Ich hätte gerne weitere Infos dazu, vor allem aufgrund möglicher rechtlicher Schwierigkeiten die daraus resultieren können wenn neues Material generiert wird. 

Hello,My video source is MP4, and I would like to keep MP4 for the export. But my goal is to have lossless quality for the export in MP4.I don't want to use other format (like ProRes or DNX...). Is it a simple way to be lossless in that case (without going into settings) ?

My school computer uses premiere pro cc 2014, and I'm trying to figure out how to download that version onto my home computer so I can work on it outside of school. However, I only figured out how to download the latest version of premiere pro. How can I download the 2014 version on my home computer and allow my files to work on both computers?

Hello,I would like to bypass the Premiere Pro export mode in order to send my sequence directly to Media encoder. So I do File/export/send to media encoder.But, if I do that, I noticed that the PP export settings are put inside media encoder. I would like to have a full bypass (in media encoder I don't want to have the PP export settings). How to do that ?

I'm relatively new, working on a video with several cameras. I manually synced them, nested them and created a multicam. One of the cameras imported as if it was zoomed in, part of the picture is cut off. I'm working within the multicam now, when I try to zoom out I only get what's showing with a black frame around it. Zooming in works, no problem. Is there a way I can resolve this without starting over?

In Premiere Pro, I can render videos with my RX 580 GPU without any problems.When I go to After Effects, it is impossible to render with the GPU.Would the Adobe package have good compatibility with AMD GPUs?I can't afford to invest in an RTX at the moment.Would it be possible to work with Motion and Video with an RX 7600?

We're running Premiere Pro on 75 fairly new PCs and storing/ accessing/ playing media off a shared college network drive. I don't have the spec to hand (but can retrieve after the weekend if nec.) Some students' projects play clips with audio out of sync by 20-40 frames (video late). The source clips are h264 .MTS files. I would appreciate some tips for a workaround. E.g. short term: transcoding (to what?)/ moving to local drives (eg PC HD)/ changing network settings. Or long term: invest in department-only RAID. Is anyone else having this? Apologies for vagueness. I can fill in exact specs if required.

I'm working on Ventura 13.2.1 (22D68) using Premiere Pro 2024.6.1 I noticed a clip was slightly out of sync in my multicam, I went into the sequence, muted the top track to see/fix it, but when I unmuted the track, that portion of the file I've been editing with in multicam is still appearing as "black" and muted? When I match frame back into the multicam, the B Cam will appear again, but only slightly before this section I've edited with, then it suddenly turns black, then reappears....in the middle of a single video file. I've tried enabling/disabbling the clip. Muting/unmuting the track. Restarting Premiere, restarting my computer, deleting all my media cache files in hopes that this will fix it. Why can't the multicam feature ever just work with Adobe....this is the most basic of functions and the inadequacy makes me want to pull my hair out. I think I'm going to just migrate over to Avid if this isn't an easy fix....

Hello,I have set PP to open in the last recent project, but when I open PP it opens all the time with the "media explorer ". Why ? So I am obliged each time to select the project manually by clicking on the little arrow in the same panel. 

I have exported my sequence on the desktop, and PP says me that the export is OK, but I see that my video does not appears on the desktop. Finally, after a moment, the video appears on the desktop.So it did not appear immediately on the desktop after export. Why ?

If I squeeze the audio with the Rate Stretch Tool in the last two versions of Premiere Pro (24.4.1 and 24.3) and export the sequence, the audio will sound crackly throughout. I don't hear any crackling when playing back from the sequence immediately after squeezing the audio. But if I close the Premiere and reopen the project, I will hear the crackling also from playing back from the sequence.I re-installed Premiere Pro version 23.0 and there is no crackling issue. I'm using Windows 11 Pro. Version 10.0.2263 Build 22631 But now all the work I've been doing the past several months seems all crackly now. And the older Premiere won't let me open projects made from new versions of Premiere. I feel like you should change that and allow that to happen, even if some functionality might not work.

Operating environment: M2 Macbook Air (macOS: Sequoia 15.5) Premiere Pro 25.2.3 (Build 4)   In a Timeline panel, you can change the height of the screen by grabbing the thick border between the audio and video tracks. Grabbing the thick border between the caption track and the video track doesn't change the height on the screen.     This means that if you are using multiple caption tracks and you add a third or more tracks, they will be hidden in the top border of the Timeline panel. Is this considered a bug? Is there another way to change the height on the screen?

Since January I've had increasing problems exporting video with corrupt plabyack at one or more spots.My export settings are HVEC .265 at Full HD (1920x1080), VBR, 1 pass with a target bitrate of 16 Mbps. First the video will go blocky and then totally smears of confusion followed by the audio cutting out.After 10 to 30 seconds playback returns to normal. I try to scrub back and forth to check quickly in quick play mode. If it seems good, I upload to Vimeo where the client reviews (this is where we started having clients complaign about the glitches). Before I send Vimeo review links now, I try to watch every episode in the 20 part series in 2x time to scan the entire series and catch problems so they can be re-exported if needed.I export animation projects which will feature Apple ProRes 422 .mov source video plus some graphics, an adjustment layer & PNG watermark. I filmed these clips in profile mode on a canon camera.   I then rotated them using transform.  They fit the timeline correctly now, BUT the clip previews in the meda window are "cropped" to horizontal dimensions.  Is there a way I can fix that so I can vew the clip propperly?

Hey Adobe Community, Is there a recommended export setting to retain as much of the file's color grading lattitude for later grading? Would this be ProRes 422? Or would something a little less file intensive be possible?I would like to generate B-Roll compilations but I don't have time to grade them right now (and I'm not sure I want to lock in a grade). It would be great if I could render a compilation of clips as a single file, to then be broken apart later by Premiere's "Scene Edit Detection".My compilations are up to 30mins long, so achieving the most lattitude with the smallest file size would be great. Origianlly, the total size of all my B-Roll is in the range of TB, so generating a compilation of the "best of" would be ideal.I know project manager would also be an option. But I'm not sure what's best or what's industry practice. Thanks in advance!

Hey all,Summary: I'm running into an issue editing MXF files in Premiere Pro 24.5 and up.The last version that I have not had this issue with is 24.2.1 which I am currently using. I've tested this in all subsequent versions to see if it was fixed, and I still encounter this issue, this has been happening across multiple machines on my team. Details:Footage recorded on a Canon C200 and Canon XA-70, MXF files 3840x2160 29.97, artifacts are introduced during editing and playback (see screenshot and video render examples). No other video files have produced the same errors Attached are two video clips; one export shows the artifacts in an example render file, and the other one shows another export without artifacts for a different project. Hello, i am having this issue with a transparent white logo (png file) in Premiere Pro.I am using a video layer, a white text layer and a layer whith a white logo. In the preview and in the exported mp4 file the white text is perfectly white, but the white logo is grey. What is wrong and how can i fix this?

I don't know what is going on with the developers at Adobe, but having the option to cut or clear an item that does the exact opposite, is one of the most frustrating aspects of Premiere Pro 2025. Every other item, effect, whatever Adobe is calling things these days can be deleted by cutting or clearing. Why is masking different? And why, if cutting and clearing creates another mask , is there not a clear and intuitive way to remove masking? Do people all of a sudden not make mistakes when masking? How am I supposed to get rid of all the keyframes without having to close my project and lose all my work because not saving is the only way to get rid of the masking? WHY IS THERE THE OPTION TO CUT AND CLEAR A MASK THAT CREATES MORE AND MORE MASKS INSTEAD OF CUTTING AND/OR CLEARING! Was this not noticed in beta testing? There are as many bugs in Premiere Pro 2025 as there are bed bugs in the room of a pay-by-the-hour motel. 

I've been editing/exporting with everything going fine in what I assume was 25.2.2 Four days ago it auto-updated to 25.2.3 and ever since, every export is very washed out. I know about the Mac gamma issue but this doesn't seem to be it? For one, I've never had any issues with it doing this in 20+ years using Premiere Pro and it suddenly started hapening after an update. Now whatever I export in whatever gamma setting all looks the same washed out and it displays that way no matter where the video is played.  I've tried changing project gamma settings - 2.4, 2.2, 1.96, all with the same results. I'm operating in media color space Rec.709 SDR, outputting color space Rec.709 and having this issues with footage from a variety of sources - Canon DSLR, Fuji, Inspire 3, GoPro, etc.  All clips are washed out regardless if any color correction has been applied.Thanks for the help!

I've been frustrated beyond belief with this project I've been working on (it's had a variety of problems...) and have now run into a final straw scenario. Delivery is tomorrow and I do not know how to deal with this sudden error.Earlier in the day, I exported a few sample clips for the director, no issue. Now the entire project, including those same clips, is failing to render. NOTHING HAS CHANGED.I don't know why the sudden breakdown. I've never run into this issue before.I've followed the steps in this post that seemed to solve it but it's no use for me.Moving it locally didn't correct the issue.Creating proxies of the newly coloured footage I'm working with returned an error on all but 9 of 24 clips. All the same issue: can't retrieve frame, etc.I've updated Media Encoder, Premiere Pro v.25.2.3, and my NVIDIA 1060Ti to their latest, and still nothing.Please, please help. This "for fun" project is going to kill me.

Hello, I have big issue with relinking media file.When I move media to another disk (for example - from external HDD to internal disk),Premiere want to relink media one by one. When I have cca 1000 files in project, that's crazy. Can you help me, please?!!!    

This problem appeared a couple of months ago. When I import video to Premiere pro, the audio and video are out of sync by varying amounts.This has been happening consistantly for the past few months.My workflow has not changed. My equipemnt has not changed.Up until now, it was annoying, but manageable.Now, I'm finding that the audio is out of sync by differnet margins for different clips. e.g.Import a single-cam, uninterupted interview. (3 clips; 25 min, 25 min and 10 min) All three clips are approx 36 frames out of sync. So I un-link each video and sync manualy.Now, this is where things get even stranger. If I save, close and reopen later, the number of frames by which the clips are out of sync has changed. The first clip might be 23 frames, the second clip might be 16 frames and the last might be 32, 7 or something else. Likewise, if I 'edit in Adobe Audition', save and return to Premiere, the clips will change the number of frames by which they are out of sync. (Video
