May I know how you wish to proceed ? Why I have to pay 164.95$ if I cancel the monthly plan?And why the system charge four times as policy, the system will charge the card three times then cancel the plan. But the system charge me at the 15 days of the month. while I didn't want to upgrade the plan from trial plan. Hello. I sell digital products on Etsy. This digital product is t-shirt designs in SVG, PDF format. I need to be able to list these designs well on etsy. For this, I want to use images of mannequins wearing white or black t-shirts on adobe stock. I will place my design on the t-shirts in these images so my clients can see what my design might look like in real life. Here I am not selling the image I downloaded from adobe stock. I just use it as a presentation image. What I'm selling is the design I designed.Can I do this with the standard adobe stock license?

My Adobe account was changed from a personal account to a Business account then the business account was canceled. Still, the original personal version had hundreds of Adobe stock image credits that were transferred to the business one. When the business account was canceled all of my accumulated credits from over the years was gone. How do I get these back?

A while ago I licensed a number of vector illustrations by the same author. The illustrations represented characters created in the same style and I hoped to use thme in a few of my future projects. However I am unable to download them as they appear as "no longer available". It is not just one, it is a few dozens of images. It is extremely frustrating, why am I even paying for this subscription if I am not able to use the images I licensed.

Hello,I have purchased the trial of Adobe stock.The trial has ended but the case here is that my computer was damaged so I couldn't check my emails in order to cancel the trial period. I have already purchased adobe suite and I don't want any more to use Adobe stock. I have used it only in the trial period. Now Adobe withdraw another one month package payment for using adobe stock. Hello, I licensed and downloaded a vector file from adobe stock.The file does not open in the latest Illustrator CC and gives the following error: The operation cannot complete because of an unknown error.Can I get a refund on my account?Thank you.

Topic: Unable to access free assets from adobe stock even with the CC planI am subscribed to Creative Cloud student plan yet I cannot get access to free images that comes along with the plan which I earlier could. Can anyone please help me or give some clarity realted to this issue

Apparently its okay for contributors to submit AI-generated imagery if they declare it... but I see this page, which is blatantly all done in Midjourney, with no mention of any AI tools in the image descriptions:@Contributor1 — 564385049 Is it that the details about AI are just really hidden away somewhere and I've not spotted it? or do Adobe just not bother to check the imagery that users are submitting? Also there should really be a way of reporting images from the Adobe Stock website rather than posting in this forum.

I have a subscription to Adobe CC. A couple of years ago I added Adobe Stock, which I'm paying for, but don't use. How do I cancel the Adobe Stock thing... I can't seem to find a way... Thanks!

Guten Tag, uns als Agentur beschäftigt eine Lizenz-Frage. Mir ist bewusst, dass wir unseren Kunden die Rechte an Stock-Inhalten (die wir lizensiert haben) übertragen können. Was aber in den Lizenbestimmungen untersagt ist, ist die Weitergabe der eigenständigen Datei. Wie sieht das nun aber in der Anwendung im Wordpress-CMS des Kunden aus? Dort hat der Kunde nunmal Zugriff auf die eingebetteten Medien und hat somit auch Zugriff zu Inhalten, die ursprünglich von uns lizensiert sind. Ist das so rechtens oder muss der Kunde in diesem Fall Lizenzen selbst erwerben um Inhaber der eigentlichen Datei zu sein? Vielen herzlichen Dank vorab für die Unterstützung. Mit freundlichen Grüßen

Hello,  The stock site is flooded with AI generated images falsely tagged as EPS/AI files. This is very frustrating when working on a project with tight timelines. I have come across at least 15-20 such images today within a single search result. Here is an example:https://stock.adobe.com/in/images/set-game-wooden-boards-and-branches-liana-and-tropical-leaves-old-paper-rope-decorated-vector-cartoon-set-of-wood-panels-timber-boards/566231714 The file downloads as an EPS which then contains a single embedded JPEG inside. This is very misleading.  I am not against AI assets on stock. But I am requesting creators to stop lying to people, and Adobe to kindly review these submissions. Thanks.

Good everyone, I am trying to contact Adobe because on March 9th I started a 30 day free trial for iStock. After about 15-20 days I cancelled it so that I would not be charged for the next month. Today May 10th I just saw that yesterday I was charged 36,29€ and on April 9th another 36,29€! In addition I have income and collections of -1€ from iStock. I do not know if I have been scammed or hacked, but I demand the money back or I will resort to legal proceedings because I never contracted such a service and I canceled it in due time.

I have complained to Adobe support on this matter multiple times with specific examples of accounts that are uploading HORDES of AI generated art, not labeled as AI generated. Despite the fact that I disagree completely with including AI generated work in a paid service like stock, having a filter that keeps all that garbage out of my search results is a fine solution...if it worked. Instead, even with that filter checked, I still get an absurd about of obviously AI generated work. None of this stuff is usable; 99 percent of it isn't even quality enough for me to want to pay for it let alone have it take over the service I use for my business. Sifting through stock is hard enough, sifting through all this garbage that looks okay in a thumbnail but terrible full scale is the worst experience I've ever had with a stock service, period.

Just checking, because everyone else getting this message isn't from the United States, I have yet to see a discussion post confirming if this is true. Tried changing my region and everything. Hello, I have used stock video, photos, and music for a documentary that I am doing for a client. Can all credits be put in the ending credits? Also since I am licensing this for a client, does it need to be credited in a different way?  

Hi and Thank you in advance. I have a standard license for 7 photos which I utilized as artistic resources for scenes of a children's book I am illustrating. I manipulated each photo and painted my characters or used the backgrounds using the Adobe stock photos. An example of the result is posted with this inquiry.    My question is, what do I print to show I do have the standard license? I'd like to feature some of the stock photos on a new product. What type of license do I need? Can I contact the artisit directly to work out a royalty agreement? Without needing a mangifying glass for the extra fine print what exactly are legal uses for Adobe stock photos?
