My recent licensed image downloads are very pixelated. They are vector images and only seem to be available as jpegs. I need to import them to Illustrator (which is up to date). What can I do? One of the file numbers is this: 521117396 Thank you, Lizanne

I was in chat with customer service and was told to stand by, then I was disconnected. The issue I was trying to resolve: I accidentally licensed image #345256764. Secondary issue: I have two inactive Adobe Stock accounts I would like removed. There is no way to remove them from my account that I can see. The person I was chatting with said they would remove them, but they’re still there.

Hi all! My question is this: if I have a stock photo with a standard license, is it okay for me to create a tracing of it for use on merchandise?I am aware that the photo itself and its standard license does not allow this. I am also aware that an enhanced license is needed to put the photo itself on a shirt for example for sale... but what about a tracing I did in procreate of the photo? The tracing really doesn't look a lot like the original photo.Please help! Thank you.

Havíamos “Adobe Stock IE – 40 assets/mês + 150 créditos" e coincidência ou não, após a renovação do nosso contrato, aparece a 0 os créditos. O utilizador não consegue identificar quando que foi a 0 ou o consumo. Como identificar o pro quê o utilizador não tem mais estes créditos? Segundo ponto, como controlar os utilizadores que consomem o Adobe Stock? Se é individual, é suposto cada um utilizar os creditos da sua conta, certo?Não consigo falar no chat nem solicitar especialista..é urgente a situação e não consigo nenhum contato.Obrigada!

We have the 750 asset subscription for Adobe Stock for Teams, which is shared with several users. I've recently noticed premium assets being available to download and costing 600 credits or more an asset. Is there any way to restrict this in the system for our team? We've had two months where a user selected a premium asset, depleting our monthly allotment prematurely. I also wonder if premium assets were mistakenly turned on globally as the website states only standard assets are included in team subscriptions.

I've been subscribed for over a decade and I need to cancel due to financial strain and not using the content any more. My "annual plan, paid monthly" auto-renews every June. If I cancel now, will I be charged cancellation fees? The auto renew email sounds like there is no commitment required after the first year. Can someone confirm this is the case and that I can cancel when I'm ready, with no penalty? Thank you.

I cannot for the life of my figure out how to contact support as I've been sent on a wild goose chase to look at help articles which have not helped me resolve this issue at all. I signed up for a trial to Adobe Stock as I could not licence any images with my company account despite having the full Adobe Creative Cloud membership and cancelled it immediately after my manager kindly allowed me to access his account. However, I have still been charged for the trial despite cancelling and not licencing any images. When I look on my account for invoices or billing information it appears blank but no refund has been issues. Having seen other threads from others claiming they were still being billed for their cancelled trial, I would like to avoid this and seek a refund for a service I did not utilise which is in line with Adobe's policy. Any help would be greatly appreciated 🙂

For the last two days Adobe Stock is unable to search for images, and refuses to load any images to view or license. The app will load to all the main Stock tabs, but appears unable to execute any functions beyond that. The only page that will load is a black screen that says:"This page isn't workingstock.adobe.com is currently unable to handle this request. HTTP ERROR 500."  Assuming it is an Adobe server or coding issue?Has anyone else experienced this over the last couple of days?Same region?We are in Texas, USA

I get it, 3d renders are cheap thats why there are sooooo many of them. But I need real photo, and you can always tell the difference between 3d and real photo. But just step out of first 9 pages and EVERY image is 3d render (attached screenshot). There should be a specific "3d render" in filters option that shows ONLY 3D renders, and "photos" that shows ONLY real life photos taken with an actual camera. Besides that it should be relatively easy for adobe to make an algorithm to sort them apart. PSDaily reminder do add option to sort by new within portfolio

Hallo zusammen, die Dateien, die ich in den Bibliotheken von Stock speicher, werden automatisch auf meinem Server runtergeladen. Wie kann ich das ändern, damit mein Server nicht überwältigt wird? Danke 

Bonjour, Via compte Adobe Acrobat activé, je suis arrivée sur https://stock.adobe.com. Par inadvertance, j'ai sélectionné un vecteur et il est passé en mode "Acheté". Il apparaît dans la Bibliothèque "Standard (prix unitaire HT)". Je ne vois de tarif nulle part, et reçu aucune notification d'achat s'il en existe. Est-ce un "cadeau 0€" ? Cela fait-il partie d'une période d'essai ?... peut-être la "Obtenez 10 photos Adobe Stock gratuites." ?...alors dans ce cas-là vigilance néccessaire sur timing pour résilier en temps requis car pas certaine que je recevrai une notification demandant si je poursuis en version payante. J'aurais bien contacté Adobe par chat mais il semble que ce moyen de com. n'existe plus. Merci par avance pour vos lumières. 

Bonjour,Actuellement toutes mes images sous licence adobeStock s'enregistrent par défaut dans ma bibliothèque CC, mais je ne veux pas que ça soit le cas. J'ai bien vu l'option "Organiser" où on peut décocher cette option, mais cela est sans effet car il semble qu'il faille décocher ces options à chaque téléchargement  (je voudrais désactiver le chargement dans ma bibliothèque CC une fois pour toute). Je ne veux garder dans ma bilbiothèque CC que des éléments que j'utilise de façon récurrente, ce qui n'est pas le cas des images AdobeStock que je n'utilise qu'une fois. Avez-vous une solution ? Merci beaucoupAude
