Bonjour,  je souhaite une précision sur vos termes relatifs au crédit des images adobe stock.Il est dit :"Nous exigeons l’ajout d’un crédit photo uniquement lorsque l’image est utilisée dans un article éditorial."  Qu'entendez-vous exactement par article éditorial ? Cela vaut pour toutes les images ou uniquement pour les images éditoriales ? Merci 

Hi community,Is there a way to search for images on Adobe Stock by location (specifically country), beyond putting the country in the search term? Is there a filter we can apply? I haven't always had success filtering out (but also filtering in) photos from my country using the search function. Thanks in advance.

Hi I need your help , I check my acount and I see 29.99 doller for Adobe stock trial cought from me . I cant't understand that. I even dont have it and dont using it . I might one time click on it to know what it is but I have not using that . please let me know can I get this money back and what should I do to not seeing such this things happen to my acount .  Thanks 

I'm asking everyone! I have been working on a project for myself  MONTHS!!! Its been sitting unfinished because that one perfect defining and final piece of art I had not found. I had a general guide in my head and knew that I would know when I found it. I am an artist in my bakery not so much elsewhere. Well last night I found it in the Stock collection, I even woke up my husband I was so excited to tell him "I found the crown" and despite thinking that I had saved it to my library it is not there. And even worse I can't find it again. Things that are close but not it. I am putting this out to the world to see if anyone has a suggestion for how to find it? After searching again and looking through a 100 pages. Thanks so much for any ideas!

These images are terrible, totally useless when imported and have to be tediously edited to be used. How can I search through the "STOCK IMAGES" to find high-quality images? I am paying $30 and have yet to find anything that I can just import and use. 

Guten TagIch habe ungewollt ein Vektor-Bild lizensiert, da der Button "Lizenz" mich nicht vermuten liess, dass ich das Bild damit direkt lizenziere. Ich ging davon aus einfach weitere Infromationen zu den Lizenzen zu erhalten.Ich bitte darum, dass die Lizensierung rückgängig gemacht wird, da ich das Bild nicht benötige und auch nicht heruntergeladen habe - Datei-Nr.: 368210475.Es wäre wirklich gut, wenn Adobe den Usern die Möglichkeit gäbe eine fälschlich angeklickte lizenzierte Contents wieder mit einem klick rückgängig machen zu können.Besten Dank.

We recently changed our licensing and the Adobe person helping says that our Creative Cloud users now have unlimited access to Stock Images.  Unfortunately it's never worked, even after working with support for over 3 weeks now.  The message we get when trying to access the images is "There was an error processing your request"  We've tried different browsers, different users, creating a new user, etc.  Adobe finally said it's a "Backend Licensing Issue" which really doesn't make any sense.  Is anyone else experiencing this issue?

I have licensed 3 photos that I need in bigger size. I have been using istockphoto before and there you have the option to download difeerent sizes, so I assumed that it would be the same here, or at least that the images would be big enough! But the images are way to small and have no function for me now. Please let me know if the images can be downloaded in bigger sizes and where. J'ai remarqué que j'ai été prélever de 35€99 le mois dernier. Comment me faire rembourser pour un service non demandé ? I recently upgraded from 10 credits per month to 25 credits per month and had 211 credits in my account.  All 211 credits have disappeared!  I contacted Customer Support via chat and was told they will try to address it within 24-48 hours!  I have a project due now and needed the credits I paid for to use.  How can I get anyone at Adobe to give me back the credits that I paid for now?     Word of caution, do not upgrade with credits in your account, I am not the only one this is happening to!

Hi dear Community,  Could you please help me understand if I need to re-buy an extended license for a picture for following use case:- I have my own business and create personalized wedding guestbooks. For every guestbook I buy Adobe Stock pictures with an extended license because I need to use them commercially since I sell my guestbook to my customer, a wedding couple getting married- If I use a certain picture for a personalized guestbook that I sell to wedding couple X, do I need to buy the extended license again for this SAME picture if I want to use it for another personalized guestbook for wedding couple Y? Thank you for your answer and advice.Best regards,Caroline

How can I avoid getting charged 200 euros for early cancellation? I had an Adobe Stock account for a month and now i want cancel it but I'm being charged 200 euros for it and it don't get why. I really want a refund, I'm just a student and it's a lot of money that I can't afford. Mind you that my account wasn't even working. Normally I could download 10 assets in the month but for some reason it never worked even though I paid almost 37 euros this month. And if I don't cancel it, I'll be charged every month for a year. But If I tried to cancel I says I'm gonna be charged 200 euros. 

Bonjour communauté, J'ai un forfait mensuel Adobe Stock  (10 images) depuis plusieurs années. Depuis janv. 2023, je n'arrive plus à télécharger des images.  Le forfait est payé mais j'ai quand même la mention suivante : ADOBE STOCK / Quota disponible / Aucun forfait  Comme si le forfait Stock avait été déconnecté de mon compte Cloud. Lorsque je veux télécharger une image, je suis toujours dirigée vers l'achat d'un forfait même si j'ai déjà payé un forfait mensuel.   Je n'ai utilisé aucune des 10 images en décembre ni en janvier. et j'avais plusieurs crédit en banque auxquels je n'ai plus accès.   J'ai eu un échange en anglais avec le chat support, puis ils m'ont dit qu'ils devaient me rediriger vers un supérieur qui me reviendrait par courriel, puis aucun retour encore après 3 jours 🙁    

Ich habe aus Premiere per Essential Sound eine Musik zum Schnitt hinzugefügt und diese editiert.Nach der Abnahme habe ich das Stück über den Einkaufswagen im Projektfenster gekauft/lizensiert.Die Lizensierung wurde bestätigt, die Lizenznummer angezeigt, der Einkaufswagen vor der Datei bleibt aber aktiv. Beim Rendern kommt weiterhin die Meldung, Die Musik sei nicht lizensiert und damit in schlechter Qualität. Vorgang zweimal wiederholt, Credits verbraucht, keine Änderung.Musik neu aus Projektfenster in Sequenz gezogen und neu editiert.Weiterhin gleiche Meldung beim Rendern.

Hi,  Is it possible to disable the option of selecting EXTENDED license for images to prevent accidental wrong selection by team members?  The extended license is 240 credits and I'm concerned one of the team members may accidentally select that option and not notice. What can be done to prevent it? Is it possible to cancel afterwards? 

Good morning,I got a free promo of 25 stock images last month from which I used only 3. I am not on any paid plan, I resigned 2 months ago - I don't need any subscription for now. This month looks like I was given another 25 free photos (currently I can see 47 points from the plan on my account) - it surprised me. Of course, I resigned from any stock service (paid and free) as was suggested in the terms of account usage and it is confirmed on my account status. I'd like to know if those 47 points I got available right now are some kind of next promotion or a bug as I don't want to be accidentally charged for something I did not sign for.Thank you!

Unable to download licensed imagesHappens to me twice when I cant download licensed images (.jpg). Redownload button doesn`t work at all. Didn`t have same issue before, and in meantime I have licensed and downloaded other images. I have lost 2 credits so far.... I am confused on how this works and trying to figure out the logic behind this policy? Let's say on the 10 images/month plan I accumulate 70 assets. If I then started consistently using say 5 assets per month, I am assuming at some point I would start "losing" credits? And in no case could I ever exceed 120 credits in my subscription... is that right? I also am guessing if I had 120 assets and never used any assets that each month moving forward I would gain 10 new assets and lost 10 assets... is that right? I am curious because a few months ago my account showed that I had over 200 assets (not sure how that would be possible if I am capped at 120?), then overnight it dropped to like 50 assets as I recall. I realize that there are rules that are agreed to, but the logic escapes me. If Adobe's fear is that someone will cancel their subscription and continue to used their unused assets, that can be debated I suppose, but why if someone maintains their subscription with no

I was charged $45 for Adobe Stock which I didn't even buy and customer support completely shut off my inquiry. 

HiI had subscribed Adobe last year (Sept 2021- Aug 2022) for a year then I cancelled the subscription since I started work for a company which I didn't need to purchase any of those graphic programs I need to work on. I was extreamly busy awhile and I am a person who is never check bank detail monthly. I only realised somehow Adobe started charged me from November 2022 for 2 months. I was not happy then I thought well... I will cancel subscrition which I have no idea how this happens. Once I gone to the manage section to cancel and nearlly finished my form it says that they will charge me 99 british pounds for panelty. I tried to find a customer center as I think this is much simpler to do so then I can't find it. Anyone has similar experience? how this happens? How can they re-subscribe without my permission even? 

Hi, I have an Adobe for Teams with 10 stock assets a month. I am the administrator of the team. I am not able to see the remaining assets (we have about 88 at this point) and even previously downloaded ones are not available for free redownload. It shows that I have "No Plan" under my profile icon, but when I go into the Admin Console, it shows that I have 10 assets per month plan. When I go to download an image it says "Free with trial" instead of applying my license.Other members of my team are still able to see remaining assets, redownload previously bought assets, and access new licenses. Can you please help?

Is there a way to unlicense an image? I was looking at an image and clicked the License button thinking there would be options or more information but instead it licensed it for me. It's an image I don't want too, is there a way to undo it?
