Why in the world would Adobe sneak in the install of mcafee?  I saw no reference to this when intalling acrobat.  This is an awful abuse of your good customers and you really MUST stop this!  Many angry people. 

Hi Adobe Support,I would like to ask how can i resolve this problem , I can't edit properly and check my pdf files.The cursor is keep on blinking from white to black in the home interface when it is moving , and when I'm opening the file the curser because edit text cursor blinking.Can you assist me to resolve this problem.

After a bit of research in this forum I found there are many problems regarding missing images from a PDF.We are producing PDFs for emailings. When opening the PDF in Adobe Acrobat or Reader there are many images missing. In MS Edge everything is displayed.Difficult to debug because:"Show transparency grid" causes images to appear or disappear.Different PDF viewers deliver different results (MS Edge is okay, Acrobat is not okay).Opening the "Output Preview" window also changes results, even without changing any settings.Furthermore, in the "Output Preview" the representation changes when you select "Simulate Black Ink," but only if you are not on the affected page. For example, when you are on page 2, you change settings and nothing happens. (Showing works, but hiding back does not.) So you revert the settings. However, if you move away from the recently viewed page, e.g., to page 3, and then change the settings, you find upon returning to page 2  an empty page.Does anybody h

Have attempted to generate the number of days between two dates using a custom calculation in a text field form and no matter what formula I use the field blank. Can anyone help?

I'm using a image of a form (jpg) that I would like to use as a template to create my own form. I wanted to lock the image and arrange it in the very back so that I can build the form in front of it. Issue is when I start to build the form the image moves around when I don't want it to. Is there any way of locking an image in place in Acrobat? 

Today I was not able to export from Affinity Designer 2 to PDF or open PDF files created previously, I received an access denied message. This is a new issue, I was able to export to PDF and open PDF files earlier today. No changes made to system.I rebooted my laptop.I have full persmission as user (all boxes are checked)I have disabled enable protected mode at startup in AdobeI have uninstalled and reinstalled ReaderI still cannot open any PDF files I have created from Affinity programs or downloaded, ones I created from Word using create XPS/PDF for printed to PDF from Microsoft.My security program is Panda Dome.

I see this issue has been posted about a few time over the years but there is either no resolution posted or it's reported as a bug. If I have a pdf minimized and open a new pdf, it maximizes the minimized pdf, which results in me having to again minimize the pdf. This is very annoying when opening alot of pdfs. Also, I do not have option open documents as new tabs in the same window option selected. Each pdf I open is a seperate window. Thanks for any help in fixing this.

I just realized that Acrobat has not been merging files correctly. For instance, a couple of weeks ago I merged 9 files into one PDF. The total page count should be 297. I just realized that there are only 108 pages in that file. When I merge the same 9 files today, my document is only 55 pages. I have restarted Acrobat and my computer multiple times. I'm on version 24.3.20054.0. This must be an ongoing issue, as I discovered last week that a set of some 200 PDFs I merged was missing at least one file.

I was sent a document that requires electronic signature. The document was sent to me personally, but the printed name that populates into the document is my husband's name. It does not give me the option to edit this. The acrobat account was originally in his name, so I have changed the name on the account. However, it still populates with my husband's name instead of mine. 

I'm having an issue sending a PDF contract for signatures. After I enter the recipient's email address and click to the next step to designate where to sign, the app just spins and spins for all eternity. I end up having to force quit Acrobat.  Creative Cloud and all apps are up to date.  This feature was working flawlessly for me until about three weeks ago. Please help! 

Hi, everyone! I have a PDF file containing hundreds of hyperlinks to web addresses of another PDF each, to download it. I would like to know if it is possible to open all hyperlinks at once or automatically or if there is some way to extract all hyperlink addresses. Thanks!

The edit, Convert, and E-Sign tabs are completely blank when I toggle to them. There are no options to select. I've had to disable New Adobe. This is affecting my entire team. We've all tried reinstalling adobe as well as restarting computers. Has anyone else experienced this? How did you resolve? 

In Prepare a Form, Adobe automatically mad check boxes a text field.  Anyone know how to change this text field to a check box?

Hi all, I have 350 folders, each folder has around 20-50 pdfs in. I need a single pdf for each folder... Currently im opening each folder up, combine, saving out, moving onto the next... and its taking forever... Is there anyway I can combine the contents of each folder, have it named after each folder, all in one go?Cause ideally then i need to run it through an action wizard to apply fixes to each pdf...Thanks all!

Hi, I want to ask about the product activation options on my account. I have purchased a lifetime license of Acrobat Pro DC 2019, whether it can be pinned to my account to ensure future reinstallation after reinstalling my PC. Thank you for positive answers.

Desperately trying to solve my "let's crash Acrobat standard when I click on the fill/sign button" I have tried windows repair and now uninstall (to try a reinstall). I notice in both cases the dialogs are using right to left fonts, in English, but the repair dialog has a button with what appears to be Arabic script.

Everytime I restart my computer I have to re-login to adobe, this should not be the case. What setting do I need to select to stay logged in? I use the lates version of Windows if that helps. thanks for any help you can provide. - Josh

My coworker cannot use the "fill & sign" function on acrobat currently. When she clicks on it, the computer freezes for a moment before bringing up the crash window. I did go into her settings and uncheck "suggest words or phrases..." but to no avail. She's unistalled and reinstalled as well. I have been googling this for a while now and can't seem to find a fix!

Hello, I am having issues using the generative AI feature. I have a pdf file that is freely available on the internet (see second photo). However, I am getting this error message: "You're not currently eligible for access to generative AI features in Acrobat", when using the web version of adobe acrobat. When I try to generate a summary using the deskop application I get this error message "We couldn't complete your request. Something went wrong. Please try again." Is there currently a solution to this issue and, or, is there a reason this pdf file cannot be summarized using generative AI?

Hi, This is a new issue for me, I am editing a pdf. I want to change some Roman numerals but they become Arabic numerals. Any help would be appreciated.

Hi there. I am running a macOS 10.15 (Catalina) and everything works fine with my adobe apps. However, after I restart the computer for once (no crash or anything, just a normal restart), I cannot use my acrobat pro DC anymore. It always prompt out "There was a RAISE without a handler. The application will now exit." and then I could do nothing. What's interesting is that if I open the acrobat pro DC and it won't crash and I can still do all the preferences stuff etc. The Error message only occurs when I actually open up a PDF file and start to scroll down the file (Weird enough). I've almost tried every single method I could find on the web, including: reinstall acrobat pro DC, log out and log in again, delete WebLink.acroplugin etc. and None is helpful. 

I created a form using Adobe that we want to share publicly and allow people to fill out and submit to us. I've upgraded our account, checked all settings that public sharing is enabled, anyone can view with link is set, but users are still prompted to login. Please help! 

URLs (Links) do not work in my PDFs (from Word Documents), because # ist replaced by %23, which results to an Error 404 in Browsers. Is there a workaround for this bug in Adobe Acrobat XI Standard?

Hi All,using adobe acrobat and i cannot get any access to the customise toolbar eg, so i can split documents etc.  when going into menu, view, show/hide, it only has side panels and rules/grids options (all of which are locked), it should have an option here for customize toolbar as below example from my managers adobe acrobat.  we have purchased a second licence for myself and my adobe is logged in, in my managers name so i thought it shoud look the same as her's and give me full access to allow the customise toolbar?  please help
