I have a new PC, and when opening Photoshop or Premiere Elements 15 it says that I already have my license activated on 2 PCs, I did log out from both apps on my old PC and then formated it. So now I can't activate Photoshop Elements 15 and Premiere Elements 15 on my new PC.

Is there a Oil Paint filter that can be downloaded? Or brush plug in? TIA

I have been working with photoshop for many years, and currently using PSE 2020 on Mac Mojave. Soon to move to Big Sur on Mac Mini M1. These files do open in editor, but I have many in my catalog with this symbol. It is a "not" symbol, but "not" to what ? I feel that I should know this. Thanks.

Hi! I'm wondering if anyone else is experiencing this problem, where Photoshop Elements 12 Editor keeps whenever I click on an image I import. I've never had this problem before, and have tried deleting and re-downloading the program again from adobe. Any advice?

I'm looking for some guidance on creating a rotating 3D image from multiple images. I have taken photos of each side of a product and would like to turn it into a rotating 3D image. I have access to either Photoshop Elements or AI. All of the instructions I can find online are for creating like a logo and making it spin, not using existing static photos. I appreciate any assistance anyone could provide.  Thank you!

Creative Cloud was automatically installed when I purchased and installed the stand-alone PSE 2021.  Becuase I cannot get rid of CC without losing the PSE, are the images automatically saved in the cloud?  I want to have nothing to do with the cloud.

I'm considering upgrading from Adobe [Photoshop] Elements 14 to Adobe 2021.  How hard will this upgrade be?  For example, will I be able to import my database?  Anything I need else to know?  Amazon product reviews feature many folks experiencing installation problems and not being able to get any support from Adobe.      [Edited by moderator for clarity.  AE = After Effects.  PSE = Photoshop Elements.]

I have a problem with Adobe DNG and converting NEF files fron Nikon Z5.With Z lenses there is no problem, however photos taken with old Nikkor Q 135mm, which is manual lens for F mount, are not being converted.I see arror every time: there was an unknown error. I can convert those files online, and open them in View NX, so files themselves are OK.Any thought?

I am using PSE15 on my MacBook, 2.9 HZ, Big Sur 11.5.2. I was in the middle of doing a photo, the "Zoom" in the Radisl blur suddently became to "Spin". It cound not chnage back no matter I reset the PSE15. I tried to reinstall PSE15, but the massge said " "Install" Needs to be updated" and asked me to seek developer for help. However, Adobe Technical Support told me that they were no long support PSE 15 (it is so pity) and refer me to here. Can someone know how to fix the "Zoom"/"Spin" problem?   Many Thanks.

HalloI can merge 3-5 images absolutely fine, and get a perfect image at the end of the edit, when I save it a grey image is produced. I've reduced the quality from 12 (60mb) to 3 (4mb) no joy. Help please RogerUK

Hi,I've been using an older version of Photoshop Elements version 15 on my old pc (Windows). I've got a new pc and I wanted to transfer the license to my new pc(Windows). The issue is on my old pc where when I try to sign-out to deactivate it, it wouldn't let me sign-out thus I am unable to activate the license in the Photoshop Elements app on my new pc. What could be the cause for this or is there a solution to permanently deactivate it on my old pc? Cheers!

Welches auch, auf Grund eines bestehenden Farbfoto z.B. die originale Kleidungsfarbe, in das schwarz weiss Foto übernehmen kann. (Nicht das der getragene blaue Anzug in dem kolorierenden schwarz weiss Bild, letztendlich in rot etc. erscheint).Welches Programme mit den unbedingt erwähnten Funktionen und von hoher Qualität, könnt Ihr mir empfehlen und könnte ich dieses dann mit meinem Adobe Photshop Elements 9 upgraden?Danke einer Antwort.GrussThomas

Same as the person wrote in 2018: "image size is locked on 'percentage' and cannot be reset to pixels." I am also having this problem. I have Elements 10.0 on a Mac OS Mojave. It has worked fine but all of a sudden the photos are in % not pixels no matter what I reset or try. I have the exact program on a laptop computer Mac OS X El Capitan and it's working fine there. Apple tried shutdowns, etc., but was unable to help. Adobe has said that because the program is considered obsolete there is nothing they can help me with on the phone. I reset all of the preferences and kept retyping in pixels on "Image" but it didn't help. It appears from the 2018 post that this is an unusual problem and I hope that someone might know of a way to fix this. Thanks for reading this.

Why all of a sudden do I have to sign in to elements???. I tried to use CHAT and it failed.  I should not have to sign in to anything. using windows 10 home 64 bit.

I purchased photoshop elements 2021 - independently - not in a pack with other products...is it neccessary for me to have/utilize creative cloud to use my independent purchase of PSE 2021?

Keep getting error that Installer File may be damaged and asked to download it again

I had split the catalog into personal and work.  Was working fine but i went to do a backup and there was a problem with the files.  I reloaded the personal part and had to re do the file folder hieracrhy.  Now to do the job folder.  Should i just copy and paste and put it back into the personal catalog (so forgetting the job catalog) thereby going back to one catalog.  I read that that may be a problem but I think it may be better in the long run to stick with one catalog.  Any thoughts on this?   1st thought is to move from Premiere Elements to Photoshop Elements... For some reason when I opend Adobe Photoshop Elements today (It's version 6 in case you need to know.) all of a sudden the image turned red. There's an attached screencap of the progrom in case that helps.

I want to completely remove Creative Cloud for desktop, from my Mac, using the Creative Cloud Uninstaller.app. But every time I try, a banner comes up that says, "Couldn't uninstall Creative Cloud for desktop. You still have Creative Cloud applications installed on your computer that require it". Well, I certainly didn't voluntarily install any Creative Cloud applications, that I know of. How do I find out what, and where, they are, so that I could completely remove them, and completely remove Creative Cloud for desktop, from my Mac?  19.0 (20210811.m.158081
