Hello there, so we have ran into a company wide issue where Adobe Acrobat Pro will just randomly uninstall itself.  Have contacted Adobe support to get resolution, though have not heard of a resolution yet. When on tech support they walked through with uninstalling the program, deleting certain folders after the uninstall and the reinstalling. I have contacted our IT company and they are scratching their heads.  As it is seems we are the only ones with this issue.  They have checked group policy's for the company and have not found anything that would cause this. So everyday we have to keep reinstalling the program when we want to use the program. Was there a recent Windows Update that anyone knows that may be causing this issue?

Hello, I have long documents that use allandnone font. This font does not seem to be availble on Acrobat. Is there any way to get it or purchase it please? No other font is close enough. Thank you.

I have a text field called Name.  I have two other text fields called City1 and City2.  If the word Chicago is entered into the Name text field, I want the City1 text field to be visible and the City2 text field to be hidden.  If the word Detroit is entered into the Name text field, I want the City2 text field to be visible and the City1 text field to be hidden.  Any help is greatly appreciated.

Is there a way to show all typed text typed into a scrolling text field when you print a fillable PDF form even if all of the text is not visible on screen (because it extends the text box)?

I have a user who has Adobe XI installed on computer and we are upgrading PC. We now have Adobe DC Pro but the user has Adobe LiveCycle to edit forms. Through Google i found that Adobe no longer has LiveCycle and now has this AEM Forms Designer.  1. Can AEM Forms Designer edit Livecycle documents? 2. Is there another program thru Adobe that will edit Livecycle documents other than AEM Form Designer? 3. Is there a way to get a downloadable file for Livecycle to use Livecycle on new computer?

I haven't revisited this topic in a while, but here goes. Is it possible to install Adobe Reader on a RDS server and have it function correctly for the end users?  I tried to do this a couple of years ago and Adobe would not function correctly and I had to uninstall it. I would much rather have it installed and working as the default PDF reader instead of Edge. If there is a step-by-step document, I would apprectiate it. Thanks in advance.Jeff

Video attched. When I try to calculate a value for a pdf field, it won't accept anything. Not picking fields for basic calculations, simple or custom javascript code. Tried on 2 different computers and confirmed I'm updated to latest version.

Hi. Here is the problem. I have Acrobat Pro. I have prepared a form with required signature. When I send that form to the customers with iPhones, they fill in the form and send it back to me, and the form is still editable. The costomers say that the form does not request signature. However, if I send the form to Windows users, they fill it in, put signatures, and the form becomes ineditable. How to fix the issue on iPhones? Please advise.

Hi everyone,I’ve been working with a lot of scanned documents and exporting them as PDFs using Acrobat Pro, but I’m running into issues with file sizes being way too large for easy sharing or archiving.I’ve tried the “Reduce File Size” option and even optimized some settings manually, but I’m still not getting the results I need—either the file is still too large or the quality drops too much.Does anyone have a go-to method or best practices for compressing PDFs effectively in Acrobat Pro?  I just saved a PDF file and everything was fine, but when I went back to reopen it in Photoshop I got the message "Couldn't open because the file is not compatible with this version of Photoshop." I'm running the latest version and no other PDF files are giving me this issue. Now the preview shows warping and lines on the document. I need to edit this thing but its unuseable. What on earth happened? I'm working on a Mac on a shared server that causes many issues, but this one's a first. 

Has a general Community email policy change been made lately? For a reason I have not been able to identify, in the last 3 days I've become bombarded with emails of Community discussions that I have not been a part of or shown and interest in. Every time I look at my inbox I find another 20 Community emails.

As we are sending out contracts for signature, I would like to remove a form field that Adobe insists on installing.  It insists on installing an esignature form field at the bottom of a our contract page.  The contract already has a signature field applied.  It will not allow the contract to send unless this form field is installed(twice).  Just wondering how to edit this second automatic field out before sending.

When I use Save As, or have multiple PDF's open, this is what happens ... I copy the info behind the black bar; it's the file path/address.  I've tried everything I can think of -- turning of "New UI," unchecking Show quick actions on Text selections, etc.  It happens when I work remotely or locally, so it's not the monitor.  Any help would be greatly appreciated.   

I would like to create photo reports from the job site by simply editing an Adobe Reader form on my phone and capturing the images using my phone's camera. Is this possible with Acrobat DC? I haven't been able to make it function. Please help 🙂

I have a fillable PDF form with 2 boxes that calculate the value of a selection of other data fields.  However, when I go to "Request E-Signatures", Adobe automatically changes the format from "Number" to "Text" on these 2 boxes, which results in an error.  I am able to change these back to Numbers and the formulas work fine, but I want Adobe to leave them as Numbers to start with. Adobe does NOT change the format of other data fields that are formatted to be Numbers.  It's only the 2 fields that include a calculation. Any idea how to fix this?

With the hyperlink tool in Adobe Acrobat one can simply add hyperlinks to particular parts of a document but all the links it creates are rectangular.Is it possible to create non-rectangular links?If so, how?

I have double checked to make sure I assigned e-signatures to specify signers BEFORE submitting the agreement. Was told from one of the signers recieved to sign as usual but this time asked to sign in someone's spot too. That was not supposed to happen. How do I fix that without cancelling the agreement?

Dear Adobe Support Team, I’m reaching out for assistance with an issue I'm experiencing while using Adobe Acrobat Pro's e-signature feature. I intended to send three separate documents for e-signature to a single recipient. To do this, I used the Bulk Signature option, uploaded all three documents, and sent them for signing. The recipient was able to sign successfully, and I received a signed copy via email. However, the signed output is a single merged document, whereas I need each of the three documents returned as separate signed files. Could you please guide me on the correct process to achieve this? Is there a different workflow or setting I should be using? Looking forward to your support.

I have send a document to sign to a group of people. All but two of them have signed the document. The two have not received the document, nor can they sign it after I send it again due to the password protection. There also seems to be no way to remove the password protection. What can I do?

No matter what file I try to print, I see this:Followed by:  And it happens no matter which pages I choose to print: Acrobat failing to print is like McDonald's running out of cheeseburgers.  Unbelievable.
