This is a query that I had from one of my clients.can you help with a suitable answerWith responsive design the only way to properly see what the problem is, is to look at the html code.But once we viewed the code, we saw that it was almost unworkable. There were loads of lines that were not used, and loads of references to css files etc that didnt exist. For this reason we couldnt work with the file. It is almost as if a template was used from somewhere and changed, but because we have to apply programming to it as well, it was just not possible to do so with the supplied code.Thank youSuresh[personal information removed... For some reasons my email address shows to the public (forum members). I check "Setting" and "Edit Profile", i don't see anyhow to hide it. Can anyone help?

I have an issue with my Adobe purchased products,Cut in short, for the second time my subscription is vanished as never been existed.Therefore, I've contact Adobe for helping solving this issue.After discussing the tech support guy (which was very nice and handy BTW) I was addressed to the Sales department.Well that's when everything started going wrong... The sales guy (which I wish I'd remember his name) was very short temper and rude to me,Not listening to my requests and not letting me speak, he always kept cutting in my sentenses and then suddently chose to put me on hold with theirelevator waiting song playing in the background.I leaving Adobe cause of that, and advise anyone who didn't purchase any of their products yet to do so as well.There are already other good alternatives to Adobe's products out there in the market.So long Adobe,Doron

Hi I am looking in the forum resources and can't find the information about how to "Create a document"the reason is I created an elaborate post that I wanted to be available for everybody but once someone is commenting about it - I cant change it, so I was thinking maybe there is a way to create a document that will be available here and I could revise If I needed too.also while I am here how do I stop getting this cross signs an I write and press space bar ?example:thank you.

So I've noticed something a little weird going on in the editor and I don't know how to get around it.I'm trying to paste a bit of code from Acrobat's JavaScript into the syntax editor (Which is a bit crappy anyway but that's another subject)It keeps doing this to my text:This of course is not ideal, I cannot see what my text looks like in the syntax editor, pasting the text in line by line doesn't work either as it just does that but to all the lines individually.There's a lot of code there and I'd much rather not re-type it by hand as the whole purpose is to search for a mistake I may have made in the code I wrote, writing it again would be pointless as I could make another mistake and then the answers will be irrelevant due to the inaccuracy of my information.This didn't happen until today but then again I haven't pasted any text into the forums for some time, is this a new feature or a bug?Either way its impossible for me to use the editor as is and I'm wondering if there is a work

Hi, I've got a problem with this forum. Recently I started a new thread, the question was answered and I would not like to receive any more emails if someone adds a post to the thread. Unfollowing doesn't seem to work.If I chose to unfollow the thread in the cogwheel menu on the right at "my content" page and reload the page I'm still following it. I'm using Chrome and Windows 10.Please don't misunderstand me I don't want to switch of email notifications like it's described here:How do I unfollow all forums at once? Just unfollowing a few threads would be great. Any help would be appreciated.

I just wanted to thank MadisonMLeupp​ for all he work and efforts always but especially with the forum updates.The updates to the forums recently where quite extensive and there has been quite a lot wrong with them from the concepts (ACP,MVP Views for example), bugs as well as UX issues.She has managed and handled the community in an awesome way, got back to people, helped get issues resolved, worked with Jive to get things sorted and just been great in working to get the forums working and running better.Thank You!

The title is pretty self-explanatory: the Direct to Cart screen that I'm directed to when trying to buy Photoshop Elements 14 just has the same page for at least an hour of the loading box. My trial ran out and I wanted to get the full version of PE14, but it's virtually impossible. Do I need to uninstall it or... am I being to impatient? I am posting below, the error that I continue to receive upon attempting to view video tutorials that appear to be administered from tv.adobe.comI am using Windows 10 machine, and my version of Firefox 46.0.  I have administered web sites, and when my users have given me this information, it was when my security certificate for the server did not properly renew itself. I do not know if this is the right place for posting this issue.  However, this will be the second attempt to get assistance on it. I must say that I am disappointed. I have had a subscription for years, and this is the first time that I needed to request support. The experience is a little disappointing, and it appears that the support teams are not aware of where to post this type of issue. I posted a question on the ID forum. I received an email with an answer. I wanted to reply. I was typing my reply then tried to submit and suddenly I was not able to (no permissions). If I open the thread from the ID forum home page I see my question, but not the answer. If I try to open the link I received in the email I get"Access to this community or content is restricted. I've got some notifications in my forum inbox that won't obey a "mark as read", especially this one that's just marked "notifications". Not a big deal and I'm happy to just leave the one notification sitting there, but I thought I'd mention it.

Wow, new here but these forums are a pain, and Adobe chat is also in need of improvement.All of this might be possible, but it sure isn't obvious (adobe is not very good at KISS):We should be able to get digests rather than constant emails if we subscribe.We should be able to easily ignore/turn-off answers that are 7-15 years-old; what's the point?Being able to do these things should be easy and obvious, without the need for complicated must-step directions as in:Your View & Custom Streams in News
