I have a landscape table where the Accessibility tags panel has the Table, TR, TH, and TD tags set correctly, but when I open the Tag Editor to add the scope to the headers it's not displaying correctly. How can I add the scope to this table?  

Recently, every time I open Adobe Acrobat Pro (64-bit) on Windows 11 (both with the latest updates), Acrobat crashes after 5-10 seconds. I don't even need to open any document, it happens even when opening an empty program.I´ve tried all sort of troubleshooting as for uninstalling and installing again, removing using the Adobe Remove Tool, updating with the creative cloud, and so, what else can I do to solve this one? There will be attached the log file I generated for the record.AdobeLogs_20251013_012008_517-win-GS.zxp

With the latest unfortunante update to Adobe Acrobat's request e-signatures tool, I am finding that after I send a document for signatures, inlcuding a CC, and it gets signed, I receive no notification that it has been completed. In the last multiple updates, Everyone involved in the document (sender, signers, CC) would get an email, similar to the one sent to signers, stating the document was completed and including it as an attachment. My formula:"sub total" * .0825 Error saying "Invalid Number "sub total"Basically needing to take the number I type into the "sub total" field and multiply it so that its  just automated and takes out a step when filling out the PDF.What do I need fix or input into the formula to make this work?

I want to print my bookmarks as a list - as a sort of table of contents. Is it possible?

My workplace just updated to Creative Cloud and I am using Adobe Acrobat Standard. Previously, on the desktop version of Adobe Acrobat, I was able to insert text on top of a PDF file without editting any existing elements on the PDF. How do I do this in the Creative Cloud version of Adobe?When I use [Edit a PDF > Add Content > Text] I am able to insert text, but I am also able to edit all existing text in the PDF. I'm using controlled documents that are not allowed to be changed, they can only be added onto, and I need to be sure I don't accidentally move/delete any part of the controlled document. Basically, I want to add text as if I am writing onto a printed PDF document, because if I can't figure this out then I will have to do that anyway.

I need to print the entire list of just bookmarks so I can check them against the document. I want to be able write edits on the paper printout, not add comments on the screen.

Hey everyone So some of my client are having an issue where Adobe Acrobat crashes or doesn't open when attempting to open pdf's in general, either from outlook, or file explorer.So I have to either uninstall and reinstall, or restart the entire pc. Is this issue occuring with anyone else? If so, has anyone found a potential fix?  My current temporary fix is to open pdf's via the Chrome extension, although it doesn's seem to print properly from there. But some users are still experiencing issues when opening pdf's Any recommendations would be appreciated. Thank you

J'ai fait une erreur hier en m'inscrivant a Adobe avec 7 jours d'essais. Je veut me rétracté dans les 7jours prévus par la loi, je ne trouve pas la possibilité de le faire dans tout les écrits du site. 

So, first off, I do NOT WANT TO FLATTEN the fields!!! I want to be able to use them! Please don't suggest that. Second, I don NOT WANT to create a portfolio. They are lame and worse than useless IME. So please don't sugges that option unless you know of a way to then make the portfolio into a single document WHILE keeping the form fields usable. Now, I have a single page document which has fillable forms. I want to duplicate that page into 4 pages with the same forms fields. But, as it stands it merges all the fields, so the information on the first page is duplicated to the other 3 pages! I do not want that, I want the fields to be unique so each page can have different values in the forms. Anyone know how to duplicate a page with form fields to multiple pages WITHOUT merging the fields or flattening them??? Frankly, why Adobe merges the fields is beyond me... 

Hi,We are experiencing a problem with Adobe shared PDF reviews.  Some of the reviewers are reporting to me that the reviews are not loading.  This includes both the PDF and the sidebar of tools.  All the reviewers are within the same org, and also within the same network.  For some they load fine and others they do not load. Example: As originator I can access the reviews without problem.  As the sidebar tools are not loading, they are also unable to open the link in the local desktop app.I cannot see any reported issues currently on the Document cloud.  The shared reviews are uploaded under EU link paths. What might the problem be?  Or is there a problem with the cloud service currently?  This issue has occured since yesterday (13th and 14th October). ThanksJulian  

Hi everyone, After updating to macOS Tahoe 26.0.1 on my MacBook Pro (M4 chip), I noticed a major visibility problems when I recently received a PDF file. Certain beige or light background sections and text disappear completely when the file is viewed in Preview or Chrome. The missing areas only appear if I drag a selection box over them. I've tried to print the file to PDF as I've read this could help but no luck. I have read this problem has been talked about since March. Is there a fix?

About a week ago my Adobe Acrobat v25.1 just stopped opening on my Macbook Pro (MacOS Sequio v15.6.1). I have tried unistalling, reinstalling from Creative Cloud. I also tried doing the Adobe Creative Cloud Cleaner Tool and it's steps to delete things from Applications, Libraries, Preferences. Nothing seems to fix it. I keep getting the below error: 

I am using a Windows 11 device and I am attempting to use the request signature feature on Adobe Acrobat. The request gets stuck at 72% and will never finish. I have attempted to use the Adobe uninstall tool and follow some forum recommendations, but this did not help. I have fully reinstalled Windows on my device and installed Adobe Acrobat with a fresh installer from the website. Acrobat is fully updated. Requesting signatures on the web version works fine, but the same document will become stuck on the desktop version. Can I please receive help to fix this issue?

I’m using the PDF Services API in a larger AWS-based workflow and I’ve already hit the 500-document monthly limit. I reached out to sales but haven’t heard back yet. Is there any way to increase my quota or upgrade access directly?Appreciate any help you can offer, Joseph

I have in this account a company profile wicha has a PRO subscription, but when I use de Adobe app it seems it has any subscription at all, it offers me to start a free trial even though I´m logged in the desktop app with my acount 

I always rely on the Document Page size in the lower left frame bar of any and all PDF windows.  For some reason, today it is gone.  I have restarted Acrobat, rebooted my machine.  I have even deleted the Acrobat preferences and let it create a new preference file.  No matter what, this check box clicked or not clicked, does not yield me what I have relied on for many years. Thoughts please. Acrobat DC for Mav. v 2023.006.20320  

I subscribe to Adobe Acrobat Pro, but that name does not appear in the upper left-hand corner of my Adobe screen. How can I tell if I’m actually using Adobe Acrobat Pro? 

The last Adobe update broke the ability to flatten an entire portfolio. I tried to follw the direction on the web by "Combine files into Single PDF", but it does nothing. Can you help resolve this issue, this is affecting workflow.

I was so surprised when I opened a PDF document someone sent to me. I needed to delete 2 pages from it before passing it along to the next person. It kept closing, time after time. I finally got a timer, and the time from pressing to open the file was less than 15 seconds most of the time. I followed the instructions to reinstall Acrobat, but nothing changed. Please let me know what other information you might need from me. I have a Windows 10 laptop up-to-date. I verified my Creative Cloud plan includes Acrobat Pro on the desktop. Thank you very much. Niki

In Adobe Acrobat Professional, after I select the Selection Tool and close the document, the next document which I open has the Selection Tool selected. (The program remembers the last choice.) What needs to be changed in the settings so that documents may always open with the Hand (Pan) tool selected?

Hi there,I was "gifted" a few PDFs that are originally IRS forms that I have to make some changes on.  Originally, these forms were templates that someone could easily fill in the info.  But now, these PDFs that I am trying to modify the data, when I go to Edit (and I have tried this in 1,000 ways) it selects TOO much of the area (it becomes a blue box with the handle on top).  So when I try to type anything, even if I just select the word I want to change, everything inside the blue box disappears.  It's driving me nuts.  I know that it would be much better to start from the original template and re-create this, but I really really want to learn how to do this so that it will be easier to deal with next time.  Thank you please send help!!!  🙂

This has probably been done a million times, but I need help with a calculation that is something used all the time I am sure. I can do it in Excel but it does not seem to translate into Adobese. I have one cell that has part numbers and then I have 2 other cells. One that has prices that go with certain part numbers and the other has descriptions that go with both. I just need to set it up so that when a part number is chosen in that cell, then the coresponding description opens in the next cell and price is entered in the another cell. Is this possible?
