I'm trying to relink my Raw camera files in premeire, but they will not recognize my proxies/transcodes I used as being the exact same. So they won't all auto link. We used Frame io C2C functionality on set to create h264 proxies staight from the camera to our cloud server. They were created no problem and had no issues using them for the edit. But now when trying to online the project Premiere won't recognize the raws and the proxies as having the same name even though they do character for character they are the exact same. Even when I'm in the media browser for relinking, I will check the box that says "display exact name match only" and it will not show up even though I can clearly see the raw file in my folder to click on and re link. I dont want to have to do it one by one. Which does work btw but I shouldnt have to. That's the whole point of the C2C finction to streamline the post workflow. Any ideas as to why this is happening? I'm using Premiere 25.2 on a mac studio m1 ul

So I know this worked earlier in my project but it seems as it's progressed the function is no longer working. As in I get no results for things I type, or completely non applicable results.  Using the Find tool actually now crashes the program too.Lastest version Windows 10

Hello,I need some help! I'm using Premiere Pro 2025 with the Influx extension, and whenever I import a video with audio, the audio does not sync to the video whatsoever. In my files, it is synced and everything is completely fine, but in Premire Pro, it's not. The first 10-60 seconds will be synced, and then after that, it just loops, making it out of sync. It's not like I can unlink the audio and video, and just manually sync it as the audio is unnecessarily looping, and the rest of the audio is just replaced. Changing the format does NOT work, and this is happening on ALL of the videos I import. Clearing my cache and resetting Premeire has done nothing. Not sure if this is a bug, or if I'm just being stupid, lol! Thank you!

Bonjour, J'aimerais que ce problème soit résolu : lorsque je me place sur la fin d'un rush que j'ai coupé sur ma timeline et que je presse la touche "o" de mon clavier pour attribuer un point de sortie, celle-ci est décalée d'une image, ce qui fait que mon point de sortie sélectionne une image de mon rush suivant, ce que je ne souhaite pas du tout. Travaillant sur de nombreux montages de découpes c'est une vraie perte de temps de devoir recaler le point manuellement à chaque fois.

Hello everyone, I'm a video editor & I spend lot of time on this project but not sure how it's got corrupt even auto save files are not working. When I try to open  It shows " The project appears to be damaged, It cannot be opened", I tried all the possible solution but nothing seems to be working so If anyone can able to fix please contact me "email deleted by mod". Hi All,Has anyone else noticed slower exports of H.264 files?  I edit mostly Sony HEVC 4K footage  and export 4K 50 mbit  H.264 files. A lot of the projects are 2-3 minutes in length and exports prior to 25.1 were usually under  5 minutes. Since 25.1  exports are taking 15-20 minutes!!! I am on a windows MachineAMD Ryzen 9 5950X 16-Core Processor 3.40 GHz128 Gb RamNvidia RTX 3070NVMe Drives I am not sure whats happening. Nothing on my end has changed.Adobe, what am I missing? ThanksDarrell

How can I adjust the Caption track height. It appears half size and I can't do anything to make it appear as it's normal height! Is it a bug?Thank you

In version 25.2 (2025), after the media files are deleted, opening the project file causes the program to remain stuck on this screen for one hour, rather than displaying the offline window.  

I came across a bug in the updates in the title 25.1 &25.1.2 , the new interface for frame io in Premiere  recognises an Adobe frame io "free" account (the one that comes with an Adobe creative cloud subscription, 100gb, 2 people ,5 projects) as a "Legacy" account i.e the old "free account" ( 2gb of space, etc) and therefor 'greys' out the option to upload an export to it. After literally losing an afternoon, lots of money and any confidence the client had in me, I worked out this is what it must be. Tried a previous version of Premiere (with the old interface) and hey presto - no issue. The online help from Frame io's indian call center told me to upgrade my subscription to a paid pro account to eliminate the issue - really?1?. Come on Adobe, get it together if you're gonna insist on rolling 5 million updates out a month please flippin test em before you do - we're you're costumers - NOT your test subjects !

Hi all, I've downloaded the Sztos Variable font family but when I go to use it in After Effects and Premiere, I can only see the italic options, not the regular or bold. Creative cloud looks like I have the 'regular' versions of the font installed. Can anyone help?

We use Premiere Pro to edit .MTS files.  We have constantly experienced problems with Premiere Pro not importing sound.  Usually, updating everything (not just Premiere Pro) will solve this.  We currently have one machine were nothing is working, and right this second, we are deleting Premiere Pro to reinstall and try it again.  This nonsense of constantly battling to get Premiere Pro to import sound has been going on for months.  Why is this such a horrible ongoing battle?  Is there something we can do?

Heyyy, I'm not sure if this is a bug or not but when I apply mask on a duplicated speed ramp (which is the same clip that's being stack). So when I apply mask on the second clip the speed ramp speed changes and you can see a cut which basically mean the video is in another timeline.  I Haven't encountered this with the previous versions. PR ver: 25.2.1PC SPECS:CPU: i5-12400GPU: RTX 4060RAM: 32 GB

When you zoom out in the timeline (too fast appearently according to premiere) It snaps back to fully zoomed in. I frequently take timelapse videos with my Sony a7sii which spits out an .avi file using the .mjpg codec. Today, Premiere randomly stopped being able to read them.I am running the latest version of Premiere CC and Windows 10 as of 2/8/18. System is an AMD Ryzen TR 1950x w/ 32gb of ram, gtx1080, m.2 OS and scratch disks.The first symptom that showed up was that .avi files in my timeline would playback as a different clip (whatever was previous on the timeline) but with inverted colors. I could load the clip into my source monitor, but it would not play back and looked stretched out. I tried re-linking the media, clearing the preview files, and clearing the cache.Now when I load in any of these clips they just show up as black with faint blue vertical lines. I started having a strange issue today - Under Sequence, when I try to Render Selection it doesn't seem to render, but only starts playing the selection (the clip status is still showing as yellow). However, when I Render In to Out it seems to render. Any ideas on why this is happening or how I can fix it.

I'm working in a shared production. The production folder is stored on a Lucid Link files space. My AE and I have mirrores copies of all media on seperate drives at our respective remote offices. We have proxies for all footage also stored on the mirrored drives. After setting up the Production, anytime either of us open a project after the other has worked in it, we have to relink or re-attach the proxy to the file paths on our respective drives. Premiere does not have the same issue with the camera original media, just the proxies. Is this an annomoly? Can it be avoided? Our respective drives are identical aside from the volume names, one of which has an A in the name, while the other has a B.  

I have the following scenario. 1) A video in V1, which has NO SOUND, is just a gameplay that lasts 10 seconds.2) A speech that I recorded in PremierePRO, placed in A1.3) Now click and ensure you only click the AUDIO in A1.4) Edit / Text / Transcript (ensure it is created) and then Filter / Pauses / Delete / Delete All. The result, your audio is properly trimmed, but the video is also trimmed. The video is not linked at all, the audio is an isolated file, so why would it assume the video must be trimmed as well? Btw, linked selection is not checked.  How can I simply remove pauses from my audio without affecting the video that is present in the same time in a different channel? Thanks.

Lorsque j'importe mes vidéos dans premire pro et que je les insère dans ma timeline, les sons sont en mono et non en stéréo.Je fais donc "clic droit" sur l'audio --> Canaux Audio --> la fenêtre Mono est grisé je ne peux donc la passer en Stéréo.Je suis donc allée dans mes rushs dans le panneau projet, j'ai passé le rush en Stéréo mais rien ne change dans ma timeline quand je l'insère...Avez-vous une solution ?
