Is there a way to undo an accidental purchase? While scrolling through images I pressed the blue purchase button that pops up over the images. There was no prompt to confirm or anything and I lost 2 of my 10 free licenses this way..

Hi, I am wanting to design some t-shirts to sell. I'm confused by all the commercial copyrights laws. Are the "free" images okay to use to design a t-shirt with the intent of selling it? I just want to make sure I'm doing the right thing.

Hi I've purchased an Illustrator file (FILE #:  466377982) that doesn't look like the advertised image after openning. It's missing the cracked texture, the main reason I bought this file. It's really disheartening when you spend the money and hours trying to make it look like the advertised image, when it should just work out of the box.

Hello,I am currently working on a book and will be using multiple stock artwork images throughout. I will also be using an image as part of the cover. How do I properly credit all the images I will be using? I was planning on crediting the cover artwork separately, but how would I structure the credits for the interior artwork used from multiple artists?Thank you!

There is no report button in Adobe Stock, so I am reporting this inappropriate content here:   219163770 "Blood clots washed with water in sink, depressed person committing s*u*i*cide"     "Similar" includes this one and others: 219164011 "Murderer washing victim blood in bath, domestic violence crime, manslaughter"      If I can't post the word to report it, the word (and image) should not be allowed in Adobe Stock!

I originally made a thread because I made a trial and unable to cancel - says "You'll be able to manage this plan shortly". An adobe employee decided to close it with the following message:"Neither of the people reporting this issue have Adobe Stock subscriptions associated with the Adobe IDs they are using on the forums. Locking this thread. - EBQ"Considering I was just charged after not having been able to cancel the trial all week, I'm not sure what she is talking about. In any case, this is truly gross; made a report with the FTC but I'm sure I won't hear anything back. Now I'm trying to cancel the subscription which finally shows up when I manage my profile, but the login is stuck in this infinite look which makes me do 2FA login with email, change my password, then do it all over again. And it's the only thing it lets me do when I try to cancel my subscription. I'm already logged in, it just conveniently does this specifically when I click on the cancel subscription button. This

Hello, i ve read that even with extended license the assets need to modify before used.Is the modification achieved when a product is made from the image? That we can use the picture one to one e.g on cups, shirts and toys? Thank you!

El autor es un tal "Etitov".  Y me piden documentación que demuestre que tengo derecho a usarla. ¿Le ha pasado antes a un usuario de Adobe Stock? ¿Adobe tiene algún documento para estos casos? Hello, I am new to Adobe Stock and while I was looking for license information on the asset FILE #: 431922959, I clicked on "License" and realized it had purchased the item. I do not want this item and would like it removed please, is there any way I can do that? I didn't realize it was that easy to accidentally make a purchase I just wanted to browse. I have already deleted the item from my library as I am not interested in using it and do not want it. Thank you.

So, I am a middle age aspiring graphic designer, availing adobe subscription already and being a designer I belive that every good designer need a good stock resouce that will help to create good design and make difference. Adobe Stock is undoubtedly the best place, however adding this addtional subscription cost will shake my financial condition. Due to so many family responsibilities and restrictions I am unable to purchase this extra subscription but without this it is also hard to create designs.I know this is something awkward but I want to share this with organisation want you to look into it and please suggest me something that help me. This existing subscription is already a big challenge for me however at somehow I am managing it with very minimum margin of my budget and this purcharsing Stock is all about dying.I love

I have activated my account and started free trial on 19th March 2023. Rec'd email with confirmation that the trial ends on 26th of March and 26th will be the 1st day when I will be charged.I cancelled the free trial on 25th of March and rec'd another email from Adobe with confirmation that the plan is over and will not be charged. However on 27th of March I was charged with the full monthly subscription amount.I tried to find chat, email or anything which will lead me to somebody who may help - nothing of course.I want to know how can I contact customer service in Adobe and how can I be refunded as this payment was taken without my consent. I have done everything as follows by the cancellation terms.Thank you in advance.

As you're all no doubt aware, Adobe Stock for teams allows for wide open consumption for all users from an account. So long as the user's ID is associated to the account they can consume the available Adobe Stock for teams monthly credits. While the license history data is available in the portal it is not presented in a way for it to be sufficiently analyzed. It would be ideal to have the data presented in a table on the webpage to be exported to a CSV for further manipulation and analysis. The Adobe Stock for enterprise portal allows this. We're evaluating a move to Enterprise products, but the SKUs are fundamentally different and analysis of historical Teams edition usage is needed in order to right size the Enterprise edition product mix. Please help to add the ability to export license history to CSV! Thank you.

I got on the chat feature and was connected to a customer service agent named Prince and when he couldn't help me resolve my issue I asked for a manager and instead of getting them or helping me find a resolution he just ended to chat and left me without help. Horrible customer service if you ask me. He wasted 48 minutes of my time ignoring my communications, making assumptions and being extremely unhelpful overall. I couldn't be more disappointed in this horrible customer serivice. My original concern was never resolved. 

I have just downloaded AdobeStock_427038364.jpeg (1.22 MB)It is series of 4 images (collective).   My printer has advised me to get them as 4 seperate images to improve the print quality.He wants to print them as four different files.How do I seperate them?Help appreciated!
