I'm using Premiere Pro V25.0.0 Build 61.  I have two projects, both which work fine and have been updated to the latest (project file) version by PP when first opened in the new PP V25. I need to import two sequences from one project to another, (1) a multicam sequence, (2) the sequence containing the videos from each of the cameras used.  I get no errors, but having completed the "Import Project" dialogue box (using Import Selected Sequences) and clicking OK, all I get is an import files progress bar popup that just sits there, doing nothing.  There's no CPU activity for PP or any of the CC processes.  PP does not crash, it just does nothing.  I can click cancel and everything is back to normal.  Since I've never used this function before, I have no idea if it's the new release of PP or something else. Is there a way around this? Kind regards, Stephen

I just got this brand new 4k Monitor Link for Reference and I'm editing 3840 x 2160 footage. When I press Control ~ to go into full screen playback mode, the image I'm seeing is only about 25% or so of the actual frame. I recently started having this problem on premiere v13, I'm currently using v13.1.5, as my computer is running MacOS Sierra.When I first import the mov files with alpha, they looked fine. The problem only starts after I close premiere and open it again. It always happens if the mov file has drop shadow or any form of feathering effect added to it.I've tried rendering these mov files with both ProRes4444 and Animation codec (with alpha) and the problem still persists. The mov files are not set to any other Blending mode except "Normal". I tried clearing cache, removing the file and re-importing them, restart my computer, nothing works. It seems like once Premiere decided to put that blue shadow on the file, it will remain like this unless I render a new one from After Effects, then it will work normally until I close Premiere again.

Hi, I'm having problems with ProRes RAW Material Workflow in Premiere. I got footage from a Ninja V in ProRes RAW, the camera was an FX6. It was recorded in S-Log 3, but when I put it in the timeline the material immediately has a Rec709 look. Which I've already tried. 1. When creating a sequence, select the color space "automatic tone mapping on/off". 2. Use Modify/Interpret Footage to turn off the input LUT, but everything is grayed out here. In previous versions of Premiere this was the solution. 3. I also tried to turn off “Automatically detect log video color space” via the settings in Lumetri, without success. Does anyone have an idea where I can display this in version 24.6.3. I'm also willing to go to v25 if there is a solution there. Thanks Andy

Hi,  I'm working on a large project and currently have a Production with around 200+ projects inside it and it's handling 46TB of content (which is also growing by the day!).  My issue is, I'm trying to migrate to the new Prmeiere Pro but Prem keeps crashing. In order to migrate, I need to open every project within the 2024 version first. But when I'm around halfway through, the UI goes white and Prem crashes.  Is there a way to migrate without opening every project?  Premiere Pro 2024.6.1 NVIDIA RTX 4070 TiAMD Ryzen 9 7950X 16-core 128Gb RAM Cheers! 

Issue - when i import  .MOV(iphone's video format file) (by drop and drag method) , then my premiere pro suddenly closed. Has Premiere fixed the proxy workflow with the 2024 upgrade, so that you can reconnect to full resolution media even though the number of audio channels on the source media do not match the 2 channel proxies? Here's an old post from someone running into the problem on the 2022 version:The problem was the cameras proxies, not premiere. The 4k full resolution has 4ch audio, and the proxies are 2ch, and was fixed by making 4k also 2ch......so the issue was having mismatching audio channels.  Really hope this issue has been fixed. 

Not sure if this is a bug or the feature has changed. It used to be that when I hold the option key and duplicate by dragging a video clip to the track above, that the video clip on track 2 would be the solo clip and the clip on track 1 would be the video linked to the attached audio. But now it's inverted? In the attached photo, I want what is on the right, but what happens is on the left.From a programming perspective this seems like a lot more work to duplicate video to track 2, unlink video track 1, then link track 2 to the audio clip. This has gotten me several times when I'm further in the edit because I want my duplicates on top, not the source clip to be on topIs this a bug? and if not, can we get it to go back to the way it was? This has been going on for a few versions so I'm not sure when this change happened. 

Hi there, Im tryin gto use Project Manager to consolidate & transcode a trimmed down project.  I have a 4K Pro Res 4444 rushes and want to use the project manager to create new clips from my edit with 2 second handles. I believe I have everythin gset up correctly in the settings: consolidate & transcodeIndividual clipsQuicktimeMatch source - Pro res 4444include handles 50 frames I select an output destination path  but on OK Premier immediately copies the original full length clips to the new folder resulting in a huge project not the cutdown I need. Can anyone advise how I can work this out? Thanks Jon

When I'm in the effects panel working on key frames, the arrow keys no longer move the playhead at all. I can move the playhead with the cursor, but if I want to go exactly 1 frame forward, for instance, I now click on the program monitor, and then hit the right arrow.    This was not previously the case. Has anyone else had this issue and is there an easy fix?   Title edited by mod

So after the latest update I´ve have some trouble with graphics. If I copy a graphic from one timeline to another, I´m not able to resize it without it being cut on the sides even doh it´s well within the text box. Has anyone a solution to this? I´m working on a projects with alot of timelines, so not being able to copy graphics between them is costing me alot of time..

I frequently encounter an issue with the FX and audio buttons on clips, which often results in the timeline getting deselected and unintentionally opening the Effects Controls or Essential Audio panels.  I usually work on fast-paced edits, where my selects can be a few hundred clips, each very short. The recent update has positioned the FX and audio shortcut buttons right in the centre of these shorter clips, making it difficult to select the clips without triggering these buttons. This leads to several workflow interruptions when misclicking: Copying Clips: When I select a clip and press Command+C, the timeline gets deselected, and I end up copying an effects control window instead of the clip (which obviously doesn't work).Adding Edits: Using my keyboard shortcut for 'add edit' fails because the timeline isn't selected, leaving the clip untouched.Deleting Clips: Attempting to delete a selected clip fails as the timeline is deselected, leaving the clip in place and

For some reason, maybe with the latest version, anytime I open a project, even when I had the browser open in list view, it opens in icon view. My main project window is always in list view and if I'm adding photos I'd put the photos in icon view, but for some reason, it's defaulting to icon view everytime. Not a huge deal, but a weird quirk and I'm not sure why it's happening. I haven't been able to find a preference to set the default behavior. Thanks!

 hi all, i don't find the Essencial Graphic panel under the window drop down menu,  i am trying to change the Mogrts/preview cover photo, but don't see it, is it not included in Premiere pro? (i know adobe effects has it, and i thought premire pro might have it too)please help, thank you. 

ive just finished a 7 minute long video. ive exported it multiple times throughout the making of this project. no issues. i finish the video today adn go to export it for a final time. after doing so, i realize that on 2 seperate spots on the timeline, the footage get ridiculously exposed. there was never an issue before. i truly can not wrap my head around the issue and cant find any help online.   ive attached photos to look at side by side. take a look at the timestamp as well.   IM BEGGING FOR HELP

Hola hace tiempo que vengo con este problema. a partir de la actualización 23.6 todos los programas que usan videos me tiran error al iniciar y se bloquean. Premiere / After / Media encore, no tuve este problema con anterioridad. mi configuración es:i7 10700 / 32 de ram / Geforce GTX 1060 / windows 10 pro 22h2hice de todo. desde actualizar driver de placa, windows, direx 12, desistalar los programas, actualizar Creative Cloud etc. ya tuve contacto hace un tiempo con el servicio tecnico de Adobe pero no lo pudieron solucionar de inmediato y después cerraron el caso. Lo que me di cuenta es que tanto after como premier se cuelgan en la lectura del plugin MediaCore y cuando voy a la carpeta de ese Plugin en premier solo tiene un txt llamado dummy que esta vacio.Si alguién tiene alguna solución por favor contactese ya que estoy parado sin poder trabajar

I have inherited a Premiere project from someone else, and with it an audio meter setting that I don't want. Right now the meter is monitoring a dozen channels, although it's only showing levels for two of them (which appears to be the L and R of the full stereo mix). That's what I want to monitor, but I don't want all of that extra space that the other empty channels are taking up in the meter. On the left is what I'm seeing now, and on the right is what I want to see - how do I get the left meter to look like what is shown here on the right? I'm using Premiere Pro 24.6.1, and I have the Problem that it keeps crashing always after a while I'm working on my project. I'm using Premiere to edit an Interview I've done for a Project for a Course on my University, it's a bigger project with two cameras (both cameras have an own audio) and an extra audio line, the footage is about 60 Min long and has a size of around 60 GB. The crashing happens random, sometimes after a while I worked on the project, sometimes just seconds after I opened the project. I don't have any fancy stuff edited into the project yet, I'm just cutting down the lines and cutting the audio, so I have good basics to start switching Camera angles etc. so at the moment I'm just doing the basics, and It's still crashing.It's so annoying, and I don't know what to do, I really need to work on this project to finish it soon. I don't even find any crash logs or stuff...My system is:Windows 1132 GB RamNvidia GeForce RTX 3070 Intel i5-12400F

Recientemente me he encontrado con un problema a la hora de exportar en Premiere Pro que no había experimentado previamente. Me he encontrado con que, al exportar unos archivos, tanto el color que yo había editado con el plugin de Dehancer para Premiere como la calidad del archivo exportado, no se corresponden a la previsualización del vídeo dentro de Premiere. En cuanto a la calidad, se pixela mucho más y se ha visto reducida. Y, en cuanto al color, los colores no se corresponden a lo que yo edité, viéndose afectados en temperatura, contraste y exposiciones. Dejo adjuntas algunas capturas de pantalla de comparativa.He probado diferentes maneras de exportar tanto dentro de Premiere como utilizando Media Encoder. He probado a exportar de todas las maneras que se suponen que son mejores (con dos pases de VBR, con la calidad de procesamiento máxima, etc) y no he encontrado solución a este problema.

Hey guys, maybe you can help me with this one. I'm building a "zoom in" effect with the original footage being in V1. On V2 is an adjustment layer with all my effects (replicate, offset, mirror x4). Now I want to zoom in using the transform effect but for some reason the "scale" on this transform isn't doing anything to the footage below. Do you know whats going on here?

Hey (insert person or Ai entity here) I am still having full crashes and sometimes freezing my entire PC since I updated to Premiere Pro 2025 a few days ago. I have projects I have been working on for a while and some new projects which are all very light and just a few minutes. Auto Transcription is turned off. When can we expect a working fix? Because at the moment it'll seem there are no actual solutions to this.
