Gibt es eine Möglichkeit, die Einstellungen der Symbolleiste Schnellwerkzeuge in Acrobat zu exportieren, als Backup zu speichern und zu importieren auf einem Drittrechner?

I have created a action which is running a fixup to remove certain metadata of the pdf. once the action start processing it stops with the confirmation dialog "whether wants to save the document". I don't want to have this dialog to display. is there way to supress this dialog. 

Hello,I bought Acrobat IX and Lightroom 3, 4, and 5 with an academic email while working at an academic institution. I quit working there, and the email associated with the software that I bought is deactivated. When I try to log into Adobe with my deactivated email, adobe redirects me to my academic site to log into my Adobe account. The problem is redirecting me to my academic site, I can not log in because the email is deactivated. Can anyone help me change my old deactivated email to my student email from the same academic institution?Thank you.

Until last week I hadn't used the comments function. Since using it everytime I open a PDF if opens the comments tool bar. A lot of the PDFs have AutoCAD file in the rear, the comments tool autogenerates comments for these files where there are none.  This can cause some PDFs to be difficulat to naviagte and slows everything down. For example a 43 page document with no human comments has 6442 autogenerated AutoCAD  comemnts. Any ideas on how to stop the comments tool bar opening every time.

Hi all,I'm very new to Adobe.I have created a form for 'external stakeholders' to fill in and sign.To make it easy for stakeholders, to make it easier, i am hoping to create a link to an email address at the bottom of the form, that includes the signed PDF.I can create an email link, but the PDF is not included. Thanks in advance

I have a pdf form and I have many fields that show/hide depending on choices in other fields but I am struggling with one. I am asking for Marital Status and want followup questions to appear if they chose Married OR Common Law. I can get it to work with one or the other but not both. I hope this makes sense.

Hello! I'm trying to run a javascript for a dynamic stamp I am creating using Adobe. So far, i have created my stamp and placed the text fields where I would want them, the only thing is that they are not interactive when I try to use the stamp. While I was researching this the main conclusion came to needing a javascript to be able to have the text fields fillable. I don't know javascript, need an expert's help. Also, am i able to make checkboxes and dropdown lists dynamic too?THANK YOU!

When attempting to print from Adobe Acrobat Reader, I get a pop up saying I need to install the printer before attempting to print. This is odd since I was printing fine yesterday. After rebooting my computer, I was able to print normally twice before I began to get the same error as before. 

Dear Sirs,I've a problem with some licences of ACROBAT X Pro.I've bought some licences it and I've used it for several years, more than 10, on all of my office PC.Now, from today, the prgram told me that my licences are not valid, or better, the serial number is invalid.I don't know why because,  up to now it has worked correctly without giving problems of this type.I have also done a check on the other machines and on these too there is the same problem.I have 12 licenses for which I have the codes, but I have no other data, what can I do?, given that the person I bought it from is no longer there?There is someone who can help me in order to restore the correct funcitionality of the programs on all my machines?Thanks in advance

I have a Macbook Pro, (mac OS Catalina, version 10.15.2).  I purchased it from Best Buy 6 weeks ago.  I paid for them to convert everything over and the ONLY programs that did not convert and are still not functional on my Mac are my Adobe programs:  Adobe Acrobat DC Pro and my much-missed Adobe Photoshop.  Best Buy Geek Squad told me that these Adobe products, which are VERY EXPENSIVE no longer work on my new Mac.   I am trying to complete patient referral forms that I have used (on my previous 13" mac) for years, but now I can only use the "reader" version and everything I enter into the document is not recorded and cannot be printed. WHEN ON EARTH WILL ADOBE FIX THIS ISSUE...HOW LONG HAS IT BEEN NOW THAT YOUR EXPENSIVE PRODUCTS ARE NOT USEABLE?!  WHY ARE YOU NOT ALERTING PEOPLE OF THIS PROBLEM?   EVERY TIME YOU PERMIT SOMEONE LIKE me TO DOWNLOAD Adobe Acrobat DC Pro who has just purchased a new Mac, YOU ARE TOTALLY MISREPRESENTI

How do we uninstall our Adobe Acrobat when there is a missing "uninstaller" in our folder? We've upgraded our OS and need to align with an upgraded Adobe Acrobat, but first need to uninstall before uploading the update. Any guidance appreciated. StarNet Administrator

I have just been forced to upgrade to Acrobat Pro after my XI key mysteriously stopped working.  As others have stated this new UI (not the new new UI which is even worse) sucks. Way more clicks for things.Why have the page zoom tools been moved to behind a plus button in a magnifying glass (what is that icon even supposed to represent; other than I am searching for the zoom in/out buttons). There is a ton of space up there and if I could remove this stupid button, I only need space for one more.  I use zoom in/out all the time.Who designs this crap? Why can I not customize the bar to add those back in?

Hi,A newbie here.  I am creating a fillable form with five drop downs (each containing same list).  The drop down list has some 120 or so values (just imagine a list of US states and names of all the countries in the Americas). I have a couple of questions from that first time experience and would appreciate forum members advise:(1) Is possible to enter the list (of items in drop down) via a batch file? I would avoid typing each item individually five times in Properties.(2) Is there a limit on number of items a drop down box can accomodate?(3) For the first box I tried entering manually. After around 78 or so, the system would not let me enter more. When I previewed it, at size 8, the system would only display 76 items. If I increase the font size to 10, the number of items displayed goes down. Any suggestion, how can I enter more? Thanks in advance. 

Hi all, I have a Windows 11 Dell workstation running Adobe Acrobat DC version 21.001.20145. This user had an issue about a week ago where their Adobe PDF printer dissapeared from her list of printers but I was able to add it back by following these instructions: Adobe PDF printer is missing | Manually install PDF printer Flash forward to today, the user is experiencing a new issue when they try to convert files such as .msg and .docx to PDF through file explorer by using the "Convert to Adobe PDF" feature after right clicking the file. They receive an error message stating "Unable to find 'Adobe PDF' Printer or 'Acrobat Distiller" printer." It then gives us the option to run the Adobe installer in repair mode despite the adobe PDF printer already existing.  So far, I've tried running the repair, re-installing Adobe using a script, manually re-installing Adobe, running sfc scan, re-installing Adobe PDF print driver, uninstalling using Revo uninstaller

Is there anyway I can assign multiple signers with different veiwing rights? Ex. I have a four paged PDF but only want signer #1 to be avle to access pages 1-2 and signer #2 to access pages 1-4. I am trying to avoid sending it to one then splitting the PDF once I recieve it signed in order to send it to the other signer. 

We have a user that has been having problems where Acrobat goes into "Not Responding" frequently.  It doesn't appear to be related to any specific documents and it doesn't always happen but it's frequent enough to cause a lot of headaches for the user.  We've tried removing/reinstalling, repairing Windows (11 Pro 64-bit) and more that isn't coming to mind at the moment.  We then assigned her a new computer.  The issue has continued to occur on the new computer and we are stumped as to how to resolve it.  I'm wondering if something is saved in her Adobe account like preferences or settings that would have moved from one computer to the next?  Any help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated, Brian

I have created forms (to fill and sign) in past on the DESKTOP LAPTOP APP ADOBE ACROBAT PRO.Now I cannot chose the field type "calculated" anymore see screenshot.Apart of that it is SUPER UTTERLY frustrating that there is one thousand apps called "acrobat" in this support community yet there is ONLY ONE, and it is Adobe Acrobat PRO, point, dot and basta.Can Adobe not get on task and make this stuff actually userfriendly?!I cannot even download and edit sign and fill _templates_ that are in the "ONLINE VERSION" of this nightmare so I have to recreate them, because there is one tiny mistake  Yet as problem state: now suddenly cannot add cacluclate fields anymore.I a mcrying out loud here, really.

I am converting a word table with 2 columns and 51 rows to pdf. It is part of a larger document but it is where the accessibility checks in pdf are getting confused.I have been slowly adding the rows to the table and retyping it from scratch. It is fine until I add the 47th row. At that point, it is at the end of a page and the pdf combines this row with the row at the end of the prior page (this is what I see in the accessibility tags anyway). So now it thinks that my table is failing the regularity test.This document is a template that is going to have lots of versions that are each going to be converted to pdf by themselves. This table is a standard table and I cannot have it failing accessibility or having people edit the pdf. Any clues on what I should look at in the Word setup to help it pass this test. Note it does pass if I enable advanced tagging in the acrobat preferences in word but then a whole host of other problems occur (in particular with weird TOC1 tags throughout the

I recently upgraded a users laptop and tranferred her Adobe 2020 to the new machine. I unintalled it on the old PC, installed on the new PC with the serial number and asks to sign in. We enter her credentials and it says she is signed in, but goes right back to the must sign in page in a loop. Any suggestions? I uninstalled and reinstalled and it didn't solve the issue.

Hi all. I ahve a question which I'm having trouble finding the answer to. I have a new mac mini which I use to work from home if I need to or to use with the rest of my household for personal stuff. So three users. I run my CC account from work (1 seat), and from home (2nd seat). The rest of the household would like to open acrobat reader to view PDFs however it keeps opening full acrobat  and requiring a sign in and a subscription. Signing in is fine, I have aseperate adobe acount for personal stuff, however it is demanding me chose a subscription. I don't need one, I just need to view a PDF using the reader. Can't install Reader as it wants to install computer-wide and then refuses to do so as I have Pro installed on my work user login.In short is there a way to be able to open PDFs in reader mode on the non work related users on my mac and to have my work CC login run ok with acrobat on my work user login on the same machine? I find it daft that Adobe insists on
