" subscription linked to my account (norman-x@provider-y.be) . In September 2023 I started a photograpers evening course. I stopped my private subscription and subscribed to the Academic Software subscription - Creative Cloud".When logging on to my account norman-x@provider-y.be I can now chose from 2 profiles1) "Academic Software - Onderwijs Vlaanderen" (Organization name)2) "Personal profile" (my previous subscription that I stopped but probably need to reuse after my education?)And here why I am worried:Once I complete or terminate my education and I am not eligable anymore to the "Academic Software subscription - Creative Cloud" and go back to my private profile, what will happen to my photo's I added in the era of my school profile?Who can calm me down?Regar
