After I renewed my Adobe Acrebat subscription, it stopped working. It won't open anymore. I've already uninstalled and reinstalled it, but nothing changed. It won't open or work at all.

Hi, Can I combine Outlook email attachments in 1 click to 1 .pdf without saving them first?Now I right click on an attachment and I click on 'save all attachments', I park them somewere and then I combine them. Is there an extension or another way which shortcuts the first step. I'd like to right click on an attachment of an email in Outlook, select all and combine them immediately.Thanks for your reply!Peter

My desktop Adobe app has and 'settings' widget when converting a PDF to Word or Excel.  Why is the same option not available on the web application?  How do I add it to the web app version? 

Macbook Pro 15.7.2 with HP Laserjet Pro MFP 4101dfw and HP Laserjet Pro M428f. When I try to print some PDFs (not all), it acts like it is going to print but the page that comes out of the printer only says this: PDF Warning  Subsystem: PARSER  Warning: InternalError 00  Error Information:        Reported by PDL PDF        invalidfont No errors given in printer logs. As far as the computer/printer is concerned, it printed the documents just fine. I have spent hours on the phone with HP thinking it was a printer/driver issue, and they've concluded that it is an Adobe Acrobat issue since I can print it from other PDF programs and Preview. It also prints "as image" in Acrobat, but that ruins the formatting as I need it to print actual size on the page. I uninstalled/reinstalled printer and Acrobat multiple times. Does anyone have any suggestions on where I can go from here to resolve this issue? Also, these do

We usually attach other PDFs in a PDF document. We create links to open the attached PDFs in a new window. That this works we have to edit the action of the link for every single link.Is it possible to make that a default that always when we create a link to open another PDF that happens in a new window. If you don't open the attached PDFs in a new window you end up in a died end . 

We have a large number of Windows 11 workstations that fail when trying to update Adobe Acrobat. The error from the MSP Log file is as follows.MSI (s) (A0:78) [13:21:50:515]: Product: Adobe Acrobat (64-bit) -- Error 1311.Source file not found(cabinet): C:\Temp\Setup\APRO24.1\Adobe Acrobat\Extras.cab. Verify that the file exists and that you can access it. Acrobat was deployed using Intune following Adobes guidelines to all devices, this affects only 112 of our 636 current instalations. Has anybody else ran into this?

Hi Team,  I thought I'd give the new interface another go.  Oh dear.  2 issues which are really annoying me. 1.  Selecting the Menu in the top left corner causes and internal error.  It takes 10 clicks on the OK to remove this - but does not solve the problem - see attached screenshot. 2.  The watermark source (Text) does not display in the preview window so you cannot visualiise how this will look without selecting OK and then looking at the actual result - see attached screenshot. Running Windows 11 version 25H2 Adobe has been repaired - no difference.  Abobe has been clean installed - no difference. May I add that the "classic" version works flawlessly so still wondering why I am paying €24 per month....Please can someone help - thanks.Ken Brattey

J'ai validé l'option "Visible à l'écran", mais pas à l'impression (pour économiser l'encre des utilisateurs du formulaire).  En vérifiant, j'ai vu que la moitié des 6 pages s'imprime quand même avec l'arrière-plan de couleur grise.  J'ai alors voulu le supprimer, via la fonction "supprimer" de l'arrière-plan, ce que le système a confirmé. Mais l'arrière-plan est toujours là. Et quand je reclique sur "supprimer", il me dit que l'arrière-plan n'existe pas. Merci d'avance pour votre aide.

Need a new app to scan from my mfp to my computer. Does Adobe have such an app? I see a mobile scan app, but that's not what I'm looking for

Hello, there is a pdf file inside my Adobe Acrobat folder that I want to save to my desktop. After I click "Control S" to save to computer and do a search, the file isn't on my computer. So, then I go to the file to try to select all the text and paste it into a Word document. But, after selecting all the text, only the top part stays highlighted. AI says it can't help me. After 45 minutes using Google, Bing and Acrobat, to no avail, I am hoping someone here can help me. Thank you in advance.

I just read a long post complaining of there being no way to do this. Please please please tell me the problem has been solved now! I'm not asking to be told a combination of keystrokes, but a button that users can see.

when you buy Adobe Acrobat Pro 2024 (Classic) for macOS, how many activations are you allowed?Is it still limited to two activations?Is it actually tied to you needing to login now?If you reinstall macOS do you need to deactivate first the product?If you forget to deactivate because you need to reinstall the OS do you lose one activation?can someone please clarify what someone gets for the money? Thank You

I just lost hours of editing work when Acrobat autosaved to cloud and froze. 

Hi, I purchased a 3-yr Adobe Acrobat  2024 Classic license from Dell to avoid the subscription based model offered by Adobe, and more importantly to avoid being forced to use Adobe Cloud. However, when using Adobe I still have the option in the top right corner to save changes to Adobe Cloud. I cannot figure out how to disable this and Adobe support has not been helpful.  I've tried: 1) Disabling online storage under General Preferences2) Creating a Dword (32-bit) document named bToggleDocumentCloud and setting its value to 1 using Registry Editor. Neither of these options worked. Does anyone know how to avoid the ability to save files to the cloud? I'm frustrated this is so difficult and Adobe support has not offered an actual solution.    

I am currently using Adobe Acrobat Build: 22.1.20112.0this is the version that I like and about 1 year ago it started popping up with a message about "Update your Acrobat Software, Update to the latest version for continued access to Adobe Document cloud files and acrobat online Service. Including sharing & e-signing." I dont care about any of that and every time I make a move in Acrobat like going from 1 PDF to another it pops up and stops anything I am doing until I tell it to cancel or I say Update but it wont update with the Mac OS I am running this is slowing my work it is obnoxious and very frusterating since it never happened prior to last year so where is the "STOP IT BUTTON"  I have gone through every preference setting and unclicked updates as well as  "messages from Adobe" PLEASE HELP.

Hi Adobe Community,I’ve been working on a   recently and thought I’d share the workflow that helped me stay organized. I created all the visuals in Photoshop and Illustrator, then exported everything for the web.Breaking everything into small asset batches (icons, banners, buttons, etc.) made the design process much more manageable.If anyone else is juggling design + development on their own, this approach might help. Adobe tools definitely made the visual side a lot smoother for me

Merhabalar. Son bir kaç aydır MAC bilgisayarımda Acrobat ile pdf dosyalarımı açma açalıştığımda program tamamen donuyor ve bir türlü işlem yapamıyorum. Güncellemeler aldım silip tekrar yükledim ancak bir türlü sonuç alamadım. Macbook'um en güncel halinde, programlarım da güncel ancak sorun hala devam ediyor.

Is there a way to freeze rows and columns in PDF table (similar to excel) and save the setting?  Use of 3rd party application would be OK.

For MacOS 15.5 using Adobe Acrobat version 2025.001.20529 selecting create new pdf from scanner does not work anymore. However, under MacOS setting,  selecting scanner allows creating a PDF from scanner.  Using Adobe Acrobat to create pdfs using scanner does not work. MacBook Pro 14Scanner Canon TS 9520MacOS 15.5Adobe Acrobat Version 2025.001.20529

I use a paid version of Acrobat Reader as part of my Creative Cloud Suite and have been noticing this problem for the last 2 weeks. I have already reinstalled my Acrobat App a couple of times and checked my preferences wrt Page Display, Content Editing (Let Acrobat choose) for fallback and default font, and Language Settings to be English for Application Language and Select Font to be Application Default.I typically download the PDF from my Component Content Management System (CCMS) and if required make minor edits directly in Acrobat. When I edit a document the first time and save it, the numbers or text get converted into a different font similar to this.However, when I close the application, reopen it and edit the document again and save it, it saves as expected. Is this a bug or a problem with how fonts are embedded in the system? 

I have pdfs that contain links to each other. How can I package them as a set? I attempted to add the PDF files to a Portfolio, but the links from one file to another do not work in the resulting Portfolio file. Is there another option,. workflow, output, etc. I should be using? Thanks for any insights.

I pay for Arobat Premium for work. Most days, I can't access the functions to combine files and other "premium" features even though I am definitely paying for them. Can't even cancel my premium membership without getting charged a lump sum, so I am paying for nothing. Truly the worst "service" if it can even be called that.

Hello everyone,I created a fillable PDF form in Adobe Acrobat Pro that is used in our workshop. The staff opens the document in Adobe Reader, fill in some fields, and save it so they can continue working on it the next day.The problem:Sometimes when the file is saved in Adobe Reader, the document changes:none of the form fields are fillable anymorethe values that were already entered become non-editable (as if the document has been flattened)It seems like Adobe Reader is flattening the PDF during the save process, but I cannot find the cause.Can someone help me?

Hi there!I've been using google fonts not only for digital but also print usecases. I've never had any issues with it, when exporting a PDF/X-3 out i.e. of illustrator for print.Now I have a print product which does have some visual problems with the fonts. I have not converted the fonts into vector paths as I thought, they are going to be embedded anyways.Unfortunately now I've realised, that the PDF does contain embedded fonts BUT the "wrong" typefaces - or it is missing some. The preflight is giving an alert named: "font name is not unique".I went through all older PDF-files that I've created the past years with google fonts in it and they ALL have this alert showing up when I do the preflight. There were never any problems with the final print product, so this is the first time it seemed to really making trouble. I am in shock as I didn't know that this can happen... I didn't know there were some fonts that are not able to be embedded properly - and that it is google fonts, that se
