Hello,When I open the attached PDF Adobe, there is no text in the text fields displaying dates and certificate number like there should be. When I open the same PDF in Chrome or Edge the text is displayed like it should be. Only in Adobe does it not display correctly. How do I get the text to display in Adobe like it does in Chrome and Edge? I am running Adobe Acrobat Reader Version 2025.001.20531

I am using Adobe Reader DC and I would like to digitally sign a document. When I try to digitally sign it, the screen goes black, nothing happens and I have to press Esc to return to the document.   This fix didn't work Launch Reader > Edit > Preferences > Signatures . Under Creation & Appearance > click More > uncheck use modern user interface for signing.... Relaunch Reader and check.

Hi. How can I install manually the acrobat extension in Firefox for MAC. ?The topic "Install Missing Adobe Acrobat Extension in Firefox (Convert webpages to PDF)" works fine for Window. But I can't see something like this for mac Edson SivieriMAC OS High Sierra 10.13.6Firefox 88.0.1

Dear Adobe Acrobat Team,I would like to bring to your attention a recurring issue while editing PDFs that contain Hindi text using Adobe Acrobat Pro DC.Whenever I try to place the cursor within a Hindi sentence and press the space bar (to add space or a new word), the entire word alignment and vowel marks (matras) get distorted. For example, matras like "ि", "े", "ो", etc., shift incorrectly or detach from the main characters, resulting in a completely broken or unreadable sentence. Even simple edits like adding space or characters in the middle of a line make the structure unusable. This makes editing Hindi content extremely difficult and time-consuming, despite Acrobat Pro DC being a premium product designed for PDF editing. Kindly look into this issue. I recently added another user to my Adobe Acrobat Acoount. I can no longer use the e-sign function. It hangs up at 72% every time right before the program asks where to sign. E-sign also falis when i go online and try it there. Does anyone know how to correct.  One solution is canceling the subscription and going back to individual accounts.

I have purchased the Acrobat pro on my iphone, and i recieved and email with a link to install it on my desktop, but when i follow the link it opens my adobe home and show this message. i have tried to login in and out many times, and waited a few days to see if it would update it self, but so far not.can someone please help me out here ?

Hello I am needing a script to calculate the hours worked for a single day. The only scripts I have been able to find in the community include dates.  I have tried modifying those scripts but have not had any luck. The employee will clock in when they arrive to work. They will clock out for lunch. Then clock back in when they return from lunch, and finally clock out when they leave for the day. The clock in times will be in “h:mm tt” format. They hours worked will display to the right and total hours will display at the bottom. I am providing a screen shot with dummy text to display exactly what I need.Hourse-Worked-1, Hours -Worked-2 and  TOTAL have a custom script format of:event.value = util.printf("%,001.2f", event.value / 60);Can anyone help?  

Hi Team, I have a process that needs to convert a large number of PDFs to PPTs. When I use the Export PDF to PPTX option via the desktop app, it works perfectly. However, that's a very manual process. I've got most of it working via Power Automate, but the API connector seems to lose font type when converting between PDF to PPT. Is that just a limitation of the online/batch version? The font in question is Century Gothic. Thanks! 

I need to remove bates numbers from about 40,000 PDF pages interspersed among 200 folders and subfolders. What's the fastest way to do it?

We normally use the “Request e-signatures” function to send our documents. Previously we were able to assign a password for view only before sending to the recipient. With the latest update this week, that prompt no longer available. We have attempted to use the “Protect PDF” function but it is not linked to sending out an e-signature request. Has anyone else come across this issue and/or found where a password can be assigned with a request e-signature?

As the title states I am unable to sign or save a document due to error 105. I have seen some of the other posts on here about the error code but due to the document much of the other solutions do not work. I do not have the permissions to alter or change the document as the document is encrypted and has security measures within it. What is the solution?

I have most current version of InDesign and Acrobat and pdf is dropping text. I outlined some of the text to be sure it isn't a font issue and same thing happens. I have restarted, created a save as file. I'm under deadline and this is frustrating!!!!!!

I'm having a problem where Acrobat DC freezes when trying to perform OCR on more than one PDF file in a session. When I open a scanned document in Acrobat DC and use the Scan and OCR toolset's Enhance scanned file button.   It works fine when I do it the first time, but if I try to use the same OCR functions on a second scanned file in the same session, Acrobat DC freezes and I have to shut down, then reopen Acrobat DC to get it to work. I've tried this with two different scanners (Xerox document feed and Epson flatbed), and their two accompanying different scan utilities, and get the same result.   Can anybody in the forum help me here? Have you had similar experiences? And if you have, have you found a workaround that got you past the problem?   Thanks in advance for any help you can provide me,   Randy

I am experiencing some problems rotating my custom stamp.I took a snapshot on one of the part of existing PDF. Saved it as PDF file. Created it as a stamp.At first, there is no issues like this. All are smooth sailing.Suddenly, I can't rotate the stamp.And all newly insert stamps has the same situation. Also the nodes for resize became smaller.I read a topic about it, but no direct answers were posted.The outer blue rectangle rotates together with the resize nodes, but the inner blue rectangle together with the image stay still.I will attached some screenshots for reference including the version of my Adobe Acrobat.I'd try some luck on the post I saw but nothing helped.-Restart PC-Repair Adobe Acrobat-Uninstall / Install-Recreate stamp (multiple times)-Check for updates-Disabling Protected View-Disabling Enable Enhanced Security-Adobe Acrobat Diagnostics (tried) Thanks,ian

Having it hidden is super annoying. This 'declutter' iniative is endlessley frustrating.  It only shows when I hover, which... who is hovering? We're scrolling with a mouse wheel or two-finger-scrolling on the track pad... I want to know where the hell I am in the document. Also, add the search result 'pips' that you see in Chrome so you can flick between words manually and remember where in the document you were visually. 

Windows 10 Pro. Acrobat Pro 2020. MS-Outlook 2016. Acrobat PDFMaker Office COM addin is installed and functioning normally. The "Acrobat" tab shows up properly on the Outlook ribbon. Compatibility setting is "Acrobat 9.0". "Include all attachments in the Adobe PDF" is enabled. I am trying to convert an email with attachments to PDF, or a group of emails to a PDF Portfolio. The problem is that image file e-mail attachments (JPG, GIF, etc)  are not included in the PDF output.  If the email message is a Sent message, then all attachments seem to be included correctly in the PDF output. However, if the email message is a Received message then image file attachments are not included, but other files types (eg PDF, TXT, etc) seem to be included properly. Why is this? Is there any way to have messages created correctly with all attachments included? This is a major problem for archiving purposes if important attachments are deleted from saved messages.   &nb

Hi everyone,I’m having an issue with Adobe Acrobat on my Mac. Every time I zoom in or out on a PDF, the view jumps to a different page or sheet instead of staying on the same one. It’s making navigation very difficult.Here’s what I’ve tried so far without success:Preferences > Page Display > Use smooth zooming – I’ve unchecked this boxView > Page Display > Single Page View – Enabled this, but the issue persistsHas anyone encountered a similar issue? This has been happening for a several weeks. The app keeps crashing, even with nothing open. It crashes when it first loads, it crashes when I close it.It crashes while I'm working, it crashes while I'm not even using it.It doesn't always crash, probably half the time. I've uninstalled and reinstalled 3 times.I've sent the report many times and no one from Adobe has reached out.The error code it gives me when I click "View Report" is long and Adobe won't let me post it here for some reason.
