I'm trying to run Premiere Elements 13 on an old laptop so that I can deactivate it and use it on a new laptop. I'm getting an error during sign-in saying that my browser or system needs to be updated. I'm guessing that Internet Explorer needs to be updated to version 11, however I don't know how to do it. I never use IE, never have. I'm running a Windows Update right now (it's about to install a feature update to Windows 10, 21H2. Will that update IE 11 automatically? I already called Adobe Support and the agent told me he couldn't help me- he said that all support for Premiere Elements 13 is done here in the community. 

Hi, Does Adobe Premiere Elements 2022 fully support all the formats and resolutions from GoPro10, for example, 5.3K | 60 fps? Thanks

I paid for Premiere elements 2022 but have not been able to install it. The installer fails error 113. Hi,I have a Lenovo P15s with a Nividia Quadro T500 and since the offcial list from last year does not list this GPU: Did somebody manage to get it working?I can not test it since the trial version does not have GPU support included and in Germany I can not return the software once bought. cheers

I keep hitting the Organizer button at the bottom by mistake and it seems to use up a ton of memory and everything slows down afterwards. Is there a way to disable it or get rid of this button?

Hello !I've been trying to import a video recorded from my iPhone. I got the HVEC extension from Microsoft so I don't have error message anymore when importing in Premiere Elements or in Premiere Organizer, but my video is displayed in a weird way:Any idea how to fix this please ?Thanks a lot !

When I go to open up Premiere Elements 2020 I get the following error code.  I have followed the steps listed in this forum and it is still not fixing the error. Does anyone else have trouble with the Pan & Zoom on a video never showing the correct beginning and end of the selection? I have to "Guess" where I think the pan & zoom should be and click preview.I have no responce from Adobe about this. 

Hallo! Ich habe premier elements 15 -  und nutze es selten - jetzt wollte ich es nutzen, aber es heißt, dass ich noch auf anderen Computern angemeldet sei. Auf diesen alten Computer habe ich allerdings keinen Zugriff mehr. Online sehe ich keine Computer in denen ich angemeldet bin und kann mich entsprechend auch nicht abmelden. Was kann ich tun? Vielen Dank!

I have adobe premiere elements 2022 (not PRO). I am trying to write text in Arabic and it isn't coming out right. Help! 

Hello. I've recently discovered that my new professional-level video editors do not work with MPG video files; however, Premiere Elements does and has been my previous go-to program. I have upgraded to a Macbook Pro from a Windows laptop and have installed Premiere Elements so that I can use it to convert my MPG and MPEG video files to MP4.  All was going well for one day, and then suddenly, trouble started The dropdown menus would not display until a clicked them a second time--and then they would disappear as I tried to make a selection. The bin containing files rests BEHIND the editing screen. I have to minimize Elements to see it--and even then it is not accessible. If I manage to load a video into the editor and try to export it, the program just sits still once export is selected. I can close and save the program, but every menu is unresponsive and the screen never transitions to the export screen. I know that Premiere Elements 19 is not the current program, but I'm wonder

I need your help:The movie is cut and should be exported. The process is aborted after a maximum of 13 minutes without an error message. The resolution of the movie has no influence. The movie is exported with medium quality. The program freezes and must be terminated via the task manager.

I am editing video files produced from Super8 film with my Wolverine MovieMaker Pro film digitizer. Transfer output from MovieMaker is 20 frames per second. Automatic setup in Adobe Premiere Elements 2022 shows a frame rate of 24 fps. My original film footage was shot at 18 fps. How do I calculate the percentage to set Time Stretch to enable my finished video to play at 18 fps to match the original film?

Hey guys, super quick question... I'm trying to add a transparent explosion to my clip here. I got a few from Envato Elements and they say they have a transparent background.They're in mov format, so I used Handbrake to convert them to an mp4. When I add them in though, it's just a total black screen with the explosion on it, so it covers the entire screen. Am I doing it wrong, or is Premiere Elements not able to handle these?Thanks!!

I just revently purchased Adobe Premiere Elements 2022 and it along with Windows 11 are up to date.  When I go to retrieve my edited videos, I receive the following message, "An unknown error occurred while opening the project.  You may want to open auto-saved version of the project from 'Adobe Premiere Elements Auto-Save' folder.  This, also, has not worked for me

When I load a video into Premiere elements 2022, hit play button, get spinning disc, video plays but now loops and cannot stop/pause or interrupt in any way. 

This is related to the use of ADOBE Premiere ELEMENTS (14.0).On play back I notice that I wanted to have the background option to change it from black to white since I am placing various small clip on the stage which black does not work for me. So, how do I change the black backdrop stage (when the video plays) to white backdrop stage so when it plays back the scene is white and not black?

Several weeks ago I started editing video, using premier elements. Today, I tried to open that same project up, in premier elements, and keep getting an error. "This type of file is not supported, or the required codec is not installed". What's silly, is the file was created in the program and won't let me open it.  I've tried some older files, that I was able to open in the past and get the same error.     [Moderator note: this seems to be Premiere Elements rather than Premiere Pro, moved to the correct forum.]

Hi, I have just started with Premiere Elements 2022 on a Windows 11 PC. Every time I open a project, I have to redo a setting that is not carried over from the previous session:  uncheck the display of the Audio Tracks.  I am working with a video film that has no sound and it's easier to work with when the audio tracks are not displayed. Am I missing something?  Can the project be opened with this setting in whatever state it was in when the project was last closed?  This is not a "biggee," but making the setting persistent would be nice to have.

Hallo zusammenIch nutze Premiere Elements 2020 und konnte bisher Videos vom Iphone importieren. Jetzt bekomme ich die Meldung "Allgemeiner Fehler beim Importieren" und kann diese Videos nicht mehr verwenden. Gibt es eine Lösung für dieses Problem?

Hi everyone... super quick question. I've got a stop motion video that is entirely shot in landscape mode. I'd like to make a quick trailer to promote it but need to do it in portrait mode. I can't seem to find any way to do this. Is it possible in Adobe Premiere Elements?Thanks!

I am unable to open premiere elements 2020, it says update required.  I am using Windows 11.  Everything was working fine until today. Hope you can help Melanie

I've been using APE 17 for a while and on my old computer I had no issues with the aspect ratio as everything was as it should be. Since I've moved to another computer and reintalled APE 17 I've started to notice that no matter what video I put into the project, the aspect ratio stays at a constant 1920x1080 which leaves my videos with blank space on the sides of them. To my understanding APE is supposed to change the aspect ratio according to the videos frame size, but this doesn't seem to be happening even if I start a completely new project. Is there anything I'm possibly missing as to why this is happening? Or am I misunderstanding how this whole thing should work? First image shows the settings in APE 17 while second image shows the properties of the test clip I'm using. 

I was having issues with Premiere Elements 2022 hanging, so I hoped that a re-install would help (spoiler alert - it didn't).  When I re-installed, it was at version 20.0, and still is.  How can I get it to update to 20.2 again?  BTW: My original issue was running out of memory (RAM).  I had 8GB installed, but have now upgraded to 32GB.
