Liebe Community, ich möchte abhängige Dropdown-Felder erzeugen. Im ersten Feld gibt es die Kategorien 1-9. Je nach dem was man auswählt gibt es im zweiten Dropdown-Feld unterschiedliche Dropdown-Menüs. Kann man das über Javascript realisieren?Also Kategorie 1 im Feld 1 bedingt die Auswahlliste AKategorie 2 im Feld 1 bedingt die Auswahlliste B usw. Danke für eure Hilfe!

Hi, in earlier versions of Adobe Acrobat Pro the "number of pages" in the open document was displayed in the "status bar" at bottom left of window.In AAProDC this is MIA.  Now the fastest way to get this information appears to be to click the arrow on the left of the window to open the pages pane.  Not as fast as the info being displayed alongside the page dimension information.See screenshot below.I've looked in the options/preferences to see if one can change what is shown in the "status bar" - but I don't see this possibility.  Can Is this possible? This functionality appears to have also disappeared in Acrobat Reader

Hi all,We've embedded an Adobe web form into our website (we use WordPress/Elementor) via an iframe. It works fine on desktop, but on mobile, users can't scroll horizontally or vertically— so they can’t accept Adobe's T&Cs or sign the form.Our web designer believes this is an Adobe issue. Has anyone else run into this? Is there specific HTML code needed to make iframes work properly on phones?Thanks!

Hi everyone,After the last acrobat pro update I'm facing on issue within the file conversion from power point to pdf. I'm converting the big documents and the link in the object boxes are not working only the ones blue colored in the texts are working properly. I'm sending the sceenshots for the comparison and overview. Before the latest update if was working properly but for now it's not taking the links inserter into the objects just the ones in the text (blue colored). Could you please help me with that? 

Hi, When using the connected lines function in Acrobat Pro, there appears to be no fill even when selected?Is this correct, no fill colour? It would be great if there was a snap to close function on it to enable/disable and fill options other than just a colour and opacity. Kind regards Phil  

I have a legal document that I need to file and I'm having trouble with the font auto-resizing. The document itself uses Times Roman 12 pt for the non-fillable sections. The fields on the fillable sections are all set to the same font and the same size. However, if I start filling the fields they auto-resize and change the font face to fit the field length. I don't want them to do this. From what I see, these field properties are setup correctly, so why are they resizing and changing the font? Here are the properties of the fields:   And here is what is happening to them when the text is too long 

I'm trying to edit my resume (it's a pdf), but paying $30 dollars for a feature that should be base is not happening. Is there a reliable list of websites that are best for editing pdf's online?

I want a form that has a 5" square of a single color. One of the form fields would be an input for the amount of 'greyscale' used for that color. If the color is cyan and there is a form field that I would input the percentage of 'greyscale' for that color. It would still be cyan but the 'greyscale' would be controled by the value in the field.

I recently installed creative cloud to my Mac and I am having issues opening PDFs in Acrobat. I'm getting the following error. Example: document named "Timeline.pdf""Apple could not verify "Timeline.pdf" is free of malware that may harm your Mac or compromise your privacy."It gives me the option of clicking DONE or MOVE TO TRASH.I googled and I found that if I go to privacy and security and click on "Open Anyway", it'll open the document in Acrobat. But I'm having to do this for every single document I try to open with Acrobat.I tried deleting and re-installing creative cloud as well as acrobat, I tried restarting my Mac and I tried shutting down completely and starting the Mac again.Can someone please help me? See screengrabs, the Acrobat Pro message prompt me to "save a copy". But I can only: - "Save as", which copies the document identically, or - "Save as other" which does not work either because it launches an infinite loop, see this topic: https://community.adobe.com/t5/acrobat/editing-a-signed-pdf-the-infinite-loop/td-p/10758213   How can I save a copy of a signed PDF???

Hi,I've read an earlier explanation of a similiar question, but in my beginner-eyes the discussion became to advance for me to understand.Therefore, I try to ask my question here instead.In my pdf form I have three checkboxes named: checkbox1, checkbox2 and checkbox3.I wish the following to happen:If checkbox1 is checked, then checkbox2 and checkbox3 also becomes checked,but at the same time checkbox 2 and checkbox3 also become disabled (by disabledI mean not checkable, not clickable).Thank you for helping me out./Dennis

Hello,I would like to create a dynamic stamp composed of three different fields. The first field should include the Name and Identifier in the format "Name (Identifier)" from the "Identity" section of Adobe preferences. The second field should display the current date, and the third field should show the name of the file on which the stamp is applied. Here is an example. I have already tried, but only the date is dynamic; the rest does not work, and I am getting error messages in the JavaScript console saying that I do not have the necessary permissions. This stamp should be able to work across multiple sessions. The goal is to copy and paste it onto several users' PCs in the stamp directory on the C drive or the hidden AppData folder of Adobe.Thank you.

In an MS-Word document (a medical/legal chronology), I want to insert a hyperlink to a specific page in a PDF that resides in the cloud on Adobe.com (a 400 page PDF of medical records).  I want to link to a specific page so the reader only has to click once on the hyperlink and be taken to the exact location in the medical records that corresponds to the date in the MS-Word chronology.While the PDF was open on my screen, I generated a link by clicking the Share button.I edited this by appending "#page=5" to the end of the link.  I then created the hyperlink in the Word document with that addendum.Clicking the hyperlink in the Word document takes me to page one, not page 5.When the PDF resides on my local drive or on CanLII [eg, https://www.canlii.org/en/bc/bcca/doc/2023/2023bcca110/2023bcca110.pdf#page=7 ], I have met with success, but not when the PDF resides on Adobe.com, nor on Google Drive, nor on Dropbox. Is there a solution? I had expected that hyperlinki

Hi this sounds an easy question but I have been scrambling around reading the seriously bad instructions on the adobe help pages and am no further forward. I want to send a pdf for two parties to sign. I hit prepare form. The help pages imply I can add seignature emails at this point, I cannot. It then generates hundreds of little boxes around things. I am hoping I can ignore this, I simply want people to sign the document, I have added the fields to the relevant areas. Now, how do I send it to recipients, with the esign, because there is nothing I can do here, if I click the esign tab, that are two rotating 'thinking' circles, that do nothing, am I supposed to be putting their emails there? Cheers

 Hi. I was sent a pdf and I have downloaded adobe acrobat on my mobile as well as laptop but this is what opens and not the actual file. How can I fix this?

We use flowcharts to map out our company procedures. This works great, but there are some steps within a procedure that require additional explanation. Is there some way I could create a pdf that hides/shows a text box with additional instructions when a user hovers over a step within the procedure? I tried just using the highlight/notes feature, but the text can't be formatted which makes for a less than ideal user experience. The whole goal here is to make our documentation as easy to consume as possible so people actually use it. Ideas are greatly appreciated.

I do graphic design in MS Word. Today, most of (nearly all) of my text turns to black. I have words in white with blue shading behind them. Today, they are all black so I can't see it. I have tried multiple ways of saving it. Colleagues in my industry are experiencing the same thing. Is there a workaround until it gets fixed? I have some deadlines and these documents won't render correctly from MS Word app to Adobe PDF. I have tried other PDF converters but b/c these are created in the MS Word app (not web), it lays them out differently.  I have been doing this for 10 years and this is the first day it has done this. 

Hello all,A couple coworkers of mine are having an issue with their E-Sign on Adobe Acrobat. Hopefully I am asking this in the correct place. Basically. When I go into "Request an e-signature" I have the option right off the bat to "Select Files", and it allows me to select multiple files at a time, combines them into 1 package, and lets me fill them out from there.My co workers, however, only have the option to "Select a File", where it only allows them to select 1 single file. Now, they can add files later on after it goes through the upload process, but they still have to manually select them 1 at a time.We work with lots of documents and constantly have to mix and match singular files into 1 larger file, so manually having to add them 1 at a time is a pain and takes up a lot of time. I do not have to manually add them 1 by 1. I can select them all at once and add them, my coworkers can not do this though. We all have the latest version of Adobe Acrobat, and we all have th

I have an order form I'm creating for a client.  There's a quantity column, price each column, shipping column and total column.  User will input the quantity, along with some other info.  However, the quantity column has to x (times) the price each column + the shipping column to get the total.  (A1 * A2 + A3 = TOTAL).  How do I write up the calculation or script in Acrobat, or can it do this?

Is it possible to use a Form Radio Button or check box to hide unnecessary portions of a document based on which button or box is checked? I have a 40 page document that covers 16 topics. I would like to have a form at the top of the document where a user can select which topic they want to see and then only that topic is shown. 

Its says "An error occurred. Please try again."  I want to cancel a plan. Even after 20x trying in 5 days. Get it fixed, I see the same message even 6 months ago on redditBAD SERVICE.     

Tried everything. But this error message wouldn't go away, and Adobe Acrobat Pro DC or Adobe Acrobat Pro Reader can't be downloaded on Windows 10. I tried disabling the anti-virus, it had nothing to do with that. I tried uninstalling and re-installing, it didn't work. Please show me know how to troubleshoot this? 

Hallo, beim Zusammenführen auf dem Desktop von verschiedenen Excel-Dateien in eine Sammelmappe bekomme ich diese Fehlermeldung. Anwendung: Explorer, alle Excel-Dateien markiert, rechte Maustaste, erweiterte Optionen anzeigen, ausgewählte Dateien zusammenfügen, geht nicht, dann kommt die Fehlermeldung Durch den Reparaturmodus dieses Problem zu beheben, war negativ. Was geht, ist jede einzelne Excel-Datei in Adobe zu konvierten und anschließend in eine Sammelmappe hinzufügen. Hat jemand eine Idee? Vielen Dank vorab ^^
