i just got a new phone (android). im a premium member. signed in to my Google play account. lightroom doesn't recognise I'm a premium member. says to contact support. any ideas?  

Can't apply photo editing to all photos in my album.

Hello all,If I delete a preset that I created, wil it remove those settings from the photo that I previously applied it to?TIA!

I am trying to process some pictures from my Photos file on the iOS app. I I have an iPad 2021 64mb running iOS 16.2. LR refuses to see ANY photos other than a few I imported from a camera a few months back. I have set Settings-Lightroom-Photos-All Photos but that makes no difference. I cannot find any helpful advice from searching. Any advice please? 

In the old app it was wasy to organize presets in to folders. In the new one I can't find a easy way to do it.Does anyone have a solution to this struggle?

I need to understand where my image files travel after downloading from my camera SD card into LR on my iPad, and what happens if I make edits to any of these on my iPad.Are the Originals stored on my iPad or the LR Cloud?Are they automatically transferred into LR Classic in due course as Originals in a Collection on my Mac desktop?When are they added to the Catalog (I only work with one)?How do any edits I make on the iPad get to the Catalog?What are the files that are added to the nominated folder for Synced images in LR Classic Settings? My old brain is struggling with the logic involved. Any help, a link or a flow chart would be much appreciated.

Hello, I bought the premium version through the galaxy store but in the app still says that I don't have premium but when I tried to buy it again in the app it says I already purchased it. I checked the email account and I have logged in with the same one. I don't know what else to do to fix it.

Hi, we have a problem, that is getting on our nerve and dont really find the anwser to it online. If anyone has a teory or knows why this is happening it would be apricated. So, we have been using only Lightroom cloud based till about a year ago. Than as we got more serious about photograpy we started using Lightroom classic also. So what started happening to us is, for example, we sorted our photos in album in LR CC which are synched with LR classic catralogue on main PC. Overnight the photos were in order before sorting. Another thing that happened in when editing, masking, color correction in LR CC the edits are also gone overnight. It is true that there are almost always atleast one LR CC and one LR classic opened at the same time. Sometimes also 2 LR CC at the same time, if thic could have something with the issue? Also a little about our workflow if this helps out:So our usual workflow now is like this. How can I delete all the LR files on my SSD?  LR has 1.3TB of files on my SSD and I need to delete them? I need HELP. Do I just delete the app?

My 2 TB SSD is filling up and it's with something called XMP files associated with LR. I have the monthly cloud based LR on my computer and I need to know how I can limit and/or erase XMP files without doing any harm.  Long version short. I need to offload most, if not all, my LR related photo's to my backup drives but don't know how to do it. Thanks

I have 2 versions but they don't show up in the film strip view, and I can't figure out how to compare them side by side. Is this possible and how? This is the desktop version on my Mac.

I am trying to increase the size of images to use for various print-on-demand commerce sites. My original images are produced at 960 × 1568 pixels, with an image DPI of 72 pixels/inch. Processing in Adobe Lightroom, I use the Enhance feature on each image. I then export them at 20,000 pixels (on the long side). When I upload to the Print-on-Demand sites (i.e. SOciety6, Zazzle, etc.) they seem fine, and are accepted for the required dimensions on most products. However, I worry that I am not clearly seeing the resolution on the individual products.My question is this: is this the right way to get the highest resolution for my images? Am I losing quality in some way? I use Lightroom a lot, as it can do bulk processing of hundreds of images at a time. I also have Photoshop, but haven't used it much. Can anyone offer any insight into the right way to perform this process? I appreciate any input!

Hello,I recently had to restart my phone and re-install the Lightroom app, but once done, I see that I don't have any photos from 2020 onwards and I'm also missing a lot of presets.A few months back I uninstalled and installed back the app and everything was ok, but now I have this issue. How can I get my work back?

Is there someone who can help me figure out where my purchased brushes and presets are now after the latest update? I dont have access to my originals because Inhave recently gotten a new tower. These weren't cheap to purchase, considering dropping my subscription if Im going to lose my purchases. PLEASE HELP!!!

I have a bunch of images of books that I would like to change the background colour to all the same light grey colour. Attached is an example. I would like to make the brown-ish background a light grey and keep the shadows as well. I don't want to affect the yellow of the book itself. I have managed to make some changes in Lightroom but they are not entirely satisfactory. Thanks for your help

Hello, so i wanted to try the new denoise feature on my Macbook Pro Mid 2014 (16 GB Ram). But every time the denoise process starts, it stops and I get a message, that the photo does not support that function. I tried the same photo on my windows computer and the denoise worked fine. So I already talked to the adobe support and their guess is, that my macbooks vram is too low - I have an Intel Iris Pro with 1536 MB. So my question is, if anyone with a similar mac system has already used the denoise function?
