I opened a project only to find red dots on the playback screen. They are only visible on two of the sequences. Never seen those before. Any idea what they are?
Okay i relaized this update with Premiere Pro 2025.Before this update, let's say i have a project in Premiere Pro 2024 and i want to copy the sequance or anything in the timeline to the Premiere Pro 2023 or to the After Effects composition, normally all i have to the was select the materials in timeline and then go the the other premiere pro and just paste it. But now they are only allowing this through apps only with same versions. And i really dont understand why they're limiting this.We don't have to update every apps right away, some of us still using the previous versions.Non-sense.
In a pickle on a Sunday..I can apply the cross dissolve (center at cut) between two clips , or on images, and it works as expected. However the cross dissolve when applied between two clips with two mask paths, only the mask paths dissolve between them, but not the video clips. Hoping it's a simple checkbox somewhere to 'anchor' the masks to the videos, that way both cross dissolve?
Premiere Pro suddenly (as from yesterday, March 30) started exporting my videos WAY darker than what I chose to (examples attached). And I know this difference was not supposed to happen since I had exported this same video before and the export looked just like what I saw in the Program Monitor when editing.I tried so many fixes:- updating Premiere/After Effects/Encoder- changing Color Space/Management Display in all of them- Hardware vs. Software encoding, as I saw this suggestion in similar posts in this forum...to no avail. Software encoding gave me an export a tiny bit better, but still way darker than what it was supposed to be.This is very frustrating considering I have many videos to export to clients in the next few days. I spent my whole day yesterday searching for fixes here and in other places but no solution yet. Does someone know what might be happening? Thanks.

i5-10400Frtx 306032gb ramm.2 ssd and internal hdd'swindows 10up to date nvidia studio driverno other applications running. I have been editing 4k footage on this computer for a couple years without issue. not the fastest in the world, but it has always been fine. Currently (i think since the update to premiere 2025), premiere has become so laggy that it's almost impossible to use. I am currently editing a simple timeline- one video track with a few 4k clips, using proxies (default- prores 1080). Every single time I do anything- make a cut, move a clip, move something into a bin or rename a clip or sequence, i have to wait 20 seconds, 30 seconds, sometimes over a minute, before the playhead will start moving again. the biggest delays seem to happen when moving something from one bin to another or renaming a clip / sequence. Then it's game over for a minute or longer. I can still manipulate the other panels, click on a clip and make changes to the effects
Olá! Quando a Adobe vai lançar o Premiere Pro para dispositivos portáteis seguindo a linha do Cap Cut, Filmora, etc?
Hello, I am having an issue where I work in Premiere Pro and everything is going well. Then once I log out and log back in, Premiere Pro won't load my footage anymore, even when it's able to locate them. I have not moved the footage. I have the newest version of Premiere Pro and made sure to have the right settings. Normally, when it does this, I just update my computer or update Premiere Pro and it's able to load the footage, but this time, I don't have any updates and I am stuck. Has anyone had this issue before, and if so what did you do to fix it?
Just as title says, the transcription bar will never finish. With 22.5 its not stuck on downloading language pack. On 22.2-22.4 It gets stuck on creating auto transcription; it never finishes. Would could be the issue? I can't get it to work with any clip on any 22.2-22.5
Hola! Premiere pro 2022 se me traba en "Inicializando el motor de transcripción local" cuando quiero generar la transcripción automática de un video.
Hi, I have this recurring problem that has virtually stopped my editing. Some color effects have just gone from my Premiere Pro 2021, which are Color Balance, Fast Color Corrector and Three-Way Color Corrector. Until last week, I had no trouble finding and using them in Premiere Pro 2021. But, they are not found anymore in the Effects panel. Other color effects are still searchable and usable. It's just the three effects, Color Balance, Fast Color Corrector and Three-Way Color Corrector that are not in my Premiere Pro 2021. Some of my works done with the three effects now show a certain message saying something like, "Color Balance filter is not searchable."I'd really appreciate it if someone can help me with my problem. Thank you
For what it's worth Adobe – the Lumetri ain't cutting it for my needs. I know it's Lumetri for dummies, yet sometime one needs a shortcut to get a project done in time.Color Balance (RGB) - Bring it back.
After updating to premir pro 2020 14.1 all of the standard export presets such as when you select youtube 1080p HD or 720p HD ... all of those standard setting I used to have in the dropdown are all gone. I don't know how to set up my presets for exporting properly and I had ones I always used when exporting ... now I can't export anything at the right size ... either files are massive or too small. How can I get those presets back?
I used to be able to do this a couple of years ago but now I can't seem to make it work. These clips can be imported to the project but creating a new sequence from the clip only shows the first of four stereo tracks. In regard to modify > audio channels, I have tried every setting there is but nothing seems to work. The closest I have come is to have four audio tracks created, but they are all track one. I have verified the integrity of the clip by playing it in VLC player which revealed all four audio tracks. I have not been able to find any YouTube tutorials that address this issue completely. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Now that V25.0 is released, I've decided to stop using the beta V25.1 and continue working on a beta project in V25.0. However, when I open it, I get a dialog saying, "Some color management features not supported." If I dismiss the dialog by clicking "Continue in this version" the project colors look fine. So to my question: Is there anything I can change while the project is open in V25.1 (beta) to prepare it for compatibility in V25.0?In other words: What are the "color management features" that are available in the beta that are not available in 25.0, and can those features be avoided by choosing compatible settings?
Hi all just a quick question regarding premiere pro 2025. I have a small project I am working on (about 7 min). Since yesterday the machine has been lagging incredibly to the point that I can’t work anymore. Anybody experiencing that?I have a M1 Max, with 32 GB of RAM and a 2T internal drive with 400 GB free. I am working with proxies, have full quality playback turned off and on 1/4 resolution. Preview files are proRes LT. The performance is bad even without an external monitor. Have emptied cache but no difference. Any ideas??? Useful to mention that I am using a 3rd party audio plug-in called Crumplepop by Boris FX. Any advice would be greatly appreciated! This machine should be able to handle this 😞
Hello! I am using the transform effect for minor animations because of its motion blur abilities when using shutter angle. Lately however it seems like the shutter angle is messing with the positioning of the anchor point or something like that. For example I wanted an image to rotate a couple times around its own midpoint like a wheel, this worked perfectly fine, then I adjusted the shutter angle to simulate motion blur and all of a sudden the image is rotating around a point somewhere just offscreen. The same thing happened when I did only a small scale animation, I made an image pop out a bit by having the scale increase in a short amount of time, then I adjust the shutter angle and now it doesn't pop out of its own middle but from some angle in the screen. The amount of shutter angle does not matter, it either does not happen when it's off or happens all the way when either barely or fully adjusted. Am I goofing? or is this not supposed to happe
I am suddenly getting the "A low level exception occurred" and can not playback in program monitor. All of the solutions that I looked up online said to change the renderer to Mercury Playback Engine Software Only. Unfortunately, in Premiere 2025 the option to change the renderer is locked and will not allow me to make changes. Has anyone found a solution to this? I am in the middle of editing a feature film and this is certainly a frustrating interruption.
I'm facing an issue where Adobe Premiere Pro and Media Encoder crash when rendering in H.264 format, but they work fine with HEVC. The crash occurs consistently, making it impossible to export videos in H.264. System Specifications: OS: Windows 11 Processor: 13th Gen Intel® Core™ i9-13900K, 3000 MHz, 24 Cores, 32 Logical Processors Motherboard: ROG STRIX Z790-E GAMING WIFI GPU: NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4080 RAM: 64GB DDR5 4000MHz Storage: 2TB SSD Adobe Version: Adobe Premiere Pro 25.1 & Media Encoder 25.1 The software usually has no issues rendering a few seconds of simple edited footage, but when rendering complex or even basic edits, it becomes nearly impossible, consistently leading to crashes. Additionally, sometimes while rendering heavy and more complex edited files, the system crashes and leads to a blue screen, though this happens rarely. I've already tried troubleshooting steps like updating GPU drivers, clearing the cache, and reinstalling Adobe apps,
Just switched over to Premiere 2025 for the latest project I am working on. Everything was running fine during the edit until the very end when I attempted to put lower thirds into the timeline. Any Mogrt file I grab and drop into the timeline causes the timeline to become inoperable. I can still scroll the cursor but nothing updates. Hitting spacebar to play does nothing. Deleting the Mogrt does nothing to help, I need to close the project and relaunch Premiere. I am working on a Mac Studio with 128 GB of Ram and running Sequoia 15.1
Hi, I hope somebody could help me with this. I am doing a recurrent task where I have to level audio peaks of 11 different people (so 11 different mics) to -1db for sequences about 10 minutes. Each time I have around 10 sequences of this kind, so I hope you understand is a pretty hard work to do. People don't talk at same levels, tones change, some scream, some talk very low, things like is those you can find in these timelines. The only solution I've found is to make cuts at each time the waveform goes up or down and when finishing all the timeline and all audio tracks, normalize peaks to -1db. It's for a year now that I am with this stuff. My question is :Is out there some tool or plugin that can detect this decibel changes inside an audio clip to make some cuts on it when the decibels are more than X decibels ? I would like to try to avoid all this work to try to win some time. Anybody knows something that could help ? Even if it's not exactly what I am searching for I woul
Hi all When you redacted an object (blurring a face, etc) and that object pass through the end of the screen, you can see the face or the object not blurred? any solution. Note: repeat edges pixel feature enabled. Mo
I've been working in the latest version of Premiere Pro on Mac OS / Mac Studio M1 Ultra. All my sequences have ProRes RAW footage in timelines, 4k / 23,976. The sequences are setup using the ProRes RAW preset. I have been able to edit and play back these sequences without issue each time I open the project, but for a limited time only. I have not been able to nail down the combination of steps that causes everything to stop working, but consistently playback will freeze. Where I can not hit "play" in the program monitor. The button will change to a stop icon, nothing plays. Sometimes only audio, but no video. Further more, as you scrub to a new section the video does not change. The thumbnail previews in the Video layer does not update. At this point I have no choice but to close the project and quit the application. Every time I do this, Premiere will hang, and I have to Force Quit. This generates a crash dialog, which I've sent at least 100+ to Adobe at this point.&nb
Hello friends... I need help with exporting video... After I exported the video and checked the video color... I realized that it is not the same color as the preview in Premier Pro... I don't know for what reason the color in Premiere and the exposure itself is a little stronger and still a little colder color... while after exporting the video... it is warmer... Below I am sending you an example of a screenshot... in which there is a preview from Premier Pro on the far right and these are other programs for playing videos such as: VLC media player, BS player and some player from Windows computers. I don't understand why this is so...Please help!
