Encoding problem - Progress halts

Hello, 

 

Let me solve this problem as soon as possible !!

What I have some ,,,, 

When I click the start encoding button, it suddenly stopped working. 

I have a big file as like the SSD ; T7 and still it left 458GB. 

I made the video and music work within 6mins. It was not too long. 

Three weeks ago, I had the same problem as today but at that time the music and video work within 10 mins. 

What should I do?? If you were I am, Do you wanna keep using the program PR? 

Anyway, I hope you make a solve the problem sooner.

    Hey there, @소윤30390957zmob,

    I read your bug report. I hear you're having problems with exporting, though you have plenty of space. Is that right? It seems to be a very odd problem. For developers to help, they need to understand what you are working with, your system, source media, and other such things first. Can you provide those details with the template inside this post? How do I write a bug report? That would be super helpful.
