Preimer elements 2020 will not run outside of my works network. I can install it outside of work from my home.  However, the Premier Elements fails to load at the "quicktime.prm " component of the install.  The program then shuts off with no error message.  Once wifi or ethernet is available, program launces and runs correctly. Had this behavior once before when running windows 10.  It is now doing it again inside of Windows 11.  My district tech hasn't sussed it out yet. Software installed in defaults locations.  I run as an admin or not.  Only time it work is on wifi for the district or ethernet.

New to Premiere Elements 2022. Have used Premiere CC for many years. I'm playing a video I know has audio (played in Mac Finder just fine)I can see the audio waveforms. I can see the "Master" meter in Premiere move.Audio Hardware set to System Default HDMI.Master Clock: System Defaulr HDMI. HDMI monitor hears the audio when I play the clip in the finder. I can hear system beeps. I cannot hear the audio from the timeline.When I go into additional "settings" in the Audio Hardware preferences,To set up "Audio Devices" it is set to HDMI outputI can "Configure Speakers" and I can hear white noise from left and right. But I cannot hear my timeline audio. Somewhere in Premiere the audio is not making it to the system to gome out the monitor's speakers. 

How can I create a vertical video please (to be used on Instagram or TikTok, for example)?When I want to change the project setting, I cannot change the size.When I go to "new project", I can't enter a custom size. I have to choose from preconfigurations.Thanks for your help!

Hi all, this problem appeared two days ago and I haven't been able to find a solution; any advice or ideas would be much appreciated as this is driving me crazy. The problem: I want a section of audio to fade in, say, so I put in the nessicary keyframes and I get a linear fade between the two points, which is what I want.        I save and close the file. But when I re-open it the same fade looks like this, even though none of the settings I can find have been changed and it's still identified as the linear option.I've tried compensating for it with the other options but that proved tedious and the results not great, espcially on a large project with a large number of little volume adjustments. I've scoured the program looking for a setting that could've changed (I have, however, only been using P. Elements a few months so could've easily missed something). I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling the program but that changed nothing. &

How to increase video resolution using adobe premiere elements 2022 by resizing and increasing resolution a video from MiniDV videotape? Also how to enlarge things from videotape with better resolution like seeing better someone from far away. Also how to increase brightness from darkness and increase darkness from brightness from videotape.

En fait j'en ai déjà une petite Tablette graphique XP-Pen Star03 ( je l'ai payé 60 euros et je m'en satisfait pleinement ) mais elle a pas d'écran intégré du coup c'est la misère pour dessiner, j'y arrive pas du tout. Soit je regarde la tablette mais je vois pas ce que je fais, soit je regarde l'écran mais je vois pas ce que je fais non plus. Le seul moyen ce serait d'avoir un strabisme mais j'en ai pas. Du coup j'ai jamais vraiment dessiné avec et elle ne me donne pas envie.Alors j'aimerais bien me tourner vers une tablette graphique avec un écran, voire même de dessiner directement sur une tablette classique avec un bon logiciel genre Sketchbook.J'ai notamment trouver la wacom cintiq 13HD et la XP-Pen Artist 16 Pro ( https://www.xp-pen.fr/goods/show/id/265.html ) mais je sais pas lequel choisir .j'avais fait de nombreux comparatifs entre les marques, et franchement on peut pas dire que Wacom soit franchement en avance sur XP-Pen.Wacom est la meilleure marque de tablette gr

Hello,I have Premiere Elements 2021. I run the application on a Dell XPS 9500 4k (NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1650 Ti). I have two external QHD monitors. I need to use the application on one of the external monitors which is not the main display. I can open the application on this monitor. However if I try to maximize the window or simply resize the window, the application jumps to the main monitor automatically. What is the problem? Thank you for the support

I have a long video that I'm planning to upload to a YouTube channel. Because of its length, I need place bookmarks that several intervals, so the viewer can jump to specific topic.  Can this be done in Premiere Elcmnt 2022?  Or it best done after uploading to Youtube?Help please.Cheers,Andy

I'm new to this forum and I don't shoot (or edit) much video, so please excuse my ignorance. I mostly shoot stills and post-process with Lightroom.I have Adobe Premiere Elements 15. I want to take a video recorded (on my Sony RX100M6 in portrait mode) to fit into a PORTRAIT shaped frame on a PowerPoint slide.  On the PowerPoint slide I have reserved a space for a portrait oriented video.  I need my video to fit into that space. I already to know how to rotate the clip and how to scale it so I get rid of the black bars, but the final product is still in landscape orientation. I need the clip to fit into a portrait frame without the black bars.When I go into project settings Edit>Project Settings>General>Video I see the landscape orientation of 1920 x 1080. I want the reverse (1080 x 1920) but the numbers on the screen can't be edited (even though they are not grayed out).So ... what's the easiest way to produce a video clip that is in portrait mode (1080 x 1920) witho

I purchased this product years ago. I haven't been able to use it for a long time now because it won't let me open either Premiere Elements or PhotoShop because it says it is activated on too many devices (these past devices were stolen from me) and I went to my account and deactived all the devices. My account now says I have no activated devices with my product. Yet when I try to open the products it still says they are activated on too many devices. I know this is not true. No where online has answers to help me and I would like to talk to a real person and I don't understand why that is so difficult. I have not been able to use this product for a long time now when I paid for it and that is not right. I did everything I was told to do. I would like someone to fix this issue so I can use my product that I paid for. 

Can I run Premiere Elements 2021 in conjunction with Elements Organizer 2022 (and PSE 2022)? I have full version of PSE plus Premiere Elements 2021 but only PSE 2022.

Attempting to create ISO file of a large project (over 3 hours): SD 480, ISO Image 8.5 GB, Fit Contents to available space checked.The source file is a single MP4 file, unedited.I have searched the community for "transcoding" topics, but none seem to apply to my problem.  Suggestions? 

I'm using Premiere Elements 11. I realise this is an old version, but I hope someone can still help.I have a series of clips separated by still-frame titles. I want to keep the duration of the titles the same but speed up the video clips. I presume "time stretch" with a number > 100% is the way to do this.I find that if I select a clip and do a time stretch (eg 300%) on it, that clip is fine but the next clip now has a huge time offset between the pictures and sound and I can't find a way to undo that time offset.The first image shows the cursor on the first clip. It is followed by a 5-second title and then the second clip. There is also an overlay title during the first clip.The second image shows the screen after I have done a 300% time stretch on the first clip. Notice that the second clip now has a huge offset between sound and pictures, marked +1:35:1 and -1:35:1, and the sound starts at the end of the first clip instead of at the end of the title. Ziehe ich das 2,7k Material in eine leere Timeline wird daraus ein FullHD Video.Kann ich in Premiere Elements kein 2,7k Projekt erstellen? Ich nutze zur Zeit noch die Testversion.

Hi, I have tried without success to install Photoshop and Premier Elements 2020 on my new windows 11 laptop.  I get the message:"Update required.  Your browser or operating system is no longer supported. You may need to install the latest updates to your operating system"Obviously the laptop has the latest operating system, my guess is that Adobe appears to require installation via an Internet Explorer window and windows 11 doesn't support IE, only Edge.  I have tried running Edge in IE mode but would need to add the URL of the installer to the "open in IE mode list" to possibly make it work. (I assume, I am not a computer geek). Then again I may be completely wrong.  Has anyone got this to work on Windows 11?Thanks in advance 

Adjusting text size & holding in position ?

Between certain videos I cannot apply a transition on the cut. In the attached video there are abnormalities when trying to apply a transition that dont happen with other clips.I could only apply transition to second clip while holding ctrl. I could not apply a center transition, even though each clip had sufficient duration and were connected (The clips snapped to eachother when moved, and thus were connected).I've seen a similar post about this but with premiere pro, and it was solved by using the effects panel, but it appears that elements lacks the panel.How can I fix this?

This should be an easy one to answer. I'm a new Premiere user but I've been creating videos since about 2007 or so. I have installed Premiere Elements 2022. When I first opened the Expert tab there was a panel in the lower left corner that held what appeared to be backgrounds of some sort. They were squares of random designs. Anxious to dig into Premier I closed it, thinking it would be easy enough to open again. I've searched the menus and the community here; no luck.  I don't even know what its purpose was, possibly adding background to a clip.  Any idea where the button is to restore it?  What is its purpose?Thanks

I am using Premier Elements 9 on Windows 10 - and getting the following error while loading a .m2ts file:      This type of file is not supported, or the required codec is not installed.   So I attempted to download Premiere Elements 9.0.1 Updater, but received the following message:      There was an error downloading this update. Hello...  I am using Premiere Elements 12 (I know... old) but I am trying to create some shape and logo transitions in it so I can export as an idividual file (small vid clips) with a transparent background and use on other projects.  Is that possible in Premiere Elements?  If so what export settings should be used?  I can't seem to figure it out.  I know I can add a green screen in the background and then key it out on the other project but I was hoping to avoid the extra step.  Anyone have any ideas?  Thanks!

Hello, I’m using Adobe Premiere Elements 15 and seeking solution to two matters: When adding media clips (numbered JPEGs) to the project at the video segment, the clips load but not in number order.  Seeking a recommended solution to have the clips load in number order and a way to edit for the number sequence.Seeking guidance on how to edit the clip duration from the standard 5 seconds to either 4 or 3 to seconds.  Looking to change the clip duration in batch (entire project) verses a few clips at a time. Thank you in advance, Louis.   

Using Premiere Elements 12 to capture video from USB input, 'capture from webcam' selected.  It works fine but only for one to one and a half minutes.  After that, the video continues to play in the capture window, but nothing is captured.   This happens no matter where in the tape I begin so it doesn't appear to have anything to do with the source material.  Is there a timeout setting or something similar that I don't know about?  My setup consists of a Sony TR-7000 camcorder, an AV-to-HDMI converter and an HDMI-to-USB capture device all leading into a USB port on a pretty fast computer. I'd be grateful for any help you could offer. Dennis
