Hello! I work with Framemaker 2022 and import and link data to Robohelp2022. In Robohelp, I can insert snippets. Example for snippet TEST1-Video1 appears in HTML <div data-conref=“../../snippets/TEST1-Video1.hts”> </div>This is perfect for certain insertions in terms of organization and flexibility. But there is a catch.In order to have all source data consistently in Framemaker, I would like to insert the HTML code (e.g., <div data-conref="../../snippets/TEST1-Video1.hts"> </div> ) into Framemaker at a defined text location and, after importing into Robohelp, reformat the HTML data using a script so that the snippets are activated in Robohelp.I can't find an option to enter HTML code in a protected manner. e.g. Markers are lost during import.Does anyone have a solution for me?

After much wrestling and googling, I'm 99% of the way there with my first PDF template out of RoboHelp, but now I can't stop the bulk of my content from using the TOC page layout that it seems to inherit from the Front Matter. How do I specifically set a page to use the "Common" page layout, for example? I thought I knew how this was done using the pagination option for the topic, but I can't seem to replicate what I thought I did before.....Thanks in advance!

Hello. I just updated to Rh 2022.6.34. I am receiving this error message when I try to import a .docx file.Where can I find the application log? Importing worked 2 weeks ago an older version of Rh. I don't have the version documented though.

I have on old version of RoboHelp 2015 that we been using for years for our product and procedure binder.  I have used it for many years as an end user, and have had very few issues.  (And I’m not in I/T or a developer.) Currently I’m the only person in the company using it, but it’s a critical tool for our employees.  Because it won’t function on Windows 11, we need to upgrade it before October.  I/T procured me a version of RoboHelp 2020. I’ve uploaded the current project into it, but I am hopelessly overwhelmed by this version and have no idea how to get this set up. The topics are out of order and when I try to reorder them they do not stay reordered; there are ridiculous amounts of broken links, some pointing to pages that don’t exist.  And now the TOC has completely stopped working and frozen the entire project. I have no idea what I’m doing and feeling completely lost.  Any suggestions?  Are there people with the skills we could temporarily hir

HiIs there a documentation that helps to set up Chatbots and integration of RH2020 with Google DialogFlow? In DialogFlow > Integrations, is there an option RH2020 that we will need to select? I am using the trial version of DialogFlow and in Integrations I couldn't find RH2020.

Hello, I am using Version 2022.5.28.I do not see any recent information on how to successfully import/publish help files to WordPress.The information about DITA: Import DITA's XHTML Output is outdated, as it is 10 years old.Does anyone have any tips or tricks to use files in a WordPress website or is this a No Go?TIA!

Most of the discussions here in the Adobe forums are at least 3 years old about this topic, so I am resubmitting the question. I confirmed that the post.instructions on "I'd Rather Be Writing" is not current and shouldn't be considered valid. Question: I'm working on a project that I would like to continue to author in RoboHelp and then import the content/output (preferably using WebHelp or HTML5) into a current WordPress site. Has anyone successfully done an import into WordPress with RoboHelp 2017 output? Any advice, pitfalls, or other RoboHelp output that would be recommended? Thanks in advance.

This April, we have completed Online Help (OH) release for 20 (twenty) RoboHelp projects for one of our major products using Adobe RoboHelp Version 2022.5.28.Facing similar issues in Robohelp (Version 2022.5.28) - upgraded Online help versions. If the search result is lesser - it does work however for even around 15 results in Search the display is not coming and finally browser hangs. See two screenshots below where I have tried to depict both scenarios.Search is successful - Search not working and OH browser reports to be unresponsive -  Upgraded OH works fine otherwise.Please guide.

Any suggestions on a setting, file name, location, size that could be causing the logo that appears in the upper left corner to be small? This is when I generate a respsonsive html5 output in Robohelp2022. The file size is the same as what I was using in RH Classic 2019.  

Hello! I am currently working on a project where I need to import a MS Word document into RoboHelp. Everything seems to go smoothly in the import process, but when I go to look at the newly created module, no topics are populating from the MS Word document into RoboHelp. On the few occasions that it has worked, when I go to open the topic, I am given code (below) rather than content. Has anyone seen this issue or, more importantly, ways to correct it?  I should note that several of the Word documents are years old. I don't know if this would make a difference, but any help would be greatly appreciated!

Hi,   I remember in legacy RoboHelp after CHM  is generated we use a CHM check tool to see if the map ID opens the specific help page after giving the map ID that exist. Do we have somethiing similar to that in RoboHelp 2022.3.93 version?   Can someone please reply to this.   Regards, Akilesh

RoboHelp is appending a class to every single selector in my CSS:.RH-LAYOUT-CENTERPANEL-topic-boxI don't want it to edit my CSS files, they are all scoped correctly to the output, can I disable this behaviour?

It seems that the XLIFF conversion is not really up to par as bookmarks simply disappear when you export a topic with a bookmark to an XLIFF file. If this issue is confirmed, that would be a rather serious problem. Reproduction steps1 - Create a topic with a bookmark (no text associated with bookmark in this case, but the same happens if you bookmark text)2 - export this topicResult: bookmarks are not exported along with other text in the XLIFF file 

I have created a multi-level list in FrameMaker and re-created the same css styling in RoboHelp. While importing the FrameMaker file I am unable to map these lists to the css I created in RoboHelp. I tried fixing them after import but they are being read as p styles and not ol. Is there anyway I could navigate through this without having to manually apply an ol style to the RoboHelp document?  Would appreciate any help. Thanks in advance. 

I am in RH 2022.4.179 and Save As PDF is generating PDFs with all symbols displaying incorrectly (see example with misc characters in place of bullets). I have made sure my Acrobat is up to date, that RH is embedding all fonts, that my Java RE is current, etc. and no difference. Would appreciate any additional ideas. Thank you. 

Greetings! I have an old RH project in the form of a *.xpj file. I tried opening it in RH 2022.5.28, but RH keeps generating an error. I think there is a way to backward save my *.chm file. Is that correct? Thanks!Cindy 

Does anyone know if there is a way to create customized keyboard shortcuts in RoboHelp 2022? All the hand movement from the keyboard to the mouse is seriouosly crimping my style - thanks!

Hi, I am using RoboHelp 2022.6.34, and I am facing an issue with searching. The search items highlighted in the Frameless Help results do not match the exact words found in the content of the pages. For example, when I search for the word "client/Client", the highlighted search items in the Frameless Help results do not precisely correspond to the words(upper-case "C" or lower-case "c") found in the content of the pages. Another observation was that this is not the case with all words, but only with a select few. Please provide me with a solution if you have any. Thanks,Anand

Hello. I'm using FrameMaker 17.0.3.546 and RoboHelp 2022.4.179 on Windows 11.I have my source files in FrameMaker and need to use RoboHelp to produce HTML5, not just once but continuously through new releases. Kind of single-sourcing from FM to RH on a continuous basis. Therefore I need to sync from FM to HTML (i.e., HTML sections and topics). So far I was unceccessful in establishing a sync between them. Tried this and that, read this forum, etc. Can anyone please describe the proper procedure to get to sync? If possible, step by step, with pre-requisites (like minimum project paths), and other cumulated knowledge. Context: I have 17 manuals of 100 to 300 pages to be combined into one HTML library.

Is it possible to use a custom Template for Responsive HTML5 Output in Robohelp 2022? Our company has created a custom "Indigo" file that would be copied into our project folder when using Classic 2019 and it overrides the default Indigo colors, styles, etc. Is this possible to do in 2022 as well so we do not have to edit Indigo manually each time we begin a new project? 

Hello Everyone,Greetings for the day!I'm using RoboHelp 2022.5.28 with a Responsive HTML5 output.I've created a custom "Next" and "Previous" button using the Custom Buttons option under Output > Templates > Azure Blue > Custom Buttons.I tried using RH_ShowNext(); and RH_ShowPrevious(); in the OnClick actions, but these functions are throwing not defined errors in the browser console.It seems the internal JavaScript functions for TOC-based navigation are no longer available or included in the output layout.

Thanks a lot in advance for your support!----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------We have a single topic Scheduled Monitoring Tasks created under the Project folder as follows: This topic needs to appear in two ToC locations — under ABR and RTMP folders as highlighted below:I inserted the same topic in both locations using Insert > Topic. However, in the output, both show breadcrumbs under RTMP, regardless of the selected path.Expected Output:If accessed via ABR, breadcrumbs should reflect the ABR path.If accessed via RTMP, breadcrumbs should reflect the RTMP path. Please advise on how to achieve this. Thank you!

Using RH2020 w/ .chm file. New topic doesn't display after being mapped. I added new fields to three projects. Two worked correctly and the third does not even though it was set up the same as the other two projects.  I don't get an error message. The topic from the previous field continues to display and not the desired content from the new topic.  What do we need to do to get that content to correctly display in the right field?

Hi, I am facing an issue in RoboHelp 2022.3.93. The help subtopics in the left navigation do not link to their corresponding topics when right-clicked and opened in a new browser tab. Instead, the main topic is displayed in the new browser tab. Thanks,Anand
