So like it says in the title before I installed windows 11, I was not having this issue whatsoever where when I render out a video it would only use the CPU.However, now whenever I try to it only uses the CPU. I have went into the settings and made sure everything was set to hardwear encoding, I even went into my graphic settings and set it to highest priority, I went into  the NVIDIA control pannel and tweaked all the setting I could for Premiere so that it would use my GPU like it used to. This all has done nothing to solve the issue, and now any render I do says it till take over 6 hours but will crash after the first 30 mins.I have made sure to update my drivers to the latest studio drivers in case anyone asks.Also this is all the same hardwear in the computer from when I moved from windows 10 to 11. The only thing that was changed was the storage device that windows was loaded on. Any help with this issue would be greatly appricated. thank you all very much.

After the effect is applied is it possible to go back into vanishing point and move the text that you just applied. I know some videos show a new layer being added after clicking okay when done with vanishing point but no layer gets added. Also my problem is having to erase and redo the vanishing point over and over to get the text in the right spot.

Hi,i've got a weird error. All of my keyboard shortcuts in premiere have disappeared. Reinstalling the program, resetting my preferences, or choosing a keyboard layout preset in the shortcut settings doesn't help. I'm not sure what else I could try to fix this. Has anyone experienced something like this before?

Hello, how are you?I've been searching for a solution for a while, but I can't seen to find any. The thing is... I've been capturing some gameplay footage, with files that last an hour or even more. When I watch the files in any player (Windows Media Player, VLC, Media Player Classic) they play fine, the audio and the video seems to be on sync and OK.But after I import to Adobe Premiere, it just gets out of sync. Even when I watch in the Source Monitor, before dragging to the timeline.It looks like there is a problem when conforming the audio.But even the time duration is different from the original, there is some frames or even seconds of difference inside Premiere.And this happens with different codecs, AVI (from FRAPS), H.264 (with AAC audio and MP3)...I've tried cleaning the cache, deleting the software and reinstalling again, converting - everything.Some are saying this is a recurrent bug on Adobe Premiere. Isn't there any fix or something that I could do?It's really strange that

I have a series of color videos in a timeline that were converted to B&W by changing the RGB values evenly to reduce the chroma. I'd like to change all of them back to the original color as a group with one command if possible without having to select each one and convert, thus saving time. Any thoughts on how to do this?

I am using Premiere Pro (PP) 24 version for editing on windows surface pro with 16GB RAM (13GB allocated for PP).  The video resolution is HD (1920x1080). The preview setting I am using is 1/4 with 50% fit. Is this lag because the ram or memory are not sufficient considering the resolution and the complexity of the project?  Though I got 8GB GPU available but I believe GPUs sit idle unless I am using GPU accelerated programs/files. Is there any other solution other than upgrading hardware?  Has anyone used any sort of online/web services for cloud based editing? 

Hey everyone, A few days ago the director for my new music video transferred all video files and the PP project with the cut to my drive so I can do some final touches. All shots were shot with Sony A7 III raw. Now when I open the project and relink all media (there's nothing missing) the video is about 20sec before the audio. It isn't for every clip, some are synced correctly. Why is this happening and how can I fix it? Both of us are with the newest Premiere version, I have all of the files and am linking them correctly.I really hope there's a fix to this as I have been trying everything for the last 2-3hrs with no progress, and don't think manual nudging will help as not everything is affected.Thank you! 🙂

On the latest version of Premier Pro Beta 26.5 and also version 25.1 On the public release,  I'm getting a strange bug that happens completely at random, And is not present at all on version 25.0 While editing I've noticed several times  during playback when I am zooming in or out of the timeline A ripple delete will happen and completely remove some of my clips From where my playhead is currently at, Also when this happens strangely enough it will start playback over from the beginning of the time line Even though I do not have that setting on. this is messed up my entire morning dealing with this issue, ended up just going back to version 25.0 to finish which worked fine. Nothing has changed as far as my setup goes been using the same settings and same keyboard shortcuts for years now. Seems to be only related to the latest version of premiere pro. Just thought I would put this out there and maybe it could be looked into for a possible fix and future releases than

Good day Adobe Community, I keep running into this selection bug when accessing RBG curves in the Lumetri Color panel in any project I open up and work on. I do have the latest updates. This bug appears to be two-part. The first part will not allow the RGB channels to be selected. Once I can kick this part of the bug an able to select channels, then the pointer will not appear to make changes (whether to pen or curve changing pointer). I do all kinds of things to kick out of this double bug, including but not unlimited to:- Close and reopen the Lumetri Color panel- Twirl up and down- Move the playhead back and forth over the clip so Premiere Pro can figure out what clip is being targeted- Twirl around 'n' around somewhere else- Etc. etc. What generally works, as a last resort, is saving and closing the project, then reopening the project. To say another way, I have the correct channel selected (once I get passed the channel selection bug) and when hovering over

Every time I import graphic .mov files (created in After Effects) into Premiere and then export, all of the graphic files get weird pixelation glitch. I have to re-export each and every graphic file and re-insert them into the video every time I have to make a change to any part of the video/export a new version. Can someone help?

I can’t believe that I can see a discrete 8-9 channel mono track in the audio clip meters and track output in the source, but when I ask it to create a new sequence matching the source, it turns it into an 8-channel centered stereo clip. I’d expect it to generate a discrete mono channel, not a dual mono track. I know I can modify it, but when I set it to mono, it only gives me two options—left or right—and it’s still treated as mono. I want to handle it as a discrete track routed to the specific channel I choose. It’s wild that Audition handles it this way, while Premiere doesn’t, yet other programs like Avid, DaVinci, and Final Cut Pro 7 (not that X nonsense Premiere seems to mimic) get it right.

Hi all,Maybe I am using the wrong tool for the wrong job.  I have several tracks of graphics that I want to combine into one item on one track.Nesting seems to work well but when I nest the items and use them in the timeline an additional audio tracks appears.I don't want any audio tracks in my nested item, can the audio track be removed?  Or am I using the wrong tool?

Transcript works normally but when I press to Create Captions it gets stuck on this loading bar that doesn't move whatsover.

"adobe media encoder is not installed. please download and install it to use this feature. Go to ..." I have media encoder 2022 installed. I just finished a project needing to export....and got this message.I then opened media encoder 2022 to prove functionality.Even with  media encoder opened I get the not installed message.What's to do? Thanks

Is this a bug or am I doing something wrong?  I don't see any markers in my trascript view or the exported text file. Using the latest version of Premiere. Windows 11."markers" selected in view optionssame result if the markers are on the timeline instead of the actual clipsmarkers panel view  

Hopefully this will be an easy query to answer.I would like to have premiere auto select a clip on the timeline via the playhead position.Eg: if I'm using the up & down arrows to go to next and previouse edit, I want the clips to auto select when the playhead jumps to the next clip.I'm in the process of coming over from Avid but i really miss this behaviour in Premiere.Can Someone help me out?Kale.MacPr CS6

Bonjour, Si je réorganise mes répertoires, After effect sait retrouver assez facilement les chemins de l'ensemble de mes fichiers manquants. Il suffit de lui indiquer le répertoire où se trouve un seul fichier manquant, et s'il en trouve d'autres dans ce répertoire, il les reconnait automatiquement. Ainsi, en retrouvant un fichier, on en retrouve plein d'autres. Sauf erreur de ma part, il me semble que Première Pro ne sait pas faire ça. S'il existe une manip pour y arriver, je vous remercie.

I used to have a folder of favorites in the effects panel with a dozen or so effects I would use regularly. About a year ago, after installing an update, all but two effects were gone and I couldn't add more. I have found that I can add some effects, but not others. (I can add Additive Dissolve, but not Film Dissolve). I kept hoping that with new updates it would fix itself, but to no avail. Thanks for any help you may be able to provide. I am running on a 2021 Macbook Pro M1, Sonoma 14.5.I am running Premiere Pro 24.6.1

 Since there is an option to change time units to audio units - there is a problem with audio synchronization!Whene user synch audio and move it by hand to be in perfect synch, BUT when u move some video files in the sequence timeline before, premier automaticly UNSYNCH it! It is just frustrating! Synchonized by frame units sound still haev echos and reverbs! So thats why there is audio units! But what the point, if it doesnt work like it should! Been talking to support, lets see if they resolve it! Have someone had these problem? And ways to fix it? 

I recently updated my premiere pro from 2020 to 2023. And the first project I edited came out way over exposed when exported. The project looked fine in the project editor. Are there any fixes for that?this is it in the project editor  and this is it when exported 

My team of four and I are working with different computers and different places.From what I understand, for as long as I publish the team project, everyone can see the audio, videos, and also edit them accordingly on the Timeline. I have also been doing the edits of which I have clicked "Import" and "Publish".But when a team member of mine tried to access the Team project he got the warning error: "Missing media file" and all of the videos and audio has a warning screen with different languages. So, how do we go about accessing the edits via cloud without having the files installed on their computer?

I had a seating where someone chatted into the camera for an hour...  I clipped all the dead air out of inbetween the chatter..  Now i am left with 30+ clips (that are single chunks from the larger file)  that are from 30 seconds to about a minute (on the same timeline / Sequence) that i need to export as their own video file, for "reels" and socal content...   Don't want to: - Set a in and out and export 30+ times. - Make 30+ new sequences to drag each clip into.   Thanks!!!!  😃 Any ideas?

When creating a project this custom file selection window is driving me flipping crazy. Please tell me there is a way to default back to the Mac file selector window. I haven't used Premiere in a while and this is making me crazy. Thank you!
