Using an fbx file from an nft project and don't have access to a reliable computer so I'm using my phone. After uploading my character it asks me to select rigging points but I'm unable to select or place the rigging points. Maybe it's a mobile issue? Any suggestions would be helpful😁
Hello there,I found a minor problem using the "Swat Guy" model, which appears to have a incorrect rig.When using particular animations, like the "Shoot Rifle" animation, the left wrist of this character bugs out. I hope this can be resolved.
I have been successful in ploading a naked figure but when I attempt to upload a clothed one, I get the following message:What am I doing wrong? I've added the FBX file for review, if that helps.
I was a caught out when Adobe pulled the plug on Fuse exports. If I'd known what was coming, I'd have uploaded each character (as default) to Mixamo and then saved a 'Base' default rigged version (with blendshapes etc) as an FBX. So, was just wondering if anyone else did this (and if they're available anywhere)? This would be a great help (to both myself) and the community 🙂 Cheers!
Hi. Is Mixamo unable to correctly process characters made of many meshes (eg a person with clothes) having their own uvs, materials and textures? Because it is days that I try to do this, but when I import the character into Unity I get an ensemble with just the body showing textures, whilst the other parts (which appear correctly into the modeling app where I modeled the whole) remain grey.

Looking for help as to why this keeps happening....I have tried a few different models now, and keep getting the same error "please place all markers on the character." Attached is a screenshot of the postioning. After multiple attempts on multiple models, I keep getting this error. Please Help!
hi i cant animate my characters there are some problems. mixamo say me cant create character skeletion but i was tried some times and mixamo accept and can animate. sometimes mixamo accept but animations is loading and never opening. how can i fix this? my internet connection is very good and also my characters have no problem i check many times. please help me if you can

Hello,I have a simple human model, set in a basic T-Pose, and am exporting it from Cinema 4D on a WIndows 10. I am exporting the model as both an FBX and an OBJ (no lights or textures or anything; just the model's geometry), but either one is having a hard time uploading to Mixamo. The export size is normally around 90MB. Half the time it doesnt make it through the intitial upload process. When I do, I set the rigging points (chin, knees, etc) then I hit "Next." The auto-rigging tries to figure it out, then gices me a "sorry" error message, or just brings me back toi the rigging points page without an explaination why. I have tried exporting the model made of seperate peices, as well as baking it into one solid peice of geometry, but I am getting the same errors either way. Anyone have a good solution or have encountereed this before? Thanks!
Mixamo does not allow me to log in using my university account:"Company or School Accounts are not supported. Continue with a Personal Account to access the service. Learn more"- but "Learn more" just leads to generic Adobe help portal front page.Mixamo is still listed in Creative Cloud, under 3Da and AR, but when I launch it from there I get a different error message:"Account type not supportedContinue with a different account to access the service." I've been using Mixamo since 2016, using a university account for example just last week, and I don't remember this ever happening. When was this change in supported account types made and where can I find more info about why the change was made?
HiI used several mixamo animation and edited the transitions between. Is there anyway to apply this complete set of animations to multiple characters? Obviously Mixamo applies the same animations to multiple rigs but it appears after you download an animation it is locked to just that character. Is there anyway around this as my project will takle ages if I have to repeat with every character??
I am importing the model I made from dimension to mixamo. However, the texture is shining white. How can I solve it? In addition, it does not shine in dimension / blender.In addition, only the model is exported and put in mixamo.
No one explaining any of the basics to me. Say I have a zip folder. In that folder is some textures and pmg with character skin along with a .fbx file. Why does it not load into mixamo. Every time. Nothing works. Any .zip or .fbx file type I try to find to drop in DOES NOT WORK. Please show me one example of a successful character upload. Give me a free sample character to drop upload besides the ones that are already integrated into the character section. Second, if I am successfully able to upload a character and I assign a basic animation, is there any app from the Google play store that will run that animation against a solid/transparent background or alpha channel? I am simply trying to chroma key a basic 3d animated character into a scene. Someone please please help I am becoming very frustrated.
Hi, so I am really new to blender and 3D modeling. I need to rig something for a class, and I heard Mixamo is the best way, but when I try uploading, it has said "sorry, unable to map your existing skeleton." every time except for once, when it uploaded but was just blank with nothing there. I need to finish my project very soon, and would apreciate help. attatched I have a screenshot of the thing that pops up.
Hi, I used to be able to export the avatars from CLO3D into a OBJ zip file however now whenever I try to upload them onto Mixamo, I get the error that the ZIP contains an unsupported file type. Hi Ussnormay,I am new to mixamo/3d animation and see you are a legend here. Reading your reply prompted me to share my challenge as it looks similar to what you are describing(apologies if it actually does not!!)I have my character in colour in blender. When I export as fbx and upload in mixamo , only the model gets uploaded without any colour. Attaching blender view and mixamo view for reference.Colud you please suggest if this can be fixed.
The character is colliding with the ground plane which is messing up the motion capture MASSIVELY deforming the character so it's unusable!! Other people have posted about this, will Adobe ever fix it???......
I'd like to replicate the "mirror" option in an animation outside Mixamo (like Blender or whatever). How could I do it? It would be great if users could upload our own animations too, with an easy way to match the animation bones with the Mixamo names standards 🙂
Hi there.I had no issues uploading a nude Genesis 2 model to Mixamo.I'm now having issues after adding shoes and hair to the model.I have tried uploading as FBX but I get the skeleton error.When I upload as OBJ I get no textures and the error when importing into Daz Studio - Rigging limitation: boneswithout root skeleton + Rigging limitation: pre and post rotation must match in current implementation.Is there something I should be doing before exporting my Character with Hair & shoes? This seems the be whats causing the error while uploading the FBX.Any help is greatly appreciated. Thanks.
I have been following the worflow from https://doc.babylonjs.com/extensions/Exporters/Mixamo_to_Babylon however I think I've run into a wierd bug. When I export without skin, the fingers are inverted (i.e. walking/running the fingers curl forwards.) When I export with skin, I can reuse on my skinned model just fine. Is this a bug or something? Not a big deal because I can just export with skin and it works, but seems odd and took a while to figure out what I could do.

There is no 'export_scene.gltf' operator and I'm getting this error every call in the System Console.
