Hallo zusammen, seit heute habe ich Lightroom per App Store abonniert, bekomme jedoch diese Meldung in der App auf dem iPhone und iPad. Auf Mac tut sich gar nichts. Bitte um Hilfe! 

I've been unable to use the "Target Adjustment" tool in the Color Mixer panel since I updated to the latest version of Lightroom (April 2023 release: Desktop version 6.3; MacBookPro 14" 2021 v12.6). I've tried using it on several different photos. An icon with a red slash in it appears instead of the usual hue slider. Is this a bug or (new) expected behavior? Screenshot below: 

Hi, I have lightroom for Mac on my desktop and am trying to edit my photo. I don't seem to have a brush or an eraser, nor any healing tools. I looked everywhere. Under masking it says that there will be some new tools available online, including brushes. Does that mean that there are no brushes? I desperetly need to edit this one photo with a spot that needs removing. Please help. Thank you.

I wanted to delete my catalog on the cloud only, so I downloaded everything and deleted the catalog, but it turns out that Lightroom doesn't store anything locally :(((( How do I restore my catalog??? I don't want to store RAWs on the cloud...

Since I upgraded my Olympus camera body to the new OM-1 I can longer import ORF files to Lightroom.  I am getting this error that all the files are damaged, but they are fine in OM Workspace.  (OM Workspace is horrible to edit with though...) Happening with all my memory cards and all files (cards have been formatted) Anyone else having this issue?  Could it be a camera setting?

Hallo, ich habe in der aktuellen Lightroom Version (macOS) Bilder von meiner Kamera importiert.  Dabei nicht bedacht dass LR alles in die Cloud lädt.  Jetzt ist die Cloud voll (20GB).  Die Bilder habe ich in Lightroom entfernt aber der Cloudspeicher ist angeblich immer noch voll. Gibts eine Funktion um den Cloudspecher zu putzen.  auf einen Schlag leer zu machen?  

Já assinei o app é o botão de "publique para descobrir" para gerar meu próprio link dos presets não está disponível. 

After update LR crashes whenever I try to open file or edit ect at top of screen! can no import photos or anything. running windows. 

Just got a new surface pro 8 from owning a macbook.  I'm trying to find a app to replace iPhoto so lightroom seemed liked the obvious choice since it syncs with my iPhone and has a cloud interface so on the the surface should be better and more of a pro app.  The one issue I find is scrolling through my images is slow compared to the even theweb interface.  The web interface is super smooth and also the iPhone app but Lightroom 4.4 on Windows 11 is choppy. It start off scrolling fast but as you go through the library it slows down and then if you go back to beginning of the libary you can see it loading the images breifly and they are upside down before it refreshes(why?).  Confusing how the web interface can be better than the app.  My libary has about 12000 images.  I had a iBook in 2004 that could scroll though images smoother than this.  Anybody else expereince this?  Is this just expected?

How do I capture a single frame from a video file in Lightroom?

Hi, For some reason, my edits which I'm posting since today morning in the discover section are not visible. It shows that my edit is live but I can only see my yesterday's posts.Kindly help or guide how to resolve this! Thank you! 

So today i did a mistake my little brother deleted the app and when i downloaded back i found all my edited pictures been deleted maybe there was 600 pictures or more and i need this pictures they so important for me do you can help me and get it back for me?

Brand new to Lightroom.  On a free trial.     i just imported RAW photos (shot as RAW only, not RAW + JPG)  from my Canon EOS T3 and when I pull the thumbnails up they show as jpegs.  This certainly could be user error but not sure how that can be.   Do I need to convert them somehow? Thanks for any help possible.

After I finish editing in lightroom mobile I opened the lightroom in Macbook pro to export them . all edites disapearedplease help 

As my cloud gets full I upgraded from 20gb to 1 tb to upload the remaining photos from my iPad to the cloud. The cloud settings says 1 tb, also in the creative cloud app. But in Lightroom mobile I have still 20 gb storage. I signed out and in, this doesn't help. Has someone an Idee how to get the full storage in LR mobile? Greets, Christian 

I have an Adobe creative cloud account and it works fine on my iPad and my MacBook Air. I try to log in on my iPhone 12 Pro running the most updated iOS and it will not recognize that I already have a paid account. When I try to sync everything it's asking me to upgrade to a paid account. I've tried logging in/out, restarting my phone, deleting and reinstalling the app. I'm kind of at a loss of how to get it to load my account at this point. I'm on the go and trying to make some quick edits on my phone to photos in my account but can't get to them. 

When testing the digital zoom of iPhone 14 Pro, I've noticed a strange thing - while I was amazed by the results of the raw photo (of course it's oily and not perfect, but still great for an x15 digital zoom), the quality seems to be way worse after importing in Lightroom. Sure, the Lightroom one should be more washed, and less contrasty than the original, but quality-wise they should match, while no level of sharpness/contrast/texture gets them to the same level - the Lightroom one always seem to be way more blurred. As far as I know, the ProRAW was supposed to be the photo after Apple's ML quality-improving magic, but before actually developing the image, so that we could adjust the lighting and colors to our style without resigning from the Apple's pipe completely. However it looks as if Lightroom imported a true raw photo, even before running all of these algorithms. Hi guys,Is there the possibility to change the file name of a photo? If I edit many times in PS the file name became XXXXXXX-edit-edit-edit-edit............. and it's quite bad!Thanks in advanceGianluca

Currently, Android tablets use the iOS/Android version for mobile phones, it's only resized to make use of larger screens. Meanwhile, Lightroom Web is a complete port of the cloud-based desktop Lightroom. And funnily enough, Lightroom Web works perfectly in Chrome on my Samsung Galaxy Tab 8 Plus. I think it should be possible for Adobe to port Lightroom for iPadOS to Android tablets; let's just call the product "Lightroom for Android: Tablet"; it can just be a glorified web wrapper with some slight tweaks, honestly and it would work just fine. Will we see a true Lightroom port on Android tablets? I guess time will tell.

Hello, I want to print some photos edited on Lightroom CC (I noticed the export settings are different from Lightroom Classic).I want to use an ICC profile for a good printing result (I already installed it on my MacOs in the right path Library/ColorSync/Profiles), however I am not able to use this profile because in the export panel of Lightroom CC there is no ICC profile options.I know an alternative would be to use Photoshop or Lightroom Classic but it would be more complex for me. Do you have any suggestion to fix this directly on Lightroom CC? Thank you!

Hey. My phone is totally destroyed and I need my Lightroom back. I have so many photos but most importantly my presets that I've bought. I've tried to log in but it's not showing up. I don't even know if I had an account on my last phone with Lightroom. I need help
