Hi there! Does anyone know how I can stop my new assets from automatically downloading when I first license them? Every time I click license, it downloads the image immediately, but I just want to license them to my Library without downloading. I used to be able to do this, but I can't seem to figure out how to do it now. Thanks in advance!

Is it just me, or are others finding it difficult to manage clients' accounts for reimbursement billing purposes?I've been using Adobe Stock for some time now and I've yet to find what image was purchased per invoice or order number.  All I see is an order number with zero details; I need to know what specifically was purchases per order number.  Is that detail hiding and I just don't see it?  Unfortunately the order number has nothing to do with the image stock number.Thx.

A coworker just noticed a stock photo I used in a presentation that my be misspelled. I have no idea what language "Equility" is but the photographer is from Norway (according to a Flickr presence).    Luckily I found the similar photo from the same photographer with the correct spelling, downloaded and photoshoped it in.       I'm asking to please have submissions key words include location and language. Product ID - 127601128 is available as a JPG while it's actually a mockup. How do I edit it this way? Is there an alternate where a PSD / PSDT file is listed?

Hi,I recently paid and downloaded this video stock in 4K:https://stock.adobe.com/fr/video/soaring-up-dandelion-seeds-on-black-background-4k/268880634?prev_url=detail(The clip reference is: AdobeStock_268880634)However, we couldn’t open the file in Premier, Quicktime, or encode it so it was unuseable. It was needed for an urgent project so in the end we couldn’t include it. Hi there,I've accidentally downloaded a Premium Photo on my company account that used 100 credits, not 1 credit per usual. This was completely unintentional! I did not mean to download on my company account and also never would've downloaded knowing it was 100 credits as opposed to 1 credit. Hello all,   I'm planning on writing a book that will use stock images/vectors that I'll buy enhanced liceses for. All being well, I intend to sell the rights of this book to schools/publishers (which will naturally include the enhanced images I will pay for).    As far as I can tell, there shouldn't be any issues for me (or anyone who buys the book I make) as resale and distribution is covered by the enhanced licence, but I'm worried I'm missing something.   I tried the AI chat, but I couldn't get the answer I was looking for, so if anyone has any insight or experience, I'd be very grateful.   Thanks!   [moderator corrected the topics, this is not an API question]

Can I offer/advertise an item for sale using a Standard License as long as I'm not actually producing the item yet?  In other words, can I offer something in an online catalog and then upgrade to Enhanced License only if I generate that first sale of the item?

How to get rid of the license (I added a free vector object with free license)? Which we can find in License history. Is this the only way you can download free? And such a standard license is free? Sorry for such questions - I'm new. I haven't set up any plan yet.

Extrememly confusing. I have a monthly subscription, with the first month about to end. When i click on photos that interest me, it says to BUY licence, i don't get it. Surely with my monthly membership fee, i can download these images? Hi all, I purchased and used a stock image as the basis for my client's social media graphics last year. This week they approached me asking if they could use the same image themselves for creating website graphics. If I understand licensing and usage rights correctly, I would be able to make those web graphics myself since I purchased the original image, but I'm unclear on what it means that they want to make the new graphic(s) themselves. Does my purchasing the image cover them, since it's the same client the image was originally purchased for? Or would they need to buy the image themselves since they'd be using it without my involvement? Thanks ahead of time.

Hallo wir haben die Lizenz für das Bild #447036066  erworben und damit ein Banner erstellt.Bei gestalten ist es und noch nicht aufgefallen. Al jedoch der Banner im Format ca. 3x1m bei uns ankam,sahen wir drei sehr große "Flecken" auf dem Bild. Wir dachten zuerst, das es sich um Farbkleckse der Druckerei handelt, aber leider war dem nicht so. Beim genaueren Anblik der Originaldatei stellten wir fest, das das Bild von Anfang an diese Flecken enthält. Somit haben wir uns leider das Banner entstellt und können es weder verwenden noch reklamieren. Daher bitte ich Sie um Erstattung/Gutschreibung des Credits. Anbei ein Ausschnitt

My supervisor contacted me asking about a charge made to our Adobe Stock Account for a stock image that was licensed in 2022 for a Halloween Project between myself and other department designers. It showed up as if it had been licensed on JAN 03 2023 when that is NOT the case. (especially not at 8PM) Please assist with this issue as I do not understand why this has happened. Or remove it so it doesn't happen again?
