Is there a way to turn off the list of suggestions (using answers previously given) in PDF Fillable Forms. This is totally annoying and I'll probably never want to repeat data entered previously.

Until recently, when I download PDF's in Chrome they would automatically open in Acrobat Pro (which I need).  This is no longer the case. I'm running Acrobat Pro version 2025.001.20435 64 Bit My Chrome is version 135.0.7049.42 (Official Build) (64-bit)   

I work in design sales. I have created digital PDFs to support my work and when I have multiple spaces I am designing, I have to fill out multiple Job Specification sheets. However, when I combine multiples of the same editable PDF, it deletes all of the information off of one of the Job Specifications sheets and I don't understand why this is happening. Do we know why it is getting deleted? And how do I combine files into a Binder with all of the information in tact?

Hello. I have an On Blur action for a text box that if anyone typs in the number "5012" it prompts a pop-up box that gives a message. I want to be able to change the font size and color. There must be a way to do this - surely Adobe doesn't only limit editable text fields to 90, 180, 270 and 0 degrees?I've tried using the text field properties but the above four angles are my only options...

As part of my workflow, I have to convert large reports compiled in MS Word over to PDF. These reports have table of contents, plates, tables, etc. I have found that for some reports, when converting them, the formatting changes slightly and this can cause text to overflow onto new pages that were not in the word document. Occassionally, if there was a page break included after the text, or a full page image or table, this can cause massive whitespaces which were not included in the original document, and are not something we'd like to include in the final report. I am on PC and have tried every method of converting to pdf that I can think of. A couple of them do not alter the pdf, but also do not maintain links for the table of contents and plates/figures, or create a major dip in the formatting/image quality. I realize some of these are Word based functions and not something that Adobe can alter on their end, but I'm hoping you might have some advice, or a means through Adobe to

I am trying to have a form field show/hide on 'page 2' when a check box in 'page 1' is checked. Attempting to send out a document for e-signatures and getting pop up saying "Exceeded page limit. This document cannot be sent out for e-signature because it exceeds the page limit for your license." My document is only one page. Nothing on these forums is providing a solution and it appears impossible to speak to a human at Adobe for help.

I am hopeless with the abstract e.g. programming.Using Acrobat Forms I wish to divide one text field into another. One field is a result of a calculation of user entries, the other will be a number entered by the user. Reading posts I see this cannot be done by simple field notation  (Text 7)/Text 11. I tried several variations.Reading the not so simple calculations help page I arrived at the following formula in my target field (Text12) which I think is close but not quite correct.event.value = ( this.getField("Text7"). value/ this.getField("Text11")).value;but this does not work. A value remains in the target field Text12 from previous attemps but does not change and is also incorrect if I calculate longhand.Any assistance greatly appreciated.This is not confidential so happy to post the whole thing; it's to help plumbers calculate a flow rate and pipesize.

Hi, have an issue with Adobe Acrobat which has been installed with the latest version, repaired, reinstalled etc. When opening a PDF with comments in, it will flash open for a split second and then immediately close. Event viewer is showing a faulting modile path of : \Adobe\Acrobat DC\Acrobat\Acrobat.dllFault code: 0x35f4 Colleagues are also having the same issue. The only work around we have found is to open a PDF document with no comments, and then open the one with comments and we can then work on it. This is not idea and there is a fault somewhere causing this to happen. We have already worked through a few articles which suggest changing settings in preferences (unticking options for show online storage etc)  as well as disabling security options etc which have had no effect. Please advise.

Hi All, I have a fillable form and added a button to attach invoices/receipts. Intially it works, when I close the file and reopen (no trust popups, etc) the button no longer works. Below is the code, any ideas? If it helps there is a second button to email the file once completed to a power automate URL but that button works with no issues.  this.importDataObject("Attachment");

I see pricing for Adobe AI Assistant Pricing but I have a few questions: 1. The price is so small, why not just add this to the base pricing for Adobe Acrobat Pro? 2. Do these AI Assitant feature work in side of the Adobe addins inside of Office products?    

Hi! Because of the new Acrobat upgrade I’m not able to view 3D images anymore, (everything was fine earlier).  I found out how to fix this on a PC:https://www.autodesk.com/support/technical/article/caas/sfdcarticles/sfdcarticles/Error-A-3D-data-parsing-error-has-occurred-when-reading-3D-PDF-from-Inventor-using-Adobe-Acrobat-Reader.html Anyone know how to fix this on a Mac?  P.S. Hi there I'm trying to edit a press release PDF so the live links within in open in new tabs and don't take the journalist away from the original document. I cannot see a way to do this currently does anyone know?  Carrie

Seit einigen Tagen habe ich das Problem, dass beim Öffnen eines Dokumentes oder einer Neuanlage in Word, die Fehlermeldung Laufzeitfehler "53" aufploppt. Es geht um eine Datei von Acrobat, die Word nicht finden kann. Die Datei liegt aber an dem Ort, der in der Fehlermeldung angegeben wurde. (Library/ApplicationSupport/Adobe/MACPDFM/MACPDFM.framework/Version/A/MacPDFM) Das Problem tritt bei der aktuellen Version 16.62 (22060500) auf. Die Updates von Word werden automatisch eingespielt, sodass ich nicht weiss, ob es sich um einen Updatefehler handelt oder sonst einen anderen Fehler. Auf alle Fälle kommt die Fehlermeldung erst seit 3 Tagen und vorher noch nicht. Ich habe schon probiert Acrobat neu zu installieren, das hat aber keinen Erfolg gebracht.Der Fehler scheint nicht bei Microsoft zu liegen, weil bei jedem neuen Update von Acrobat ploppt der Fehler wieder auf. Ich habe mittlerweile auch einen Workaround gefunden, aber es ist sehr zeitintensiv und lästig, wenn der Fehler immer

I have a PDF file on my desktop that I cannot remove.It has a long file name (that I cannot edit), I also cannot open the file and receive the message "There was an error opening this document. The path does not exist".I no longer require the file so am happy to remove it from my computer.Any suggestions as to how to remove the file is appreciated as I have tried everything.

Hi, I have read the Help Files all... I have configured my Digital Sign that works via USB Token.  So the Problem: If i set password to morethan 8 characters, Its not working as the OK button is greyed out.. If its 6-8 characters then it works.. Is it a bug? Its on Acrobat Reader on MAC latest version.

My employer has added me to their Acrobat Pro account, however when I log in, I still cannot access Pro features (it wants me to trial or pay subscription). How can I contact Adobe to rectify this? Support > Contact us leads me to a pop up window saying to contact my IT or Administrator, no contact details for Adobe.

Hello,I've been having probems with the email notivications from Acrobat that I receive for shared PDF links for the past few days. Sometimes, the comments are no longer displayed in the email preview. In some cases, the subject is in Norwegian (?), even though that's not my language setting (and I'm not in Norway). However, this doesn't happen with every email, but sometimes both issues occur together.I haven't manually changed any settings. Another colleague has had the same problem for the past few weeks. Other colleagues haven't been affected so far.Does anyone know, if there's a bug in Acrobat or if I need to adjust something in my settings? Thanks!

Hi everyone,  I am looking for a bit of help if some kind soul wouldn't mind?  I am trying to create a form for work; the form is stored centrally with members of the team all filling in the form, printing or emailing it, then closing it. In an ideal world I'd like to automated the form with a button which would flatten the PDF, save a copy to the user's desktop, and then close the original form without keeping their inputs in the source form.  Is this possible or am I hoping for too much?  Thank you in advance to everyone who helps. Mark P.S. When I select the loupe tool, the blue rectangle appears above the document but the loupe tool window does not appear.  I am using Adobe Acrobat Pro DC Version 2015.006.30527.
