I'm coming to the end of my free Stock trail, 10 free assets. I have downloaded 10 assets all are free to license apart from 1 of them. I went to cancel the free trial and it said I had 9 assets remaining but I don't get it? Any help would be appreciated! i've downloaded 10, but have 9 remaining? thanks

Hi There I am on an annual plan for 350 assets a month. The next monthly billing cycle has taken place yet my new months credits are not showing. How can this be solved? Thanks Oliver

I am paying Adobe stock since january but I never asked to get it activated, I just wanted Lightroom plan at the time but now I found out that I am paying 36 euros per month. How can I cancel it without paying the whole annual plan? It's ridiculous, I feel scammed!

Can anyone tell me how i can get the alpha path for this Video ? I purchased it and gave it to my editor and he is telling me to get the alpha path . But i have tried to contact Adobe , and was told by several customer reps that they do not know what i was talking about ? It is kind of mis leading and i purchased it thinking all the download files were included . 

Hello!I stream on Twitch. I recently got some standard audio licenses and I was hoping to use some of them on Twitch as opening/ending songs as well as occasionally music in the background.I see that it's all right to use Standard Audio Licensing on Youtube, but I was a little uncertain about some of the definitions in terms regarding streaming. It's not pay on demand, so I am pretty sure it *should* work, but I don't want to do it if that is not the case. Thank you!

Hello, I am using Adobe Illustrator CS6 and I am unable to open the template # 482714698 as it says it was generated by a newer version of illustrator and it displays many paragraphs of "This is an Adobe® Illustrator® File that was saved without PDF Content. To Place or open ths file in other applications, it should be re-saved from Adobe Illustrator [...] using the Save As Command" Is there any way for me to access my file and not lose one credit ? Thank you. Hi,  I have a "Library" with 100+ chosen AdobeStock images i need to buy for a project. How do I buy the whole Library or bulk buy all selected images at once?   iStock and Getty images have the option to one-click all selected images, I don't see that here and it is quite frustrating I can't reach any support and am forced to to create a forum post and hope for a resolution while on a tight deadline...     Thanks.

Sorry if this has been asked before. I am authroing a book and want to use FREE images on Adobe Stock site. Do I need to buy any license/subscrptions for it? I don't think I will ever go upto 500.000 copies limit which is mentioned in some documents. If I don't use any other assets than FREE, do I need to buy/get any specific license. I am planning to use these images in the inside pages of the book (not on the cover). Thanks for your help.

Hi, I work at a book publishing house and would like to use a map from Adobe Stock in one of our non fiction books. The map is in English, but I need to translate it into Finnish. Is this modification OK within the Extended Licence, which I will be purchasing? A further question about modifications: I need to add a couple of locations that are not in the original map AND I would need to somehow highlight an area which is not highlighted in the original but would serve our book's purpose, as the book deals with a current theme in which said area is in special focus. Are such modifications allowed within the Extended Licence?

I have noticed that I am not getting any more assets. It remains at 120 pieces. I should be getting 10 more every month but that hasn't happened for a while. Is there a maximum?

Good morning, one of our employees accidentally downloaded 3 premium images from Adobe Stock and created 3 invoices for $169,99. We don't want to use these images and it was a mistake. Is it possible to undo this? 

I've been subscribing to a 10 asset a month plan for 5+ years. And I added a 750 assets a month subscription in January or February.  I tried to license an imaget today and I found that all of my asset credits were gone. AND, so are all of my libaries. Note: I manage a team for my company, through which 4 users have Adobe Creative Cloud.

I'm trying to get a refund for a stock subscrition I didn't know I had, and never used. I've spent about 20 mins trying to find a way to 'contact support' as has been suggested in replies to other similar posts like this. So am I missing something? Is there some obvious way of talking with a human that's hidden somewhere in the contact page? Because the 'real help from real people' thing doesn't seem to hold true. hi I want to cancel my subscription, but unable to do so.I followed the link / instruction given but unable to make any changes / cancellation. i purchased the plan few years ago through adobe website using credit card and have been on auto renewal, and planning to stop my auto renewal plan. tried to send message using instagram but no respond yet.  Also how to purchase / manage plan from apple ios?  Please help.
