I'm having issues with the smart cut function on iOS, it seems to be remembering the previous picture I edited and feeding that into the smart cut algorithm? I've attached a couple of pictures to illustrate. I've updated the app and reinstalled a few times. Are there any fixes?            {Title edited by Moderator}

I keep getting a notification about removing the background of an image with one click over and over and over again on both my laptop & desktop. Super annoying. Please make it stop. I'm attaching a screenshot.Version of the app -- Adobe Photoshop Express v. 3.6.392 -- but it seems like they may be coming from the Creative Cloud App, not Photoshop, even though Photoshop is named when I click on the notification. I have Adobe Creative Cloud v. 5.7.0.1307Platform and OS version -- MS Windows 11 HomeBasic steps to reproduce the problem -- I'm doing nothing. The notifications come on their own. Expected result and actual result  -- expected is like one notification, reality is dozens of them. 

First, I did go skim all the info on the community, but it looks hopeless to restore since iOS said "Another account *** is linked with subscription" but there isn't that email in the hide email feature at all. If anyone got through this before, please advise.

It seems that it is only possible to post a video file onto a Photoshop Express web page from the desktop,  if it was previosly uuploaded to a third-party video service, like YouTube or Vimeo.  Isn´t it possible to upload a locally-stored video file?  I am talking using the Photoshop Express web-based app, from a MacOS destop.

The Photoshop Express UI changed recently in very minor way - on the main menu there was a button that toggled between the original image and all changes made. It made checking changes to an image as simply as pressing a button. It was conveniently located and effective. It was replaced with a button that initiated downloading the image, which is illustrated in the following screenshot:Why did the UI change?While I appreciate the addition of a simple download button to the main menu, I cannot find how to toggle between the original and changed imate at all any more. I'm unsure if it is even still an option to perform such a check at all.Can we get the toggle changes button back on the main menu???

Apparently Photoshop Express incorporated all the great features of Photoshop Fix before making Fix obslete sadly.  Though this does seem the case and Express is barely patch on Fix, there has to be a face (that it can recognise) to use many features, how does one use smooth for skin or other areas of the photo without a face for example? Another classic case of developer @Adobe f**king with the recipe for no apparent reason.  Thanks in advance!  

Using PS Express on my desktop, I have .jpg that I edit. Once finished it wants to save it as "XX_edited.jpg" which makes sense sometimes but in this case the change was minimal so I just want to replace the XX file. When I remove the "_edited" part and select Save it askes "Do you want to replace XX.jpg?". When you select Yes it looks like Express is saving it. It doesn't. If you give it another name it does just fine.This is on a Synology NAS but that doesn't seem to make a differnece over-writing a file.Any ideas?

Hi, I don't know exactly which update caused this issue but all images (jpeg and RAW-Files) are shown blurry and not in full resolution, when in 100% size. I'm currently working with the latest version of Photoshop Express for iPadOS (22.38.3). Already made a re-install of the software but nothing helps. Everthing is fine in the Apple Photos app but as soon as I switch to Phtoshop, the images are blurry/unsharp. You can see the difference at the attached picture. One is the Apple Photos app and the other one in Photoshop express. Looks like, the Photoshop App is loading only a preview image with lower resolution.

The title I have above may be confusing, but I couldn't think of the correct words at this moment! Currently, I am on two separate plans with Adobe, one for Photoshop and one for After Effects. I cannot afford to keep both plans so I am considering just keeping After Effects since it has Photoshop Express. But I am confused about Photoshop Express itself, which I have never actually used before. After Effects says it uses Express for Mobile, but the link for Express says both Windows & Mobile? I don't know if this means if I have Photoshop I get a Windows version of Express as well, or if the Windows version is also available to those who also have products such as After Effects?

The latest version of Photoshop Express does not open the RAW photo files of my Sony FX30. Interestingly in Lightroom it does work. Can you help me please?

I cannot use any of my custom themes anymore, as it just says unable to download content. I do not want to Uninstall and reinstall and lose all my Themes in the process. Any help?IOs iPhone 13 pro

When I try to sign into photoshop express on ios using my adobe ID I get the following message: "An error occurred while logging in. Please try again after some time". I have been getting the same message for days. I have the most up to date version of adobe express. I have tried deleting the app and reinstalling and I tried deleting the app, restarting my iphone, and reinstalling the app. Neither of these worked. I have no problems with Creative Cloud or Lightroom.  Any help resolving this issue would be greatly appreciated. 

iphone xr, ios 15.6.   I have photoshop express premium and lightroom express...  sharpen, and only sharpen...   in both applications...  doesn't work...   i have photoshop on my desktop as well...    full slider move to the right for full sharpen makes no visual change whatsoever on either application...  i can use clarity with some success, but is there anything known about this issue i'm having with sharpen?

I can't seem to find the collage maker or a way to fix perspective on the Windows version of Photoshop Express. Do they exist? If yes, where can I find them? If no, please add them, thanks!

I was recently creating a character model for someone, using PS Express to cut out a face. When I went to create a background for the image, I noticed the eye dropper tool is nowhere to be found on mobile. This came as a surprise to me since there is already a color picker in the app, and it seems like it would be a fairly easy add.

I already paid $34.99 so my membership is active but the App it doesn't recognize it and offer me to pay again when it has been paid 

How do I fix the error in Photoshop express "You have reached the limit of 10 watermarks. Remove a watermark to add a new one". I'd love to but. no where does it tell me where to?? Help?

Hi Everyone!I have some issue with using Photoshop on my new tablet Microsoft Surface go 3.My operation system is Windows 11.I have Illustrator as well and it seems fine with the touch screen and almost everything. However unfortunately when I open the Photoshop and create a new document the program doesnt let me use any of the Tools only the upper panel settings. It doesnt react my touch on the screen.And also I cannot drag and drop a picture into the document because it will create another one seperately.If someone can give me advise what should I do with this issue I would really appreciate that, because I looked up the internet about this problem and found nothing :(.Thank you so much in advance.Have a great day!!

I had issues logging on to photoshop express on a Maury County Public Schools school laptop and it wouldn't let me log in its a windows 10 pro edition I couldn't edit school pictures for my seventh-period Nicholas Potter class he uses adobe too but he has no problems logging in but I'm Eric Fullagar the user of adobe for school as well I Needed Help to fix the problems.

Hello! I've got a 1200x1000 jpeg which I'd like to increase to 1400x1400. I don't care if it's a bit blurred or pixellated. I've tried watching some videos but these appear to be for an older version of photoshop express. Can anyone help with the one that's currently being used? The most I can come up with is I go under Preferences, click on Custom under Image Resize and adjust to 1400 and set the JPEG Quality to 100%. There isn't any button to 'Save' or anything, so I just tap the arrow to leave the window. I'm wondering whether this is cancelling my request to change the image size. Not sure about that since I don't get any confirmation either way. I go to Save and it keeps coming out as 1200x1000. Can anyone help? Thanks.
