Hi all, Is there a way to resize a PDF filled with a hodgepodge of page sizes in a way that standardizes the size of every page within a single PDF?We receive many individual documents from clients and need to assemble those pages into a single PDF (or we receive a pre-assembled PDF with a mixture of sizes), and one page might be enormous resolution, and one fairly average or smaller. We'd like to shrink all the big stuff so the document contains pages that are all a standard letter-size page and a reasonable resolution that's the same or similar across all pages within a single document.I know there are tools online that will do this, but because of the nature of our documents, we need to keep them local and cannot upload them to the internet.Is there a way to do this in Adobe? Or is there a downloadable plugin or application that will do this? Thanks so much in advance.

Hi Team,A user in our org is experincing the error when attempting to save PDF's to a network location, this occurs with certain documents, saving the document under a different name also doesn't work. 

I have been making PDF's for my company for over 20 years.  I convert Excel Reports to PDF's daily.  My Excel report can be 100's of pages long and when I have data in the report that is considered bad or near bad the cell is colored red or yellow respectively to highlight that data.  Converting to PDF has always been flawless and all colors transferred properly..Now I convert and my Acrobat does not show the color yellow.  Still the report is sent to others and read in Acrobat or Reader and the yellow appears as it should.I also noted I can not highlight anymore.I checked for updates and found I have the lates version.  I did a Repair also.What's up?  How can I correct this issue of not seeing Yellow or versions of yellow?Thanks for your help.

I am creating a form with a radio button group that has 6 selections.  I am starting with a PDF I created from a word document so as I add the radio buttons next to the text of the radio button they are at the end of tabbing order for the page. To correct this I moved the Radio Button group to the correct position on the field list, the radio buttons are showing consecutive field numbers. When I open the tab order list each radio button is showing the same number so when I tab through the tab goes to the first radio button skips the rest of the radio buttons in the group and goes to the next input field. All the choice names are unique. Any suggestions? Thanks 

I have tried everything I've found online to try and get one simple formula to work on the attached form, but I'm not having any luck. The Revenues Over (Under) Expenditures line in the 2nd and 3rd columns should be the sum of the Total Support/Revenues minus the sum of the Total Expenses/Expenditures. All my other formulas on this page appear to work, but I can't get this one to work. I've been doing this in the Simplified Field Notation under the Calculate tab and nothing works. What am I doing wrong? Any and all help would be greatly appreciated!

So, I have two issues here. First, I have organized a document with 200 pages with individual bookmarks. In doing so, I noticed that the person that sent it to me, did not organnize them correctly. Imagine, pages 1-2-3, but page 2 is last (but again, this is 200 pages we're talking about). I organized the bookmarks but alas, Adobe DOES NOT OFFER A WAY for the pages to magically reorient to the order in which I have placed the bookmarks. WHY?  Based on my review of the forums, people want this feature.  The second issue is, I need to PRINT sections of the document (or actually, specific pages out of order - See Issue No. 1!) and KEEP THE BOOKMARKS. But no. Adobe does not keep the bookmarks when printing to PDF. For God's sake, WHY? WHY don't you offer this function? And no , I am not downloading unsafe materials as a plugin for a subscription I pay dearly for. 

I am working in PDFs that contain, at times, over 100 bookmarks.  It is often that a bookmark is moved up or down... Does Adobe DC allow me to "reorder" or "repaginate" the pages so that the bookmarks are in the same order as the pages?  Many viewing these pages use the bookmarks to work through the document... Having a page out of order increases the changes of something being missed.I've seen plug-ins out there that can do this, but it seems like a function that should be available.

Hi,My boss is working on a forum that do math automatically, and one field will divide and multiply  the results at the end.He has no coding experience at all,  and asked me, I've some knowledge in VB but no idea in Java.So far I've tried copying some codes in custom script and I can never get any output for the field. v1=this.getfield("Text11").value;v2=this.getfield("text12").value;event.value= v1/v2;But if I write numbers like:Event.value = 200/5+20;I get results.I've no idea about this, please bare with me.We're trying to get "Text13" to get the result of dividing "Text11" by "Text12" then multiplied by 70I know the code should be : Event.value= v1/v2*70;But I'm just trying to figure why no math would work at all.Sorry for the image quality, his PC doesn't have access to the internet.I'll bring a flash drive and upload the file if need to be checked.Thank you.

I'm creating a sheet for a game.  I have a list of skills with 3 radio buttons stacked on top of each other next to each skill.  The idea is that if you do not have that skill, the "Blank" radio button is visible.  If you have partial skill in it, the "Partial" button (which is a half circle image) is visible, and if you are fully skilled, the "Skilled" button is visible (full circle image).  When one is visible, the other two are hidden. Hi all,One of our employees has been hgaving an issue with some apps that use SSO.  During part of the analysis, we found that Credential Manager had been filled to its maximum, mainly with Acrobat credentials.  We've tried repairing Acrobat Pro DC, but the issue persists. I was able to find a script to clear Adobe entries from Credential Manager, but we noted that it keeps repopulating, which means that he will have to run the script regularly just to clear the entries.  Is there a permanent fix for this issue? 

Hi I'm trying to learn how to use Adobe sign and collect E-signatures from customers. I have set up the template the way i want it.  And everything is working the way it should. But when i test it and send the document to myself, it is sending TWO of the same document...... I can't figure out why. Help? patrick

Hello,My company recently upgraded to Windows 10 with Adobe Acrobat Standard 2017. In the past I was able to use my 3DConnexion space mouse to pan and zoom in and out of PDF's while reviewing them. I can't do that at this point. How can I get this functionality back?

I created a fillable PDF form (timesheet) with Clear, Print and Save & Share buttons.  The buttons work on PCs but not on iPad or iPhone.  This form is a timesheet for construction workers to use while out on the field.  How can I get this work?  I need the most simplest way possible for the client.  All of fields work on the form but not the buttons.

Hi, I'm new to this community so forgive me if I'm asking to wrong forum.We have a bunch of PDF documents that people are filling in manually - what we've been asked is can this be automated. I've already been down the web form route, and although I like the result, I have to pass all the data in via the URL, and this only works for a 1-1 , not a 1-n scenario.I've done some research into Power Pages with Power Automate too , but this seems to only allow merging of data into a Word Template.Ideally, what we would like to do is: From with our in-house web application, click a button/link and a request would be sent with all the necessary data in a JSON payload - this would be merged into a pre-existing PDF, and saved into a cloud repository , like sharepoint, and a URL returned. Hopefully, we can then allow add e-sign onto this, so the document can be shared with the customer and they can e-sign it.What I'm struggling to grasp is the high level parts required to achieve this. I have reviewed multiple document and websites trying to learn how to properly spawn 1 or more pages in a PDF document. All of these references I've found indicate there is a template, but none of them discuss how the termplate is created or used. Inside my PDF are two forms with fields which need to be duplicated 1 or more times. The first one is a single page, the other is a 2-page form. Both of these need to have the capability to spawned with the renaming of the fields. Questions:1. How and where is a template created from an existing PDF page(s)?2. Are templates embedded in the PDF or are they separate files?3. What would be the proper way to spawn a single page form as the next page in the PDF document?4. What would be the proper way to spawn a 2-page form as the last pages of the PDF document? Any help here would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

M-1 MacBook Pro, 16GB RAM, macOS 11.6.7 (20G630). Adobe Acrobat DC 22.001.20112 continually freezes when I'm making text selections using commenting tools. I'm having this problem with files from more than one client. Source is INDD. Typically, this occurs when the text selection crosses a line-break boundary. I'm proofing files and have to start over continually because the app freeze prevents me from saving the work.

I typically add bookmarks to my pdfs using the shortcut CTRL+B. When I am done adding my bookmark, I would like to switch back to the main panel so that I can continue browsing my pdf using the arrow keys. Does there exist a keyboard shortcut which I can use to switch from the Bookmarks panel back to the main panel? Thanks

Hallo zusammenIch habe ein Formular erstellt, welches ich aus der PDF heraus via Mail versenden kann. Jetzt würde ich gerne eine JavaScrip-Funktion oder der gleichen erstellen, welche mir anhand 2 Formularfelder den Dateinamen vorgibt. Der geänderte Dateiname soll mit dem Klick auf den "E-Mail-Erstellungs-Button" geändert werden. (Die Datei kann auch nach dem verlassen des Feldes unbenennt werden, wichtig ist nur, dass der Dateiname im automatisch erzeugten Mail schon geändert ist)Gibt es da eine Möglichkeit? Vielen Dank für eure Hilfe 🙂 

Hello and Happy New Year, I have a proplem when i try to add and write a text line that contain English and Arabic Words.  for example; here i try to write in English in the blue highlight area  however when i do that the text are missed up and it change the words order. 

I have a PDF that is all images with bookmark for each image as a title.I would like to export the pages individually as jpegs and have each page's title be that of the bookmark title? Hope this makes sense. Each page is an image and has a bookmark with the name of that image. I want to wind up with the images all separate, but maintaining the bookmarks as the image title. Thanks
