adobe stock è attivo senza mai averlo attivato, e sto pagando da tre mesi. Come posso disattivare senza pagare adobe stock che non ho mai richiesto?

Good Morning:I write because my photos and credits have disappeared. Now I can read "0 photos". I have been reading the FAQs and it says that the duration of the credits is valid for one year. However, my last purchase was made in July 2017 and the photos that I still have left have disappeared.I would like to know why and if there is a way to recover them?Thanks in advance.

Hello. I buy from time to time images on adobe stock and a recurring problem occurs, namely that on many images, the focus is very bad and the subject is blurred, except this problem is only noticed when the photo was purchased in HD and not necessarily on the previews.It would be decent of adobe to sort it out (but I doubt that's doable, adobe doesn't seem to care) but at a minimum offer immediate credit refund for this kind of problem. Do you have any solutions to offer?   Nicolas.

Hi, I would like to know, images that are named as Free and Licensed (in blue) can I use them in advertising materials, for church publication? I have read the terms and conditions in Adobe however, I still don't quite get it. Can someone kindly explain to me in layman terms. Tks 🙂

Hi, I've just joined a creative team and have accidently clicked the blue license button expecting to see some kind of popup/confirmation with detail of license terms etc, but nothing. just straight through and now I have licenesed something not needed at all! I haven't even bothered to download it. Is there a way it can be unlicensed/recredited???? I have a few questions. I see that you can license photos for book covers and eBook covers. But what about inside the book? For example, if you are writing a travel book, can you licence a photo of a spot you are discussing in your book, and include that photo in the chapter?  If so, is this considered "editorial use"? Do I need to add the line for credit under it? Or can I put it in the book footnotes at the end?

I have a standard license for an adobe stock image that I use for my business. The only place we've used it is on the cover of a baby book (our product) but then we've been using images of that baby book for marketing. Since my business is growing I am wondering if I need to upgrade the license. But I wasn't sure if all the terms still apply if I'm only using the image in a photo? Thanks for your help.

Wenn man ein AdobeAbo hat, so wie wir, dann liegt ein „Standardbild“ mit erweiterter Lizenz bei 32 Credits.das sind (gerechnet auf die 40er Packages für Teams die wir kaufen) dann je Bild ca. 230,- Euro. Das ist der 4 fache Preis gegenüber einem Einzelkauf mit Kreditkarte 63,- Euro - WARUM ????? Das verstehen wir einfach nicht. Sollen wir alle Bilder einfach mit einer Alias-Email-Adresse über die Kreditkarte kaufen ???

I have downloaded a vector image that is different than the preview thumb nail image. The image is basically the same however one of the main components is missing. I have checked all the layers however a layer does not exist for the missing component. Short of physically redrawing the image is there any way of getting the image I purchased?

Ich habe mir die Adobe creative cloud gekauft und benutze diese auch. Allerdings wurde mir im Zuge dieser Registrierung wohl auch das Adobe Stock Abo dazu gebucht. Welches ich nie benutze und auch nicht gekauft habe. Jetzt kann ich es aber nicht mehr kündigen ohne eine Gebühr zu zahlen. Was soll ich tun? Ich finde dafür keine Verwendung und es ist viel Geld welches ich dafür dann verschwende. Oder kann ich die creative cloud mir Photoshop und co nicht ohne ein Adobe Stock Abo nutzen? Danke schon mal für die Hilfe 🙂

I would like to cancel my adobe stock. I tried the trial but wasn't given a prompt that the trial is ending and rolling over to an annual plan...and also not clear on early cancellation cost....it an exhorbitian price. could anyone help and how would I be able to cancel because I dont' use it at all and it isn't clear when getting the trial. 

How long does it take to be granted access to Adobe Stock with a Creative Cloud subscription?

Hello, I'm currently slightly uncertain in regards to when which license has to be used for products. For instance within board games on the public market, where pictures from the stock library could be used as playing cards, thereby being an essential aspect of the product yet not representing its main monetary value. Would this sample case mean a standard license serves the purpose or would it require advanced licenses to be sold as a product? Thanks, Tim

Why I keep getting copyright Claim on my Youtube Channel? If I can able to connect my adobe stock with my Youtube Channel, it couldn't be a problem on copyright issue. I had to keep dispute on every copyright issue, it's so frustrating.

I'm trying to cancel the free 1-month trial for Adobe stock images before the first month's payment kicks in but I keep getting the spinning blue wheel of death and it doesn't ever complete the cancellation.  I'm going to be very upset if this is a huge drawn out issue I'll have to deal with when I was promised it would be quick and easy to cancel at any time.  Hoping it's just a glitch but seeing as how there doesn't appear to be a quick and easy way to even contact customer support about it (why is there no *chat now* option like most web services have?) I'm concerned.   Going to give it 24 hours and try again tomorrow but this is disappointing.

Hi all,I am interested in image number 22966689.The image preview on the site shows a watermark but no other drawings inside the 4 images.After downloading the Adobe Illustrater file, the image has drawings on top of all 4 images, which were not present in the preview.This is obviously no graphic card or monitor problem, as most lines are identical to the preview,except the zig-zag drawingsIs there an issue with this image within the database?Or is it the preview image which is wrong?I would like to have the image as in the preview, without the additional drawings.Just not sure if the issue is the preview or the downloaded image.Any ideas?

ID#: 291386236 This image and the posture are extremely offensive towards East Asians by mocking their appearance. I even found another post complaining about a similar racist image with literally the same offensive gesture. It is very disappointing to find these kinds of content repeatedly appearing on the Adobe Stock. I want to restate that please DELETE all stock images that are clearly offensive and hateful towards any ethnic minority groups and POC, instead of ignoring the hate towards them within Adobe Stock.. Thank you.
