PE 2022 - Voice recording (Narration) is ending after 30 seconds - how can I prolong the time duration?BR. Steen

Hey, I am making a video with music and I wanted to add the music. To add the music was no problem, but when I am changing the position from the video, the music also switches and is cutted. How can I fix the music in this video, so that I can edit the arrangement of the videos without the music being cutted?

Hi, can you help and confirm if I upgrade my current photoshop elements 2018 and Premiere Elements 2018 to 2022 can this then be installed on a separate laptop as a second activation? Or is this a one activation only and I can upgrade the current laptop but to install on a 2nd laptop would require the need to buy again rather than upgrade? Hope you can help Andrew

Installed the software and have photos with location tags. However the map does not show at all - just a black window where the map should appear. See screenshot. What to do to make it good?

I just installed Photoshop elements 2020 and Premiere elements 2020. My display size is 2560x1440.UI in photoshop element is OK ans similar to the look and feel I had with Photoshop Element 11.UI in premiere elements uses very big fonts and look like low resolution screen. How can I solve this, which make Premiere almost useless ?Thanks for the help.

Hi,I wonder if someone can help please?I like to use Key Frames to fade in/out audio tracks on my Timeline and I'm using multiple input sources in my project. When I drag down the yellow line on the audio tracks in the Timeline from camcorder input it correctly reduces the volume, however, when I do the same on audio tracks from both a GoPro and an iPhone I can't fade it down to silent. Is there any reason for this and is there any way I can fix it please? 

Just got Pre Eire Elements 21 after using version 9 and found several changes.    Is it possible to see thumbnails in the Timeline please?    At present just displaying the file name.    Thumbnails useful to check arrangement of pics for slideshow.

Sometimes in the exported file, Premiere Elements 2022 adds damaged frames at the beginning of the new clip in the timeline. This doesn't happen in the preview, only in the exported file.Damaged frames also don't exist in the original clip.See sample screenshot showing exact same frame in PRE and external player.I was so happy to buy this software but it doesn't seem to work for me.I've followed https://helpx.adobe.com/premiere-elements/kb/gpu-troubleshoot.html but it doesn't help. I have disabled GPU Acceleration in Edit - Preferences but it doesn't help. I have latest NVIDIA drivers 496.76 for GTX 1070, latest Windows 10 updates.Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-7400 CPU @ 3.00GHz 3.00 GHz64.0 GBWindows 10 Pro 21H2 

can I automatically default to PAL instead of the US default ?

I have purchased Adobe Premiere Elements 9 (Product Key: <serial number removed>). While trying to re-download the installation files, the 1.8 Gb installation file doe not download properly.  This software has never been installed on this desktop with Windows 10.  Please provide me with a valid link to downlown all necessary installation files for Adobe Premiere Elements 9.Please help!!Thanks in advance.Randall Renn[private contact info removed by moderator]

It doesn't seem to be possible to export the project in Premiere Elements 2022 (MP4 H.264 2160p).Saving video stops at certain percentage and then there's no activity even if Estimated Time timer counts down.There' no CPU, GPU or disk activity. Timer goes down to few seconds and it stops, nothing happens. Cancelling operation also doesn't work.See screenshots attached.I've tried with and without GPU acceleration enabled (GTX 1070) in Edit -> Preferences. (progress 56%, Estimated Time: 00:59:16) (progress 56%, Estimated Time: 00:00:05) 

I have a Sony FDR-AX100 camcorder and it seems to be harder to use than I realized. This group is for Premiere Pro. I could not find a group for Premiere Elements so I hoping that I can get help here even though both programs might be very different in the manner of how to use certain functions. I am trying to figure out how to get my laptop to recognize my camcorder. I want to be able to see what I am recording on the laptop in real time. I am using Adobe Premiere Elements 2022.I tried without a USB video capture card with no luck, but now I have one. The capture card has one USB port and two HDMI ports. One HDMI in and one HDMI out.How can I get my camcorder to record videos while I watch what I am recording on my laptop?Am I right to assume that the videos will record on the camcorder, but not the laptop?  My main concern is to be able to see what is being viewed on the camcorder. I need to be able to see and find my mark. I hope someone can help me get my issue

Hi,I wonder if you can help me please? Why is it that when I set my Premiere Elements 2020 new project settings to any option with 50fps, add footage filmed in at least 50fps format and then export it, the output file reverts to 25 fps and provides horrible stuttering footage rather than the smooth flowing footage that I was previously used to in an old version of Premiere Pro? Am I doing something wrong?

Never had this issue until a few days back. 5.1 audi gets maaany sound layers and makes it impossible to edit. Sometimes when I import 5-10 of them they work fine, but if I import all of the videos this happens. Can not import 5-10 at a time either since they will get this annoying bug after first batch anyways.Any ideas? Never encountred this error in my 8 years of using Premiere Elements...

Hi Guys,  I use Photoshops Elements the first Time (Testversion). I want to use it for editing some Clips for TikTok (mostly Videos Filmed in 4k). I tried to set the Settings to 6:19 and then importing the source material. Sadly I am not able to change the prefield settings, Screenshot:Ist this maybe related to my Testversion? Or ist der any other reason for not beeing able to change it? Thank you 🙂

J'ai chargé adobe premiere éléments avec wind 10 pro sur SSD d'un portable HP 2 en 1. Le logiciel se bloque ou ne répond plus après quelques manipulation (utilisation normale) De plus je n'ai pas de son. I habe Premiere Elements 2021 and can't work with the sound. The sound effects don't 'stick' on the timeline - when trying, there's shown the 'not-possible-sign' (crossed out cirkle).And moving the yellow line in the timeline doesn't has an effect. Neither with the whole line, nor with a part between keyframes - the volume doesn't change, even if the line is positioned very high or low.Fading out an in don't work as well.The clip-volume in the left above edge of the timeline is activated.What can I do?Thank you very much for your help!Manuel

I recently did an update on my computer, and after the update all I see are these green lines in my preview.  I've heard of this problem before, but the solution seems to be to get an older version of a driver, which I don't really plan on doing.  Is there any way to fix this without getting an older driver, or am I stuck with a green barcode on my screen?  Thanks.Note: I am using Adobe Premiere Elements 2019

Hello all,   I am looking for a feature in Adobe Elements 22 that creates many "sublclips" from a much larger piece of video. <<sub clips is a feature that is available in Avid Media Composer.   The idea is that you have a long piece of video and you want to view the video, pick the sections you will actually use in your edit,  and save these sections as subclips to be used for later when you do your edit. Essientially I want to find all the material I want to use in the my edit, prior to doing any editing, and save these pieces as subclips so I can just drag a subclip into the timeline vs. drag the entire piece of video and then trim it.  Ideally these subclips would show up as individual video files in the Project Assets list, and they would be nameable so at first glance I know what the clip is. I have not been able to figure out how to do this in AE.   Is this doable?  

New 2022 Premier Elements. Much to bright. Can not see numbers on Time Line. All Tools and Icons are verily visible on whole page. Set my Monitor at the highest contract that is has. Has no effect on Premier when trying to work on project. Is there a setting in Premier 2022 where I can increase contrast?. Let's say my source video is 4K. I made some edits and exported an 1920x1080 30-minute video. If I want to delete a 2-minute portion and shorten the video to 28 minutes, can I tell Premiere Elements to re-use the work it has already done within the original project? Or must I start a new project, use the 30-minute video as the source, and delete 2 minutes in this new project? Thanks in advance for any tips.
