HI! Is there any way to enable the different GPU options without going through File > Project Settings > General? Because all my options are currently disabled.Of course, my Imac is an old one with an NVIDIA GeForce GTX 780M 4 GB graphics card. Thanks!

In a roughly 3-second original sound clip, I have a few microphone “rumbles.” Enhance Speech removed them surprisingly well. Unfortunately, the result is too muffled and too loud, and does not match anymore to the other original sound. I also cut the original sound clip by one word. When I try to optimize the only 7 frames longer version with just the additional word “The” with Enhance Speech, the “rumbles” are no longer removed. Very mysterious. I can see somewhere what exactly Enhance Speech did that I optimize it manually?

I've just used Essential Sound 'Enhanced Speech' to 'clean up some noisy dialogue' and its added a robotic voice at the end spouting some nonsense  - its sounds like "334" or "we grew floor"?? totally bizzare. It's not on the original footage and when I turn off the 'Enhanced Speech' slider to remove the filter it disapears.It's like a watermark of some discription.Ive tried a complete new project and its still adding it.ANY idea what it could be? I have a full subscription and im uptodate on Premiere V25.2.0 (build 147)Thanks in Advance!Clip attached.....

Hi,On one of my edits, I have been unable to view the playback of my video... The playback is just black. I've watched a few videos on how to fix this, and they reccomend changing the renderer under file>project settings>renderer, but the button to change the renderer is not available either. The playback quality is set to 1/2 resolution. The playback on my other edits are fine, just not this one. I've also cleared the cache. What are my next steps? Thanks!

For the fast couple updates the text pannel is missing, only showing UXP Pannel 1 or 2. I have tried restarting resetting pulgin cache and delteting preferences. I have tried completely uninstalling and reinstalling both the main and beta releases (including Media Encoder). Not sure how to troubleshoot further. Thanks for your help- I could really use this pannel! Mac OS 14.3.1 , SiliconPremiere 24.3

Hello, im trying to enable the GPU use in my premiere pro, but I cant, its all gray, I dont know why this hapenned, but My CPU goes crazy now, I need to turn on my GPU, I have a Nvidia GTX 3060 Ti.I already uninstalled premiere and installed again, I have the lastest drivers, I created new projects and still Cant enable the GPU use, please helpmeeeeeplx hhelp

I'm encountering a fun new problem today: I've generated proxies for all of my project footage (watermarked low resolution Quicktimes) and for some reason one entire bin of footage is not toggling between proxy and full res footage in my program monitor. (Others are working fine - same cameras, same process.) It shows that they are attached and the media file path, and they all appear normal when I view the proxy files in the finder - the new little 'proxy' symbol on the clips in the timeline even turns blue, and yet it does not show the proxies and scrubbing is prohibitively choppy. I've tried detaching and reattaching them several times, resetting computer, clearing cache, nothing seems to work. A note that I had to generate these proxies on my Intel laptop (thanks to Premiere crashing constantly on my M1 Mac failing to handle C70 MXF files - another as yet unresolved issue in another discussion board), but I wouldn't think that's the issue? Please advise, my workflow is becomming mo

I cannot for the life of me generate a transparent MP4. I am taking an MP4 generated in Adobe Express, pulling it into Premiere Pro, and exporting it with either: QuicktimeAnimation8 bit + alpha or: QuicktimeApple ProRes 4448 bit + alpha and get the exact same MP4 back. I have tried this on two different machines (Mac Mini m4 and MacBook Air M4) with the same result. I have tried it with MP4s with an animated backgroundMP4s that come from a transparent PNG and renders as an MP4 with a black backgroundMP4s with black backgroundsMP4s with white backgrounds I am at a loss. Anyone with any insight on this? Thank you!

Hi!I try to edit some clips made from an Sony Xperia 1V. The clips are fine playing directly in av player, but some of the clips are messed up when playing them in Premiere or other edit softwares (e.g. Wondershare Filmora).I have no idea why they are like this, and it is not all yhe Xperia-clips that are interfered.Some video-info: mp4-files3840x216029,96 f/s Has anybody experienced similar, and/or know a fix? Uploaded a screenshot showing how the playback is, both in preview and as exported. The same thing happens in Filmora, but not necessarily with the same clips. 

I just found out about the proxy workflow, so I followed a tutorial yesterday that showed me how to create a proxy preset and then an ingest file, which also added in a watermark so I could tell when I was working with the proxies.My footage is all 1920x1080, some mts, some .mov. Some is 59fps and some 30. I've read that I can't transcode the 59fps to 30 because it will slow it down, and this is all interview footage which has audio. So I tried to keep the same frame rate as the original and used a Cineform codec with 1280x720 quality 1, and the watermark (image overlay) added. But it keeps changing the size to 1280x853.All of the proxies it made with this preset are squashed vertically and have black bars above and below, and they're bigger than my originals.What are the format, preset and codec settings to use for this type of footage on a mac so it can be the same width and height as my original, but smaller and easy to run in a proxy workflow? I've read that the H264 preset is too

Ao rotular um clipe, o premiere está rotulando todo o volume do clipe, e nao somente o selecionado. 1. Colocar um clipe de 01:00 na timeline2. Cortar 00:10 deste clipe3. Aplicar o rotulo em cima desse novo clipe de 00:10 ao finalizar o passo, era para somente o clipe de 00:10 ficar com a cor do rotulo selecionado, porem, todo o clipe de 01:00 está ficando com a cor do rótulo selecionado.

Hello.I'm working with BT709 MP4 files (offline editing of movie trailers). I have an external EIZO screen for monitoring purposes and an LG Ultrafine for UI.Premiere Pro 25.2.1 : what the "Display Color Management" setting does regarding that type of files?I have two movies as an example: one seems better with it (a lot less saturation but a more contrasty image) and the other one is dull and way too dark when the setting is on.So, what is the general rule with this improved color management on "standard" BT709 files?TIA!Cheers.Max Macbook Pro M1 Max / Sonoma 14.7.1

Hi I am new to adobe and premiere, while working and doing exports i notice in performance i cannot switch from software enconding, it is greyed out saying, "hardware encoding is unavailable, please make sure this system meets hardware and minimum OS requirements for this funcionality" I tried looking if my pc can handle it and from what i looked it does, but you know information sometimes is outdatedI am running with a 2070 superAMD Ryzen 7 3700x48 RamWindows 10I dont know if you need more information, i tried updating drivers, i used GPUSniffer and it recognizes my GPU, any help or comments are welcome

Hi,I've been trying to use the speed ramp tool on a clip and also position and scale it to be where I need it to be in the frame. Every time I try to add scale and position keyframes in addition to the using speed ramping strange things start to happen. Is there a way to layer effects and use multiple keyframes for different attributes? Also, sometimes when I have multiple keyframes, if I edit one later in the timeline it doesn't change anything where I placed it but it changes things earlier in the clip...not even at a keyframe. This makes no sense to me. Then, if I 'remove attributes' sometimes my entire clip just disappears.I'm not sure if it's all related somehow or if they're seperate issues. Any help is appreciated!Thanks! 

estou tentando renderizar um video tanto com PREMIERE 25 quanto com o MEDIA ENCODER 25, não estou conseguindo renderizar o vídeo em 4K de jeito nenhum, a renderização em 1080p da certo, mas em 4k não renderiza Tentei de várias maneiras, tanto com o PREMIERE quanto com o ENCODER, quando eu renderizo em 4K com a GPU, ele trava em alguns efeitos de vídeo (eu não queria remover os efeitos), e quando eu tento renderizar em 4K com a CPU, ele chega ao final da renderização e trava tudo e o programa fecha sozinho.  Tentei várias configurações diferentes em .mp4, .mov, atualizei a placa de vídeo, não sei porque não renderiza em 4K de jeito nenhum. Alguém mais teve esse problema? Sabem como posso resolver? Um detalhe: o vídeo ficou bem grande durante a renderização, cerca de 90 GB, video de 20 minutos em 4k, não sei se é normal esse tamanho, ele tem bastante edição. MEU PC> XEON E5 2640 v3 | 80Gb memoria | GTX 3060Ti 8GB

Has anyone got familiarity with the above message...have just migrated to a much more powerful computer but when I try to open the project I have edited in I get this error message. Grateful for any thoughts... Michael 

Hi everyone, I'm fairly new to using Premiere Pro, but I just upgraded my setup to dual monitors, and I'm hoping what I'd like to do is possible. Most of the work I do involves Multi-Camera editing, so I am in the Program window with Multi-Camera view on, which puts both the multi-camera view and final output into a single window.Current SetupWhat I'd love to do, ideally, is split these - use one monitor to review the main edit of the footage, along with my timeline and other core functions of the software, and my second monitor just to display the multicamera view. This way, I can look at large versions of all 4 cameras I'm working with and cut between them live, while still having access to all my editing tools and a final output view on the other monitor,Ideal Setup (Simulated with Screenshot)Hopefully I've explained this half decently, and the pictures help.  Any insight anyone can share would be very helpful!

Mac Studio, M2 Max, Sonoma 14.7Premiere Pro v25.2.1 (Build 2) Footage from GoPro Hero 11 I changed a clips speed/duration to 10000% speed. Tried to change speed to 100% else by typing, and the percentage automatically goes to 1.08% when I type the 1, then anything else I type is added after the .08 (e.g. trying to type 100 = 1.0800). Typing numbers 2-9 work fine, but the bug also affects 0. If I unlink the speed and duration, I am able to change the speed when typing all numbers 1-9, except 0, which now automatically changes speed to 0.1%. I am still able to change the speed percentage by clicking and dragging the number fine. Thanks,Matt

I tried to update premiere pro 2025, but it said the update wasnt compatible because I needed Windows 10 22H2 or greater. But Im using Windows 11, shouldnt that work?

Hello. I'm bringing in some shots from Premiere into AE to make some transitions. I've highlighted the footage and the audio and pressed "Link to AE composition." All the footage and audio is in the composition. I've put a few freeze frames for transitions, but back in Premiere the audio doesn't get linked to the comp. So now the audio isn't synced up with the footage. I swear this was never an issue before. How do I get it so the audio from AE comes back with the linked comp and not have the original Premiere audio?

I am setting up a feature doc. We have a home office and are using Suite to store the Production and its projects. I have an editor that like to pull selects while travelling and is often working with no internet connection. I understand that if he leaves the office and has a local drive with all of the media on it we can still link to all the media and as we add new footage we have to make sure his drive is up to date with the footage updates.I am trying to work out how he can work offline in a project and still be able work.If is means I have to make him a project outside of the Production and then bring it in that would work for us. Any tips would be great thanks.
