I'm trying to figure out how to add a cc or bcc to a submit form button. I know how to add a standard email which works fine after I test it but I can't seem to figure out if I can add cc or bcc as well.

I have a PDF with ~1200 pages that has an image watermark placed in the bottom right corner, and I would like to remove this across all pages in one pass. I am using Acrobat Version 2025.001.20476 for MacOS 15.5 as part of my CC Subscription. I have searched extensively online, but the only solutions I have found are summarized below:Use preflight to separate images into their own layer and hide this layer. This does NOT work because it removes other images in the PDF that I would like to keep.Select the image, mark for redaction, repeat across pages, and apply redactions. This does NOT work becuase, even with my redaction mark set to transparent, it also redacts anything the image was overlapping.Remove footer/stamp/watermark. This did NOT work because the image was apparently not placed in Acrobat. Any thoughts on how to select an image that is in the same spot on every page and delete just the image? When I try to open a certain PDF file, Acrobat gives me the following error message:"There was an error opening this document. The file is damaged and could not be repaired."However, if I right-click on the document and select "Open with [Chrome, Edge, Firefox], it opens and displays perfectly. I am applying redactions to documents, and this is causing the headers and footers to be completely removed.  I need to keep the the headers and footers as they contain important information (i.e. page numbers) that I need to remain on the document. Is there any way to apply the redactions without causing the header and footer text to be removed from the PDF?

In Adobe Acrobat, when I select an area and choose "Copy with formatting" option and then paste the content in Google Chrome into an editable area from a web page I have the following situation:* If I run Adobe Acrobat and Google Chrome on a MacBook machine, there are available in Clipboard: "text/plain", "text/html" and "text/rtf" DataTransferItem objects* If I run Adobe Acrobat and Google Chrome on a Windows 11 machine, there are available in Clipboard: "text/plain" and "text/rtf" DataTransferItem objects. So "text/html" DataTransferItem object is missing on a Windows 11 machine.I need the "text/html" version of the content in order to process it. What solutions do I have to obtain "text/html" version of the content or a Windows machine?

We use Acrobat Reader for review and commenting of a shared file that I sent out with my Adobe Acrobat DC account. Many of the reviewers don't and won't have Adobe accounts. They are being prompted to sign in when opening the shared file in Acrobat Reader. How can they open the file in Reader without needing to sign in to leave comments?

This form is working fine on my PC, but when other people use it and try fill in the inputs (see above on Date of Birth and Nationality rows), when they hit enter the text goes really small. Text is set to 'Auto' size, Multi-line and scroll long are both unchecked. Thank you.

Hi -  I am trying to create two different dynamic stamps with different names. I have had success in actually creating the stamps with all of the information I need, but Adobe will only create one stamp save file.  When I go to create the second stamp it is overriding the first file and not creating a new one. Am I missing a step somewhere?

Hi all. I have a problem with manually applied tags to form fields in a PDF (xxxxx - objr). Once assigned (see screen 1), if for some reason I have to edit the page and replace it in the PDF, the tags assigned to the form fields are lost (see screen 2). Even if I copy and paste them into a new PDF, only the ones exported from InDesign are preserved, but the ones from the Acrobat form fields disappear... Does anyone know how I can "transport" them without having to manually reassign them each time? Thanks!

Hello all, I'm wondering if anyone knows why radio button groups (built in InDesign and then interactive-exported to Acrobat) are behaving differently even though they were built/named/grouped the same way? Some of them (group1 and group2 for example) tab through to each radio button in a group and some of them (group3 and group6 on the next page for example) tab to the first radio button in each group (the way a radio group should work ... where you would arrow to your choice, etc.). This randomly happens across my document for 120 or so radio groups. There is no rhyme or reason.   Why would that happen?P.S. I'm familiar with the CommonLook suggestion to use JavaScript (example below) to hard code mutually exclusive radio buttons "in a group," (<-- not really) but with a different name. I would like to avoid that route for two reasons: Screen-reader users in my organization say the same-name-groups with unique radio button choice values work better for them, and

need to remove the "E-Sign" menu and the search bar in the Home ribbon, is there a way to do that?  Thanks

I have a submit button on one of my forms that includes text in the body of the email that opens. How do I include a space in between each line. Currently I have the below. I have a perpetual license for Adobe Acrobat 2017, which was originally installed on two Macs and functioned properly on both. Due to a hard drive issue, I had to reformat and set up one of the Macs. After reinstalling Adobe Acrobat 2017 using the same license number, I received the following error:"The serial number XXX is already in use by the maximum allowed computers. You must deactivate another computer or provide another valid serial number to use Adobe Acrobat again on this computer." Since Adobe permits installation on up to two devices, this should have been a valid reinstallation on the second Mac. However, when I reached out to Adobe support, they informed me that the activation is essentially lost. Their recommendation was to deactivate the license on the first Mac and then reactivate it on the reinstalled one, which would leave me with only one functional instance instead of the two allowed. I recently went to add a (many times) previously used text watermark and the font is SYMBOL - that is my only choice. I have uninstalled Acrobat DC and reinstalled twice today and still my only choice of font is SYMBOL.

Despite having activated all 18 Montserrat fonts (see img 1) on Adobe Fonts, only the Montserrat Thin iteration (see img 2) is showing up in Acrobat DC.  I've tried to deactivate and reactivate the fonts (both with and without reboots), I've tried activated all of the regular Montserrat fonts and also the Montserrat Alternates, and I've also tried to manually select each individual font except Montserrat Thin... and yet it still defaults to Montserrat Thin. Where are all the other fonts? And why does it keep defaulting to Monsterrat Thin? Adobe Fonts indicates they are all active! Any ideas? 

I have had acrobat pro for years. Converted it to the PDF Pack (because I wanted to pay annually), thinking it was the same, but it is not, it does not allow me to create pdf's (on computer) or set passwords on existing pdfs. Now I want to convert back to Adobe Pro, but that is not possible? I am only offered a package solution much much more expense. Any ideas? Thank you 

User is taking a scanned in document and printing it to PDF file in Windows 11 with the print to PDF option in Windows.  She has done this many times in the past.  This past week when she goes through this process when she tries to open the PDF file in any program it says the file either not supported or damaged.  Tried saving it to different locations, on the desktop, on the network, on a folder in C:.  emailed it to myself and I get the same results.
