After completing the Update to 2022.6.34 when try to open an existing RH 2022 project I get the message to convert - Upgrade the project to the latest version,. To me, Version is 2022 should not have to Convert again. Is this a legitmate thing to do for just an Update? If I say Yes, will other team members Not be able to access with previous update of 2022.5.28? 

Hi, on upgradef frpm classic project to RH 2022, tere are some HTML files which are not imported. These on importing are showing in the output folder under assets. Is this correct.

Hi,On upgrade from Classic to RH2022 , Java Script Files are showing with Broken Links. 

I found the new steps for creating a new variable, which btw, seems a step backwards from RH2020. Anyway, I was finally able to create a new variable but cannot get the new varable on my topic page. Drag and Drop no longer works as in RH2020-another step backward. Found the Apply Variable option, but the Search for the variable is not working. What can I do to get the new variable on my topic page?

In MadCap Flare, there is a specific field for setting what appears in the title bar and document tab in the PDF reader, so you can use either the filename, or a custom name.(It is setting this field from the output preset):This in turn is then using the title metadata instead of the filename in the titlebar/tab. RoboHelp allows setting the metadata, but I can't find any option to set the output to use the metadata instead of the filename as the document title. Anyone have any wisdom? Thanks!

I've created several RH2022 projects fairly successfully, but this last is creating folders where I don't want them. Here's a screen shot to illustrate:As you can see, most of the projects have project folder and a Frameless folder; but the SSRS Meeting Reports folder a couple of additional folders -- template and whxdata -- which are also in the Frameless folder. How is this happening and how do I prevent it? Thank you,Lon

I've successfully generated a Microsoft HTML Help (CHM) file with this same project many times in the past. However, currently the error shown below is preventing this and I'm unable to interpret what corrective action needs to be taken. I would appreciate any recommendations. Hi everyone,I’m facing an issue in Adobe RoboHelp while working with the HTML5 output preset.I’ve added a logo to my output, and it appears fine on the home page, but when I open any topic page separately in browser, the logo looks different.  I imported that specific topic from the other project that has its own logo. Did any one face this same issue? Thoughts please

Robohelp upgarde from Classic Version to RH 2022 , Pop up files are not imported in Contents folder and therefore not working in the in Browser.after the  Output is generated .   Upgrade Project option was used for importing the old RH project files.   Can we have a way out that the Pop ups  are imported in one go as they are showing in old SSL folder but not being imported to contents folder in new RH 22.    

Hello, is there a way to change the font color of a responsive HTML label?  I'm specifically look for the "Click here to see this page in full context" label, but it could apply to any.  it's hard to read with the skin we're using, and it's even harder to read if we wanted to use the Azure Blue:  I've found where I could change the text of the message (Output/Labels/English/Responsivehelp.  But if I wanted to make the font white, for example, is there a project file I could edit?

Hello.  I'm wondering if it is possible to display the Expand/Collapse All button when following an external link to a specific topic (or the topic is opened in a new window) without having to click on the "Click here to see this page in full context" link.  Currently, when you access a topic from a direct link, you get that message so it looks like this:The "Click here to see this page in full context" link is (I thought) on top of where the Expand/Collapse All button is.  You have to click the link and display the TOC in order to see the button.  I updated the template to align that button to the left, thinking perhaps you'd be able to see the button where I added the yellow highlight:But that didn't work - you still can't see it unless you click the link and also display that TOC.  Is it possible in a responsive HTML5 output to display the expand/collapse button from a direct link without showing the TOC? Hi we are importing HTML files in RoboHelp 2022. The imported files are showing in the tool , and on generation also showing in web browser, but not being displayed in Output folder.

Hi, I have recently had to change the skin/template on my projects. Previously, when I selected the page, the contents to the left of the page stayed visable, e.g. Now though, using the new skin/template, it doesn't display - I have to use the back button to get to see it again, and I don't really want my customers to have to do this! As far as I can see, I've not changed the output, other than to use the new template, so I'm guessing it might be a setting there, but I can't seem to find it! Any help would be appreciated! Many thanks in advance, Donna

I'm using RoboHelp 2022 (Update 5) and I'm currently trying to figure out which (logical) combinations can be used to generate output. For example, I have:Text A (with Condition A)Text B (with Condition B)Text A + B (with Condition A and Condition B)Text C (with Condition C)Text D (with Condition D)Text C and D (with Condition C and D)In my case, I have several groups of conditions: A and B are market-specific (e.g., EU and US), while C and D are functionality-specific (Feature C and D of a software). What I would like (a Christmas wish list 😉) is the ability to group conditional tags by type and logically link them together.For example:Show everything labeled with Market A (including Text A + B)Hide everything that only concerns Market BIndependently of that, show everything with Feature CBut always hide Feature D (i.e.,

We just updated to RH 2022 Update 6 and created a new template. There are a couple problems. But I would like to get some input regarding the header buttons not showing up. We created a new template and it looks great.  The navigation arrows appear but nothing else when we run the output.  The icons for the Table of Contents, Glossary, Search, email and printer all appear when we edit the template but do not appear in the output.  Everything in the template seems to look or and we have tried several changes without success. Does anyone have any suggestions or experiencing similar problems? We appreciate the help. Thank you, Ken

Hello! I work with Framemaker 2022 and import and link data to Robohelp2022. In Robohelp, I can insert snippets. Example for snippet TEST1-Video1 appears in HTML <div data-conref=“../../snippets/TEST1-Video1.hts”> </div>This is perfect for certain insertions in terms of organization and flexibility. But there is a catch.In order to have all source data consistently in Framemaker, I would like to insert the HTML code (e.g., <div data-conref="../../snippets/TEST1-Video1.hts"> </div> ) into Framemaker at a defined text location and, after importing into Robohelp, reformat the HTML data using a script so that the snippets are activated in Robohelp.I can't find an option to enter HTML code in a protected manner. e.g. Markers are lost during import.Does anyone have a solution for me?

After much wrestling and googling, I'm 99% of the way there with my first PDF template out of RoboHelp, but now I can't stop the bulk of my content from using the TOC page layout that it seems to inherit from the Front Matter. How do I specifically set a page to use the "Common" page layout, for example? I thought I knew how this was done using the pagination option for the topic, but I can't seem to replicate what I thought I did before.....Thanks in advance!

Hello. I just updated to Rh 2022.6.34. I am receiving this error message when I try to import a .docx file.Where can I find the application log? Importing worked 2 weeks ago an older version of Rh. I don't have the version documented though.

I have on old version of RoboHelp 2015 that we been using for years for our product and procedure binder.  I have used it for many years as an end user, and have had very few issues.  (And I’m not in I/T or a developer.) Currently I’m the only person in the company using it, but it’s a critical tool for our employees.  Because it won’t function on Windows 11, we need to upgrade it before October.  I/T procured me a version of RoboHelp 2020. I’ve uploaded the current project into it, but I am hopelessly overwhelmed by this version and have no idea how to get this set up. The topics are out of order and when I try to reorder them they do not stay reordered; there are ridiculous amounts of broken links, some pointing to pages that don’t exist.  And now the TOC has completely stopped working and frozen the entire project. I have no idea what I’m doing and feeling completely lost.  Any suggestions?  Are there people with the skills we could temporarily hir
