Hoping someone can assist with an issue that has arisen spontaneously within a project. I have a large documentary production containing several projects. The majority of the media consists of long multi cam interviews set up as mulit-cam source sequences, with 2-3 video tracks each, original dialogue ch3&4, cleaned dialogue (Adobe Enhance, carried out using the online tool, not the Prem-native tool) on ch1&2.  This is a near 12-month old project. Everything has been fine with it until today. When I opened the project, the dialogue was missing from many of the interview clips. On investigation, it turns out that most, but not all, of the audio files returned from Adobe Enhance no longer contain audio when played back within Premiere, and the waveforms are not visible.The files are still on the hard drive.The files play back fine through other applications.No other audio files seem to be affected. Foley, music, original interview audio are all fine.Making them off

The transcription process works great. As soon as I click the "Create Captions" button, I get the screen below, and it never changes. I can cancel it an go back to the transcription, but can not get any further. I've tried resetting my Premier settings, and resetting the workspace. I've even uninstalled and re-installed. Any assistance would be appreciated.

Hello!My premiere pro keeps crashing every time I try to create a new project. There is no error message, it just shuts down.I tried opening older projects it works fine.I also tried uninstalling it & reinstalling it, the problem persists 

Hello, I have a client doing a video series and they spent time editing a .txt file to pass along for me to import and create captions for their video. I'm quickly discovering this isn't as clear cut as I thought and I have not been able to find a good way to convert the .txt file into something Premiere can read and transcribe into captions. If I auto generate the captions, I am essentially having to edit all of the text again and try and find the changes they made because I haven't been able to import the .txt file they provided. Is there a way to convert an already edited .txt file into Premiere and make caption, or do I have to rely on the auto transcibe features? Any advice would be appreciated. I am using the latest version of Premiere 25.0. Thanks

I am missing the audio volume line and key frames i have added on one audio segment of a video.  They are still there on other audio segments.  This one segment has some "reverb" added to it if that would effect anything.I am a bit of an amateur at this, so it may be a simple problem, but I can't identify it. version 25.00  Build 61

I am considering switching from Avid to Premeire, but I can't figure out how to do a very basic thing - activate/deactivate tracks with the keyboard.  When you are cutting a whole bunch of audio and video tracks, mousing over each and every one is a PITA.  So how do I activate/deactivate with the keyboard?Thanks in advance!

So the new Premiere Pro 2025 has landed wioth all the usual completely uneccesary jumbling up of tools and an all new method to create a new project which makes even less mind-melting sense than the last update which was less than a year ago. After a few minutes of stress having auto updated whilst mid project with a tight deadline I've been able to locate the new home for the Essential Graphics tools which have been migrated over to the Effects Controls panel which, while making absolutely no sense at all as to why this change was at all necessary, appears to have all the same tools as were previously available in the Essential Graphics window. All but one very useful tool that I'm sure many Premiere Pro users would be inclined to use like all the time. The Auto-Alignment tool. Can someone please let me know if I need to seek the help of an eye and brain doctor or am I correct in thinking that this tool has vanished? Or perhaps the software engineer boffins at Adobe who a clearly have

  The graph editor window just show the curve only, but don't show anchor point or bezior line, it has stopwatch activated but why no anchor point?  how can i adjust the curve?And also does premior pro have any motion blur effects just like AE?Thank you.

I noticed when editing my newest video, parts of the video were glitching, and it was only on this project. As of now, I'm using version 15.4.1 (because I prefer it over the newer versions) but I also tried editing this in the newest version, and I still see the same visual glitch. I've got a deadline on this video, and any help would be appreciated. I have linked two images of the problem I'm having. One should be the video playback in premeire, and the other should be the video player through the photos app.

audio get distorted after imprting in sequence plzzz help

Hier j'était en train de faire un  montage sur première pro 2025. Au lieu d'appuyer sur enregitrer (crtl S) j'ai appuyer par erreur sur (crtl Q) du coup çà a fermer bien sur juste avant j'ai pu sauvegarder mais depuis que j'essaie de le rouvrir çà crash et je ne peut rien faire.. quelqu'un aurais t'il une solution pour m'aider s'il vous plais ?? J'ai passer toute l'apres midi sur ce projet et je dois le rendre bientôt.

I have an image in my video that appears in the corner over some other footage for a few seconds. Whenever I play the video, the image shows up roughly half as large as the scale I set. However, when I pause, it reverts back to its normal size.I have tried to fix the issue by manually adjusting the scale, deleting and re-inserting the image, and resetting the motion effect parameters. None of these have worked. Although, if I close and re-open Premiere, the bug will no longer occur.I have not tried to export while the bug is happening, so I do not know if the resized image is in the final video.

Automatic transcribe embedding closed captioning doesnt work! been researching everywhere and no solutions! supposedly ai (artificial intelligence) with machibe learning equipped its in premiere pro. Adobe sensei. well that crap doesn't work whatsoever. Managed every single thing of it as much as i could. And nothing. I don't know what is the issue. when i select the clip ando the needs of teanscribing, it loads everything like if it was finished but it never generated anything. So on the sequence timeline it never losds text automatically. I was washing my time for about half a day. bu the way i am using a mac mini M1 or apple silicone chipset got 16 gb of ram and 10 cores not sure but i got ut all buffed. So i extremely doubt it that its my computer cause is not. i tried the free trial with cap cut and it works like a charm. But I learned on adobe. So i am paying monthly subscription services fees to use it and i even purchased lots of transitions and in

Hello I need help recreating this RGB lense effect. It seems that Color Balance Effect from Obsolete folder has been deleted since version 24.6 from my research on other community post, so I don't know how to recreate this effect. So how would I recreate this effect? I'm trying to create documentary, such as this example, so any help would be much appreciated! It looks to have some sort of mask and blur on the edges to keep subject in focus (mimicking an actual camera focus) with the RGB effect distorted by the blur I think? Seems to be some sort of vignette. I'm no expert please help 😄

I was using 25.0 just fine up until about a couple days ago. Now when I try to open my Premiere Pro on my pirmary PC I am greeted with a error box that states;  "Sorry, there was an error. This is probably a problem on our end, but it could be that you don't have an Internet connection. Please check your connection and try again later. If you are still having trouble, check out our donnectivity troubleshooting guide. Error Code: 12082" I did have an internet connection, so I have been scouring the web for a solution. I did a check of my connectivity, no good. I re-installed the application, no good. I saw someone said the uninstall NVIDA, no good. (in fact that caused other problems that I had to fix) Also, when I look up Error Code 12082, nothing really pops up, which confused me.  Did I miss a solution somewhere? Has anyone encountered this before? Someone, please help. Thank you.

IssueSome users have trouble dragging an audio-video clip into the Timeline. For example, when the clip is dragged in to the Timeline, only the video or audio portion of the clip appears. Very frustrating, but there's a simple fix. It's called Source Patching.   Solution: Make sure source audio and video (blue boxes - far left) are patched in the Timeline before dragging or editing the clip to the Timeline. Patching is indicated when the blue boxes are selected in the V1 and A1 tracks and are viewed as "V1" and "A1" If selected, boxes indicate that audio and video are patched to specific tracks, which are by default, V1 and A1. Hello, I don't really know where else to go because I've just spent the last three hours looking for a fix and nothing I found helped.  I recently built a new PC (12600k, RTX 3060, 32GB of DDR5 RAM.) I have Premiere Pro installed on a 970Evo 1TB NVME Samsung drive, my project files on a Samsung 960 Evo SSD and the media cache on a 500GB Samsung 970 Evo Plus. I have CUDA enabled, hardware acceleration on (also tried software accelleration) and so on (all of the usual things people suggest, including clearing the cache and restarting Premiere after making these changes to the settings. However, I'm getting EXTREMELY SLOW export times, regardless of the settings I use and change on 1080P projects. I thought I found out the problem, which is Windows scheduling Premiere Pro to run on the slower E cores of my hybrid CPU than the P cores, so I installed two programs, "ParkControl" and "Lasso" which allowed me to disable parking on all cores and assign Premiere Pro to

When using the eye dropper tool with Hue vs Hue or Hue vs Sat, or any of them, the selection is always red.I I tried restarting, trashing preferences, unplugging second monitor (that was the issue for others with this same problem but aparently not for me).Not sure what else to try. (Note: eye dropper works fine with Photoshop) MacBook Pro (16-inch, 2021)Apple M1 Max64GB MemoryMacOS Monterey version 12.1 (21C52) Premiere Pro Version 22.2.0 (build 128)

I own two monitors, same brands, same model, same everything. Somehow, when I activate Mercury Transmit de activated monitor is nothing compared colorwise to the first display. It looks like it has a Output Color Space automatically build in. If I interpet the footage as Rec 709 (it is originally 2100) the main display changes and becomes the same as the Mercury Transmited one. That's weird.   If I activate the Color Management options in Premiere Pro, both displays become the same, but I know it's not color accurate (both become darker) because the deliverable is for YouTube, so essentially I don't need this option.  Any advice to make both look the same withouth this weird workarounds?   

* I'm an Australian surf videographer , Canon C200 and premiere Pro user, self taught with zero support making a surf film with windows PC computer. I shoot in 4K raw 25P and 4K raw 50PAfter learning to colour grade/correct canon C200's 4K cinema raw lite files In Premiere pro, I would now like to store my graded clips at the highest quality.. To avoid criticism I explored forums / tutorials online rather than asking a seemingly basic question directly but I found very conflicting and confusing nformation online .I would really appreciate suggestions for an export codec and settings if possible. I would like to store at highest quality to preserve the maximum amount of information just incase future adjustments are necessary.Also,The primary source of viewing for my final productions are live.  This is generally a "club" setting using large screens. Generally the club will have a laptop connected through to their large screen .I load the finished production file on
