Stock

We are a small company and only use 40 images per month or less. Several different website editors select and use these images.We have purchased a pack of 40 images per month and have added our users to the account. However, I cannot add any additional users to the 40 images a month product (the option is greyed).Can you please explain what I need to do to allow all our users access our images purchased?

Can I buy adobe stock and within keep continuing using my team plan for adobe for 1 year?

My download speed is over 500megabits but some photos are taking over 30 min to download. Others download in seconds as they have for years...but ti seems like Adobe is having load balancing issues with photos. Anyone else seeing this? 

Hi. I have just done the same thing, clicking on license instead of preview for image reference 100403369. I haven't saved the image to my computer yet. Are you able to do the same for me please?

Hello, I logged into my account this morning and the majority of my image libraries have dissapeared. I have tried both the personal and business profiles and it is showing the same libraries, even though I only use the business profile because that is where the quota of assets is allocated. I also noticed when I licensed an image this morning it did not give me the option to allocate it to a library. Any advice or support would be appreciated. Thanks Jon

Hi I am new to Adobe Stock and in my attempt to figure out how it all works I pressed a button that I did not realise meant that I was licensing an image. As such I ended up with an image that I did not want. It's number #491702604. Would it please be possible to have it deleted and an image credit added to my account so I may use it towards images that I need for my project.  Much appreciate any assistance you can provide and look forward to a positive outcome. Best regardsMoira

Going through my credit card for last month, I've found an item on 21 May:21 May Adobe Stock Trial, 4085366000 £24.8429.99 U.S. Dollar, USA, Exch Rate 0.8283Incl Non Sterling Trans Fee of £0.72 I've literally only just created an account with you to query this. I have no subscription to Adobe and don't want one. I have two email addresses and neither were registered with you until this evening. I know this, as I attempted the "reset password" option and for both it indicated there was no account. Why are you debiting my credit card and how can I find out which email address it is registered with?

I often use icons with editable stroke, so I can make the stroke thinner/thicker. But often when I download icons that are marked with "editable stroke", the icon does not have a stroke, but instead the stroke is a fill-colour that I can't change. Then I have to find a new icon - and I have lost one credit by downloading a illustration that I can't use. It's pretty annoying - so it would be nice if you could make sure the icons are with editable stroke, when the pictures are tagged with the text. Here is an example:  FIL #:  357338138

This is not a mistake, but intentional promotion of political disinformation,2) This is NOT an original work of that author, since I seen that image all over the internet via image search and it has been posted by kremlin bots promoting political disinfo in favor of Russian Federation. E. g. via answers on Quora website. This is a redacted version of the map. Original map shows countries in a proper way as they exists and internationally recognized.I sure this map must be removed from Adobe Stock.I found disturbing that Adobe Stock does not have a mechanism to report an inappropriate content like disinfo right on content page.

Recently purchased and downloaded stock #504119075 and the font is not included and it appears not be available in adobe stock collection. PLEASE advise. 

I just spent nearly 2 hours on the phone with five different people from India - whom I could hardly understand and each had their own uneducated answers to why my account was messed up.   My team and I, as of today, couldn't download images even though we have a rotating monthly plan. We have plenty of credits available. I thought there was a problem with the account and called customer "service". The first person I spoke to was nice and we did a screen share. I could see him clicking all over the screen and he eventually called a "floor supervisor" over. Neither of them could figure it out and had to transfer me to someone else - disconnecting me, by accident of course.   I had to call again and spoke to a third person who told me I'm not using the filters and I have to open a tray that doesn't automatically open in order to select my plan. My response was, "Why, as of today, do I have open a tray - that defaults closed by the way - every time I do a search to select my pla

If you do not receive a payment confirmation email in the next few minutes, please try again or contact customer service.Needed to download a vector and no matter what stock image I tried to download, it would get the same message.  I have the 40 credit plan and this was my first time using credits. Tried using a different browser, signing in and out, restarting computer etc.

I have a Stock subscription and have a folder in my stock account called Adobe_Images.  When looking at this folder in CC libraries within InDesign, Illustrator etc I can see all of the images i have either licenced or added as a favourite.When I logon to stock via my web browser, I cannot see any of the images even though it tells me that (currently) there are 451 in total.Can anyone help?

I recently licensed an image and then realized that its unusable due to a typo in the graphic. It should be removed from the library, and I would like that credit back. I understand that it must be impossible to police every image loaded. How hard would it be to have a button on the listing page to return and report defective work?    

Bonjour,je me sers d'images adobe stock comme inspirations ou images de départ. Le problème c'est que j'ai des gros soucis de mémoire depuis un grave traumatisme crânien qui a eu lieu en août 2020. Apparemment, j'avais déjà acquis un forfait adobe stock de 10 images par mois, mais je l'ai oublié, et du coup quelques semaines ou mois plus tard, j'en ai pris un autre. Entre temps, j'ai dû faire opposition de ma carte bancaire qui était reliée aux paiements adobe. C'est quand j'ai changé mes informations de facturation que j'ai vu que j'avais deux forfaits de 10 images par mois. Il est impossible de désactiver la première formule. Il n'y a pas de bouton "gérer la formule". Après m'être renseignée sur le web, il semblerait qu'elle soit à 29 euros, mais le tarif n'est pas écrit dans mon espace personnel, et moi je souhaite ne garder que la seconde dont le tarif me convient bien mieux, plus respectueux de mon budget, surtout vu l'utilisation que je fais des images. Comment procéder svp? Merc
