J'ai dû voir une PUB passer sur ADOBE STOCK en AOÛT à laquelle j'ai souscrit en libre essai.... divers évènements ont fait que je n'ai pas utilisé ce ADOBE STOCK et c'est parti dans l'oubli... et je m'aperçois que j'ai des prélèvements de 35 euros et quelques... je m'empresse de résilier vu que je n'en m'en ers pas et ne m'en suis jamais servi... plus de 160 euros de frais de résiliation.... Pas cool moi qui suis un abonné de longue date 😞 

It would be super helpful to be able to filter images by focal length. Matching isolated subjects and backgrounds etc. would be so much easier!

Nachdem ich im Probeabo mit 10 freien Bildern nutzten wollte konnte ich aber meine Auswahl nicht korrigieren und die Bilder die ich dann ersetzten wollte konnte ich nur noch kaufen. Der button lizensieren erscheint nicht mehr obwohl ich unter 10 Bildern bin.  Bitte um Hilfe!

I paid for Adobe Stock extended license - but it doesnt register when I try to download photos.  It still ask me for payment.

I purchased this image (an AI file) and it claimed to be "100% Editable Text," and "Easy Usage"... but I'm assuming I have no way to edit (please see screenshot)?  This is so frustrating!!!     [moderator edited topics]

I thought I was buying a plan to download some images - but I mistakenly purchased an extedned licesnse on a single image.  How do I return that image license so I can use those funds to purchase a plan?

I have decided to post this here: For many years I have been a happy Photoshop-man, and a loyal customer. I also never had any problems with my monthly charge of 117 NOK pr month. But it all took a very odd turn when I decided to try Premiere Pro, for movie productions, such as documentaries etc. So far so good. The offer/price was supposedly 236 NOK a month. I thought it was expensive, but still worth it, after reading the reviews and my plans to have a good production-program with a company I thought I could thrust.  Suddenly I noticed in my bank that I was being charged 353 (!!!) NOK the day after the withdrawl of the amount for the program I actually signed up for, Premiere Pro. And this has been going on every month now. BUT: I do not even know what Adobe Stock is, so why would I sign up for it??! I signed up for Premiere Pro, and the price was supposed to be 236 NOK a month. Hi! Im located in Sweden but I need Adobe Stock to be in English and I know that i can change it on the region settings down below to the left of the screen but the settings are NOT getting saved!? So.. every time I enter Adobe Stock it keeps sending me to https://stock.adobe.com/se/ even tho I have changed the region settings to United States!? Hello!? Can someone tell me how to make this change so that it stays forever? Thanks!!//Lennart

Hey,  just wondering why there is no iOS app? is there no demand ? i would love to upload from my phone with a native iOS app? And I can't find a feature request website for Adobe stock contributors. how does this work ? thanks Peter 

Am I the only one who is kind of appalled at the lack of default diverse imagery within Stock? I just recently switched my team over to Stock from Getty, and I am shocked to see there is no filter for drilling down to specific ethnicities or even just giving me a broad range of diverse skin tones. EVERYTHING I see in a general search is white skin. How can this be? Am I missing something? How are we supposed to market like this?

If I see a print/piece of art here I like, how could I go about getting it printed and framed?Or is that not possible from this site? Thanks!

Can you verify that there has been no illegal use of the photo? Where can I report?  

I know there are other posts about not being able to download licensed images. Just want to make sure Adobe's staff is also aware the video files are not working. I'm trying to download a stock video file and have tried in Safari and Chrome. Both browsers say it will take 10+ hours to download a 1.1 GB file. I was able to download 5 GB of video files from Pond5 and Shutterstock in under 15 minutes so internet is not the problem. I tried chatting with a support team member but they did not provide a solution. If I'm not able to download this file, I'll need to find something comparable elsewhere and request a refund. Very disappointing.

if i join a plan to get adobe stock, does the adobe watermark go away from the stock i decide i want to use when creating and publishing? thanks for any help on this.

HiCan I print a free stock photo with standard licence and use it as photography backdrop for images that I create? I create product images to sell but the backdrop itself would not constitute the primary value of my work. Find attached examples of work that I create. Thank you for any hints.

The last three images I downloaded as AI files contained low resolution raster images. Doesn't anyone do a quality check on these items? There's no way to find out if this is the case until you download the file, and there doesn't seem to be any recourse if the image is not as described.

Last week I purchased some Adobe Stock Credits to use some images, I've done this many times before.The credits were purchased, images were downloaded, all good.However, the transaction has appeared on my bank account and for my accounts I need to reconcile it, again no problem, I can identify and describe it, but, where can I find a PDF invoice for the transaction? I used to log into my Adobe Account, go to the plans heading, then billing history, the transaction shows here and there used to be a PDF I could download. But that is now gone.Does anyone have any ideas?

I found a perfect video clip in the Adobe Stock free collection, but for some reason I cannot license it. I have seen other posts where people see the "purchasing error" dialog, but none of those solutions work for me. I can save the preview (watermarked) image to my CC Library, and I can insert the preview image into my After Effects comp. But, I cannot successfully license the (free) clip to remove the watermark. It does not work when trying to license from After Effects, or directly on the Adobe Stock website. I tried both Chrome and Edge, and neither works (Windows 10). Also, I have no strange characters in my username (one of the posts I saw said this was the problem in that case). Please help, and thanks!

Ist es möglich gekaufte Credits zwischen unterschiedlichen Teams zu übertragen? Sie wurden unabsichtlich für das Falsche Team gekauft.

Hallo liebe Community,  es soll ein redaktioneller Beitrag über unser Unternehmen veröffentlicht werden. Hierzu würde die Plattform gerne unsere Bilder nutzen. Einige davon sind mit der Standardlizenz von Adobe Stock lizensiert. Reicht hier ein Verweis „© Adobe Stock"? Muss die Plattform selbst nochmal die Bilder lizensieren? Wie geht man hier vor?  Aus den „license terms" und dem Forum werde ich nicht wirklich schlau, weil sich hier, meiner Meinung nach, widersprochen wird. Liebe Grüße und herzlichen Dank im Voraus!
