I purchased  your app when i   Edit vedio  colours did'nt     show in editing bar  but in pictures it show everything 

I was creating a new adobe package for our deployment and noticed that Lightroom Classic is there but not Lightroom CC.  Is Lightroom Desktop still around or discontinued?   

Hello, I used adobe portfolio to host my photography website and namecheap for the domain name. The website stopped functioning recently and I don't know how to make it work. Does anyone have any tips on what to change/update so the URL functions and directs people to my portfolio? Thank you,Gordon

Hello, Adobe technical support advice me to download "Adobe Lightroom Downloader" but this software don't work as : it didn't see that my local disk have enought space to download my lightroom databasecrash immedialetly when i run the program from my application folder, it didn't crash when it run from image disk I'm on macOS Catalina 10.15.7 and last version of lightroom.

HiI am editng some images and the healing tool in lightroom isnt working. If you look at the attached image i have the same circle on each photos which i think is causing a problem. Can anyone help solve this issue? 

Any idea if the faces detected in my Lightroom mobile app are synced to cloud-based Lightroom? If I remove the app or change my phone, will they sync back to my new phone (from cloud)?

Hi all. Has anyone else found the issue below? 1. Have an album of photos2. Have a first pass of quickly rate & reviewing photos3. I would like an additional pass to rate & review photos, so I've gone to Segmentation > Flag4. Start going through the unflagged photos for example. If you change the flag from unflagged to flagged, it will then jump to reviewing those photos already flagged, rather than continuing from where you were. Rather inconvenient?

Hi,I was checking my free disk space usage on my MacOS and it was getting smaller.I found that a file Lightroom Library.lrlibrary is 75GB.It was last used June 2021 and now I mainly use Lighroom CC.Are there any problems if I remove this file and how to safely do it on MacOS 11.1 (Big Sur) ?If this file is used like a catalog could I move it to my external hard drive and how to safely do it? 

I changed text when exporting a Christmas card, now I can't get my copyright symbol back 

Any ideas on how to label images with the content of an image. i.e running vest and team, bib numbers? So that images can be catagorised and sorted appropriately? Any experience with intergrating with Amazon Rekognition?

I am trying to export from the new updated lightroom program. When I use the red eye remover I cannot export. If i go back and undo the red eye fix I am able to export just fine. Has anyone expereinced this yet? What can i do?    Version of the app: 6.1 Platform and OS version: MacOS Monterey v. 12.2.1 Basic steps to reproduce the problem: Even one selection of reed eye makes the export error Expected result and actual result: Export error

Porque no puedo acceder a mi Lightroom premium 

 I've already restarted, reinstalled LR, reconnected to the wifi, LR works on my laptop and browser but not my desktop. Why?  

I have Creative Cloud for Teams subscription and have recently added a user, mainly to help me manage photos in Lightroom. I now understand that there is not a lot of shared functionality in lightroom, so they can't delete or rate photos, but now we have a bigger problem - they can't see SOME of the albums I have shared in the desktop app (PC). The album appears in the left hand pane, but shows the number of photos as (0) when there are around 400 photos in the album. It appears on the web app, but I want her to use the export function which isn't available there. The problem is not consistent. Is anyone else struggling with this? I don't see any other posts like it.  

In last Lightroom 6.1 update i see in the apple app store that there shoul be new Color Calibratioon panel in Color but it is missing in my Lightroom 6.1 on Mac m1 😞  Maybe someone know why?

I was stupid enough to pay for Lightroom CC 1tb one year in advance, but it is complete impossible to even open the app...! I have spent the last two days in search for help, because many others out there have the same issues, but nothing work, and I give up... I want to cancel this subscription, and get my money back - you cant pay for something - as long as it does not work at all... I have a brand new MACbook Pro M1 with Ventura installed... I`m not a technical computer-person, so I rather give ut and want my money back... But Adobe is so ARROGANT, it is complete impossible event to get in contact with  them, hoping for å replay for how to solve this...In advance  -  tnx for any helpHarald O

Hi guys, so I deleted Lightroom from my phone and took it again and I've got a problem: all my presets all vanished. I tried to log in with all the accounts to see if that was an issue (fb account, adobe account) but nothing changed. Got any idea why? Thanks. 

Where do I go to suggest ways Adobe could improve the written instructions they currently have on their website that are supposed to help others people like me learn how to use the editing tools in Adobe Lightroom CC? I am asking the previous question, because as an autistic woman with four other diagnosis outside of autism that cause me to learn new information in a specific way, had no learning material about the editing tools in Adobe Lightroom CC provided in the way I learn best when I was taking my last college class, Advanced Raster Imaging (a class where the other students and me were supposed to be learning how to use the editing tools in Adobe Lightroom CC to edit our own photos) during the Fall 2022 semester. There were two different instructors of this online Advanced Raster Imaging class and none of these instructors listened to me when I stated I needed writtten instructions that would include a name of the editing tool, along with a definition or description of the e

The last update of my LR desktop added a lens correction profile for the Gopro Hero 10. It seems that the LR app on Android has not been updated to reflect this. When I view a collection the image is as I edited but when I open the said image it just reverts to the original fish eye from the Gopro. I think this needs an update. Pictures show it opening in the app (circle spinning) and fully loaded looking warped.

AI Sky replacement?

The 6.1 update of Lightroom desktop was released by Adobe on December 12 2022, but that update does not yet appear to be available on the Mac App Store. I have checked repearedly for available updates. Will that update be released on the Mac App Store soon? Thanks very much.

I got a new phone recently and updated my iOS and apps.  I opened the LR app and it has been saying "Updating... Lightroom needs to do some housekeeping.  Migrating thumbnails.  This may take a moment."  for 2 days now.  I maybe had 100 thumbnails in the app previously.  Any idea why this is happening or how to get it to unstick itself?

Meu lightroom mobile está apresentando problemas, abro o programa e ele fecha  sozinho, uso no meu tab s7 da Samsung e nunca tinha dado esse problema.
