I have found Adobe's implemention of purchasing Adobe Stock video clips inside of Premiere frustrating. For example, today I purchased 3 clips within Premiere and no matter what I have done the clips still have watermarks. In the bin where the clips reside the shopping cart icons in front of the clips are gone. I have deleted render files many times over. Quit and restarted etc. Clips still have the watermark when I preview the timeline.   Mod note: Edited for content. Rants are not allowed here. Please avoid doing so.

Hi, I'm on the free trial of Adobe stock - 10 assets a month. I'm able to download the licensed images in  my library, except for asset ID #537359767. When I click download on the asset page/from my library, nothing happens. When I try to download from license history, I get the following error:{ "error": "Internal Server Error", "code": "000", "case": "2001d57cd99059068e90736d5fec5102" } This error does not occur with any other licensed images. I have tried different browsers, logging in and out of my account, and clearing my cache/browsing history. I believe it's the same issue as reported here: Cannot download specific imagesAny help would be appreciated!  Thanks

Starting yesterday stock images won't download. It moves them to one of my libraries. It has a Re-download for Free button next to the image. But no matter how many times I click it, the image won't download to my computer. There is nothing inside Google Downloads when I check my browser so it's not even making it to my computer.I've downloaded 100s of images from Adobe Stock before and never had this issue until yesterday. I've tried logging in and out of my account. I've tried a different browser. I've logged off and back onto my computer and nothing is working. 

I keep getting this error when I try to buy an image I generated. This has never happened before. I logged out and signed back in and tried to contact chat help but they just left the chat.

It looks like they find a prompt and just upload every variation of that it outputs. Definitely quantity over quality approach  - all of it is untagged AI images 

The text in file 697635608 is supposed to be editable, but it is not - the text has been flattened and rasterized. How do I report this and get my credit back?

Hello! I am a newbie and I can't figure it out, please explain. My portfolio has stopped growing.I upload works daily. The works accepted by Adobe in the last week are not displayed in the public profile. At the same time, some previously uploaded works are displayed there twice.So, the public profile does not display all the information about my works. I am worried that a potential buyer will not be able to see all my works. How can I fix this?Thank you in advance for your answer.

I can't download stock images with the free trial, even though it says you can download 10 images with the trial. Every time I click to download, a pop-up window appears, asking me to select a plan. I proceed by clicking the free trial, then pop-up says, 'Good News, looks like you already have a plan,' and closes. This process keeps repeating, and it won't let me download anything. Does someone know how to solve this?  

Central Park NYC AI Gen Photo  How do photos get accepted by Adobe? Central park lake does not have an island. How does one report this I see no way to flag it

I recently noticed a massive surge of AI generated stock photos added to Adobe Stock. The main issue is that many of them are showing up even when they are supposed to be filtered out. The quality of them are horrible and its frankly absurd that Adobe hasn't noticed or done anything about it? If a creator is uploading untagged AI art, they should be immediatly banned. There are multiple accounts tied to peopleimages.com such as D Donson/peopleimages.com which are uploading utagged gargabe and muddying what was once a decent library of assets.  I'm greatly considering ending my acccount since I cant imagine this issue will get much better until a high level system is put in place for better ai detection or Adobe's QA steps it up drastically. 

I licensed 210483322 as an Ai file but it's an embedded image into Illustrator and not editable. How can this be solved? Do I get my credit back? Can the author reupload an actual Ai file?

Does anyone besides me find it cheap and smarmy of Adobe to include AI generated images in their stock photos. It's a complete ripoff. Not to mention the art is rubbish. 

The Adobe Stock file number 266160291 is a series of Australian flags in the form of various ribbon styles. There is an ERROR on all of the flags in this file. There are an incorrect number of stars on each of the flags. I have included a screen shot and circled the error in green.

I am open to being incorrect here but Contributer BigJoy seems to be submitting AI generated images with no "AI generated" tag. Example 1 / Example 2 / Example 3 / Example 4 / Example 5 / Example 6 They all have that melty AI detail, especially examples 5 & 6 Really frustrating that there is no direct way to report this. Wastes everybodies time 

I want to cancel my subsciption to adobe stock, I've been paying the monthly fee for over a year and should not be committed to keep this subscription any more. Still- when I cancel, I have to pay a large fee for cancelling too soon. Tried to find customer support, does not exist?? Help.

I have the 10-assets a month Adobe Stock plan. I've had this plan for many years with no problems. However, now when I click on Stock in the CC app it gives me an error message saying it is not available on my account. Same thing happens when I go to the Adobe Stock site directly on my browser. I've had three Adobe Support people take a look at it, including one who did a remote session into my Mac to see the configuration. They can't figure it out and keep saying they will have to get back to me. Now Adobe Support has gone silent on me, even though I see the support ticket is still open.  I found one "workaround" (which is unacceptable to me)... I bookmarked a stock search a long time ago in my browser. If I go back to that bookmark, I can access the Adobe Stock site and download images.  Anyone else running into the "Adobe Stock is not available on your account" error?

Should be 17 seconds but freezes after only a second. I have tried downloading it multiple times but no different. I had downloaded the preview the video previously which played fine, then the purchased download was corrupted. Please could I request a refund and the video to be fixed or removed asap.Thank you.

Here is  stock contributer that traces AI art and uploads it vector but dosen't lable it as generative ai so it pops up when you have no generative ai selected. most of their gallery is not labled AI Their images keep popping up in my search resultsdespite having “no generative AI” enabled. It’s getting annoying
