Hello, is there a way to refund my Adobe stocks? I wanted to only use free trial and unintentionally I bought full version.

When I downloaded image 465042384 it was blank. Could I get my credit back please? Thank you.

Hi, is it possible to pass my unused Stock credits to another account of other company and then cancel my Stock subscribtion? All of us interested in the topic have Creactive Cloud and access to the programs. Thanks for any help.

My account said it has a billing issue and I needed to update my payment details. I did this and follow the intructions, updated my billing details. It took my money from my bank account and then into paypal. After I did this. My accout said there was no payment made and my account was still suspendted. However, I got an instant confirmation from paypal to say I had made a payment, and it was now sitting there pending for adobe to process it. Adobe are denying I have made a payment or updated my details. Even though I gave them the proof that paypal advised it waiting on ADOBE to proccess my payment, But again. Adobe denies I even fixed my account and they even had the nerve to tell me to PAY AGAIN via a different payment method (What just so they could scam me twice?) Proof 27.08.2022_04.41.36_REC (screenrec.com) This is now the second time they have done this exact thing to me. This messages with adobes EMAIL address in it shows this is all rubbish. I changed positions within my organization and while I use the Creative Cloud Suite I am no longer part of the group that administers licenses or purchases images through Stock. I received an email today from Adobe concerning some free images and templates for use with Social Media. As I was browsing and adding what I believed were free images to my library I was actually linked somehow to the organizations Stock account and I was licensing images from their account. Some were indeed free images but many were not. Is there anything that can be done concerning the organizations asset licenses that I inadvertantly used?

Can someone please explain to me how Adobe can advertise that videos are now included with the stock plan, but then when you click on it, there are ZERO videos available and then suddently you need to pay extra money to have them?  How very misleading.   FAIL.

I have an Adobe Stock Enterprise account with 40 credits available. When I click license on a video I would like to use, the message "Welcome Back! Now that you're logged in, please make your selection again." comes up on my screen. I tried again and I still can't license the video. Help please.

I just want to make sure that "Re-Download for Free" for an image from 2020 that I have in My Libraries means that I still can use the image as I need it. Just asking because I was so surprised that some of my downloaded licensed images from two years ago , not all of them, were able to be Re-Downloaded for free.

Hello I am an educator and I'm using Adobe stock images with standard license in my power point presentations. It is paid by a grant. We also want oher educaors to use it. My question is can the stock images be used as a derivative work and the final product power point presentations be still licensed under Creative Commons share-alike non-commercial CC BY-NC-SA license. It is not intended for 500K users and as far as I understand the website views doesn't count.

Hi, can I use an EDITED adobe stock image on an NFT with a standard licence? I am not using the entire image and the image will not be the base of the overall NFT image. The EDITED adobe stock image will only take up about 10% of the overall design. Thank you!!! 

Hello everybody, I'm a guy from Germany who started studying media design.Besides studying I create commercial websites for friends. I found some interesting images in the free collection of Adobe Stock. But 2 things I do no understand. ------------------------------- [1]  Metadata - IPTCThe metadata of the images, which I have licensed I verified with Adobe Bridge.But there are no copyright information in the IPTC Core entered - in ALL these images. Do I have to add manually the information in the IPTC Core? (for publishing on websites)or is it enough that I label the picture correctly near the image?(Agency Name/Contributor Name – stock.adobe.com) Other stock providers, like shutterstock have already entered the copyright information in the IPTC. The license terms say, that I am not authorized to change anything in the IPTC.Terms [7 Restrictions](H) remove, obscure or alter any proprietary notices associated with the Stock Assets

Hi. I try to figure out for a long time, how can I use stock photo on my client's website (website that I made) legally? The photo would be part of the whole website design and if it's required it could be scaled, resized, cropped. I can't find answers in licensing documentation.

When I try to open a stock item in an app, I get an error that Adobe Cloud can't be found. Hi, I purchased the extended licenses for about 15 images and I need to send the invoice receipts to our client to show proof of purchase. I have all individual emails that say the order number and to click to view the invoice, but when I open my invoice tab it is completely empty. This is ridiculous that not a single invoice is in there. I cannot send them 15 separate emails as proof of purchase.  Please help.
