Questions

When I'm working on images, every 2-3 it says it can't find the file.  I need to shut down the organizer and restart it.  This just started happening.  I deleted the program and reinstalled it, but that didn't help.

Wenn ich dann auf den Anmeldebutton klicke öffnet sich nur ein weißes Fenster. Ich verwende Windows10 64bit  mit einem i5-6402P Prozessor und 8GB RAM. Ich freue mich über konstruktive Vorschläge zur Behebung des Problems. Danke.

both my 1DX MK11 and 7D MKll are set to one raw image but when I import I get duplicates of each image in organizer. I can't find the problem. can anyone help me?Thanks

After I have completed my editing in Elements, I save my results to my Apple Desktop. The thumbnail sketch of the photo is solid black, not the actual picture. When any  jpg is saved to my Desktop you normally see the picture and not just a black square. When you click on the black thumbnail photo, you do get the enlarged photo as you would see it in Elements. The problem is that if you import the photo into Apple Photos, the thumbnails are all black until you enlarge them. How can you avoid the photos being stored as black?

When I try to create a new folder in Organizer, I get an error message that "Analysis is currently running on selected media." I tried closing and restarting Organizer and restarting the computer. Didn't make a difference.

Wnen I try  to backup my catalog to an external hhd, the process freezes as soon as it enters the "preparing files" step. I have no unconnected files. Frustrating!!Any suggestions?John 

I use Photoshop Elements 13 as my primary photo editing software for personal use.  I purchased a hard copy several years ago, and have been using it successfully as it is capable of all I need.  An "upgrade" to a newer version is not an option at this time.  I have had Elements 13 installed on two computers, and I need it functioning on both.Unfortunately, one of  these computers had a hardware failure.  After replacing the damaged hardware, the computer is now recognized as a new machine by Adobe, and Adobe is blocking me from using Elements 13 on that computer, indicating that "The serial number is already in use by the maximum allowed computers. You must deactivate another computer or provide another valid serial number to use this product again on this computer."As I cannot get past this popup and start the program, I cannot deactivate from within the program on this computer.  When I attempt to deactivate from my Adobe account online, it shows "You h

using Photoshop Elements 2024 on Windows 10.  Clone tool is not working, started yesterday. I get a message that says the opperation could not be compleated because no pixels were selected. tells me to alt click on source. I HAVE been doing that! repeatly. also, in addition to the message box coming up, I get my computers , I don't know what it's called - the area that tells a person what is on thier computer so something could be selected.  It comes up too at the same time. I am wondering if Adobe is doing this delibertly to get me to purchase the 2025 version of Elements?  ( I have gone to Preferences and clicked on reset at next launch. ) problem continues. 

i'M getting really frustrated again! I can not get a brush tip to give me a brush tip that I can SEE. I get nothing but a cross hair which I can not SEE. no matter what size I make the brush, I get nothing but a cross hair---I need to see the size of the brush!   Yes, I shut down the program and opened it again and I still do not get anything except a cross hair which I can not SEE. and, yes, I checked Preferences and have the full size brush tip checked.

I need to fade the edge of an image to 100% transparency, save as PNG, and then I can put it on another image and it fits naturally. how should i do it?

I used Camera Raw in Elements 2020 to improve a JPG photo. I want to save it with the changes as a JPG to share it via email. When I save it, Camera Raw makes it a DNG.  How do I either convert it to JPG or save it as a JPG copy?

im having trouble figuring out how to fill this image with a solid color. Can only seem to change the lines but would like to keep them black and fill the inside with red. any suggestions is appreciated, thanks!

Struggeling with freezing problems of PSE 2025 in MAC OS Sequoia, I decided to uninstall and reinstall PSE and to restore my catalog from an correct external backup. Unfortunately, I opened the catalog for the whole photo library related to iCloud. Repeating the same procedure again, it was not possible to block out photo library.After a clean new installation of my Mac Studio Pro, not using Time Machine, with no information of former catalogs, catalog restoring from the external HD with the correct datas, again, photo library was integrated, although I didn't accept these photos. From where could be this information? It must be related to my Adobe account. This makes no sense! What can I do to block out former catalog informations? I do not use Adobe Cloud.

bonjour,je viens de changer dordinateur maintenent sous windows 11,je suis passé de photoshop elements 8 à elements 25. jai recuperé mes 42000 photos mais pas mes nombreuses etiquettes de mots clés qui correspondaient aux photos. Jai copié sur une clé les etiquettes "etiquettes de mots clés -xml " photoshop elements 25 ne prend pas. Pourrais t on maider,recopier mes mots clés et les reattribuer a mes photos depuis 2002 serait un trop gros travail, merci

Is it possible to combine 2 different catalogs into one with Elements Organizer 25 for Mac?

I wanted to move my PSE23 and photos from an old Windows 10 computer to a new Windows 11 Pro computer. I downloaded a copy of a previously purchased PSE23 from my Adobe account and tried to install it on my new Windows 11 Pro computer. But after many suggestions and tries the installation always terminated before it completed.  For some reason PSE23 is completely fine with Windows 10, but will just not work with Windows 11.  I am about to give up and considering buying the new 3 year PSE 25 license. But before I do so I'm wondering if anyone can respond to two questions that concern me:1. If I do buy PSE25 and download it to my new Windows 11 computer, will it install? Or will it fail like all my attempts to install PSE23? Anyone have any experience with this process?2. If do buy PSE25 and successfully install it on my new Windows 11 Pro computer, will it work with the organizer and photos that I have on a 110Gb full backup created on my old (Windows 10/PSE23) computer,

Hello AllNew here to the community. Quick question. I am using Elements 2022 with Windows 11 Home 64 Bit OSI use Auto fix for almost all my photos on an individual basis. I finished scanning many grey scale photos and saved them in a JPG Format. For some reason, the Auto Fix command is not a selectable option for many of the photos, yet is a usable option for a few. I know I have utilized the Auto Fix option for grey scale jpegs in the past, but I am at wits end why I cant use it now. Any insight and help is greatly appreciated. 2 examples attached ( Photo of young boy can be auto fixed, the photo of the elderly couple is an example where auto fix will not be an option)Thank you

I make pics in Bing, always been fine, yesterday some started coming up with purple tint but half of the picture on one side is covered in horizontal lines, I tried checking everything, no lucl, It's only some too all made with Bing?

When I edit a photo and go to save the edit my program cannot find the file. The photo file is in my "Pictures" folder and has worked properly in the past but now the save function can't find my file to save. How do I fix this?

I have an PSD file and was trying to open with Photoshop elements 15 and i get following message some text layers might need to be updated before they can be used for vector based output after some research i found out that some fonts might need update but i wasn't sure of the Font name how to identify the Font Name from Photoshop elements 15 toolsome text layers might need to be updated before they can be used for vector based output

Would you PLEASE tell us how to get ride of the above warning..... in terms that are understandable to 90% of us users.. 

I have PSE13 and just recently it started printing only to one printer. I have 2 printers I use for work - Canon TR7520 and Epson ET-M2170. The Canon has been used for awhile and was connected wirelessly. It quit printing wirelessly but I was still able to print with the USB connected. I recently bought the Epson and it connected, installed, and prints wirelessly. Just yesterday, I printed with the Canon (USB) and then tried to print with the Epson. The Epson didn't print, instead the Canon printed my document wirelessly. Both printers work fine with my Ipad. I talked to Epson, they had me remove and reintall the printer, check the WiFi, some port, everything is fine with that printer. It will print other documents from different programs. They determined that its PSE13 that has the problem. My laptop is running Windows 11
