When I try to export 4k video to 4k or 1080, it always glitches with these weird green lines. Never happens when the source footage is 1080. Only happens on 4k footage export. My phone is OnePlus 5T. Specs below... CPUQualcomm® Snapdragon™ 835 (Octa-core, 10nm, up to 2.45GHz) GPUAdreno 540 RAM8 GB LPDDR4X

Premiere Rush is sooo bad that more than half of its transitions and overlay effects are not working. Then what is the benefit of using and paying for adobe subscription at the first place. I am totally fed up with this cheap and low quality product. Cant rate here but on app store i will give it a zero star rating. It wasted my time and energy.

Hi,I'm trying to import my videos and every time I do so I get the notification "media type not supported" but yesterday everything was fine. Anyone a clue what this can be? 

If you try and use premiere rush software at all for editing anything more than a simple cut it is terrible. You will edit a whole project and end up not being able to export as it cannot actually handle its own editing tools. Absolutely useless and I wish id never spent money on it. Terrible 

Audio does not sync with video after imports. Surprised this is still happening after over a year

Premiere rush doesnt seem to be working since i've updated to ios18. When uploaded only can hear audio while the visual are dark blank. Other videos uploaded prior to ios18 are okay. Any new updates for this app to address this?

I work as a Social Media Manager for a company in which we are constantly editing content from the mobile and, unfortunately, I find myself with some difficulties to take advantage of Premiere Rush, so I have to switch to use the competition as CapCut.One of the main reasons is that it has an automatic subtitle generation service, which I think is an area that Premiere could focus on in order to gain ground in mobile video editing.At the same time, it would be great to have automatic beat detection for music, as this feature is also present in CapCut and is a great facilitator for editing content.As I mentioned at the beginning of the text, I'm a heavy user of Adobe, and I think these improvements would be a step forward for the application and for those of us who pay for the Adobe Creative Cloud service. Thank you very much for letting me share this suggestion.

I just updated my copy of Adobe Rush on my ipad (1.5.25) and now when I go to add a title, the graphics tab opens, but all of the titles, transitions and overlays are blank.  I cannot see or add anything.  Is there something I need to load or sync?  It was working fine with the version before.Thanks.

Many of my Rush projects are blacked out and have either a cloud symbol or cloud/desktop-hybrid symbol on them. How do I restore these projects to continue editing? I click on them and they open up empty?

When  I use pan zoom it crashes my exports every time. I've wasted hours  on this.

Hi everyone,I have a problem with rendering a video in Adobe Rush on my phone.I get an error notification that it cannot be rendered on the external disc on my phone?But I do have enough space? What's the problem here? Because normally it works...Thanks in advance! 

I am a very new user of Rush, just trying to make a video for showing family and friends on my computer and also on my phone when I can't take the computer with me.  I have made a video on my desktop.  I can't export it to my local drive due to an error re HVEC codec, which I do have installed and which seems to be an error that has persisted for a number of years.  I can export and save videos made on my phone. So I am now wanting to share the Rush file, unrendered, from my PC to my phone so I can show it from there.  Is that at all possible?Thank you for your help.

Hi, I recently upgraded my account to premium. The subscription is showing as active on my apple subscriptions however the Premiere Rush app is not recognising that I've upgraded. I can't access any of the additional tools and when I click on 'upgrade', it shows a circle loading.  It has been like this for a while. I've uninstalled and reinstalled but I still have the same issue. I'm using an IPad.  can anyone advise?

My video was fine before export but after export some parts of my video looked like the went through a filter. I went back a checked my original video that is in Rush and it looks just the way it's supposed to.. and then I look at the exported video and their are major changes to the lighting all throughout the video. I filmed a lot of warm scenes with candles and warm lights. At the beginning the warm candles are perfect.. but then all of a sudden theirs this bright light-like filter that seems to be on it.. almost like the candles are sitting in the sun.. but I filmed in a dark room.. it's relay weird and I don't know what to do. I tried exporting with different frame rates just in case that was an issue.. but they all keep doing the same thing in the exact same parts. I don't know what to do or where to even fix it. Any help would be great. I attached a few example pictures. Thank you.

I have seen some posts about this bug but have not seen a solution.  When trying to import an MP4, which is definitely a file type that RU supports, I get an error code that says "Media Import Error Unsupported Media . 1 of 1 media could not be imported" I have imported MP4 clips from this very same file with no problem but the complete file for some reason gives me this error code. I saw someone mention "we're working on it" (?) but that was nearly two years ago. For added information, I am working with the app through an iPad Pro 12.9.  Thanks.

I have no idea what this error message means but it's bascially not been able to render my movie completely. It's cut off about half way through. But as I don't know what any of this means, I don't know what I'm supposed to do to amend the error. Any help would be much appreciated!! Thank you

I am making a sequence of short clips with Premier Rush app for iPhone and it keeps taking 3-5 seconds off the ends of my clips when it adds it to the project, there is no way to get it to keep the entire length of the clip. 5 sec clip down to 2, 3 sec to 1, 9 sec to 5...... any ideas?

It would be incredibly helpful to ALL musicians, content creators, etc if you added an auto caption feature like you have in the desktop version of Premier. Then nobody would have to export the video to their desktop just for that. Please consider this feature. Please. 🙏

I'm recording tutorials (screencasts) on how to search an article database.After importing the screencast into Rush, I learned that Rush 'cropped' the left side of the video (!)Frustrating, when there is an essential menu to the left in my tutorial 😉I've tried saving the original video (a screencast) in different ratios but with no avail. Please - what have I done wrong?
