My account is up to date and all my ususal apps are working fine, but when I launch Stock it is though I do not have an account. I can search for assets but not download them. It prompts me to log in but never launches the log in box. I cannot access mock up psdt files I have already saved to my CC either. I have logged out and restarted multiple times. Any help would be great!
User "Art Gallery" has uploaded an image that has ai-generated assets in it, though the individual uploaded asset isn't technically AI itself: 631411736

Hi, I'm seeking a refund for Adobe Stock FILE #: 199634548 which purports to be an editable on the image but isn't. Please let me know if you need additional information!
FILE #: 353676143 - "Stripes" spelled incorrectlyI licensed this file, after purchase and printing I recognized the error. It's a good file, just unusable as is.
Two Adobe stock downloaded vector Ai files opening flat in Illustrator. I've never had this problem before, it gave the option to download as vector file vs jpg and saves as .ai file, but is flat like a jpg. Any insight is appreciated.
Hello, I bought an AI-generated image and realized too late that there are countless errors in it.Since I only need a small section, I can still use the image for social media. However, I want to prevent other users from making the same mistake. In my future image research, AI-generated images will definitely be excluded!Regardshttps://stock.adobe.com/de/images/green-power-plant-with-solar-panels-and-wind-turbines-renewable-energy-production-with-clean-energy-view-of-a-wind-farm-for-generating-electricity/700248501?prev_url=detail
Hoping someone from tech support can help. Thanks.
I often add Adobe Stock photo and video previews to my Libraries via the browser. They then show up in the Libraries tab of Premiere Pro. I add them to my project - with the watermark - and get approval from the client. When I get the ok, I click on the shopping cart icon on the asset in my Bin and proceed to license the asset. It tells me how many credits and I click ok. It shows up in my browser as a licensed item. Sometimes the licensed version is downloaded to my project and the watermark removed. But more often than not, the watermarked preview version is not replaced. The Progress window (attached) shows that downloading fails pretty frequently and I've got to do the extra work to download the assets manually and attach them to the project. It's been like this for years. So frustrating, particularly with fast moving and/or large projects.
Dear Adobe Team,I am writing to express my utmost disappointment and frustration with Adobe's recent decision to shut down the Adobe Stock site with little to no warning or notice. The manner in which this situation has been handled is completely unacceptable and has severely impacted my ongoing project, which is now in jeopardy due to the tight turnaround time and my inability to license the necessary footage and photos.Firstly, it is beyond comprehension why such a critical service would be taken offline without providing adequate notice to your users. As a professional who relies heavily on Adobe Stock for timely access to high-quality assets, this unexpected outage has caused significant delays and disruptions. My project deadlines are now at risk, and I find myself scrambling to find alternative resources at the last minute. To make matters worse, your chat support team continued to sell me credits for the site, despite the ongoing outage. This feels incredibly shady and deceptive,
I'm trying to purchase some vector graphics, but I've been getting this message for the last six hours:"Our systems are currently down for maintenance. However, you can still search and save assets to libraries. You can start using your credits again in 15 minutes."I can't figure out if there's an issue with our credits or if Adobe Stock is down. Can anyone help?
Unfortunately despite again trying all the potential solutions offered last week, we still seem to be experiencing isues with out Adobe Stock Account. As explained during our chat on Friday, our current '10 assset a month' account hasn’t renewed as we’d expected it to this morning and it seems as if its reverted to a pay on demand account? Whats more confusing is that I’m logging into the business profile yet appear (on at least some occasions) to be getting some aspects of my personal profile and even showing two Adobe Stock accounts at times ? All of the other users on the account are now only being offered pay on demand images whereas in the past they’ve had access to the aforementioned 10 assets a month account but are still unable to license any of those images due to an error with the payment method that doesn’t seem to be apparent on the admin account? I've tried to get in touch using the virtual assistant which is completely useless and are unable to reply
I have a persistent issue with my Adobe Stock account for months now. I am unable to buy more images when my credits run out. I just get an on screen message as per the attachment.... Can someone please help? I have contacted Abobe and their 'support' team are largely useless. I have seen community articles on here where people have spoke to the Engineering Team, but I cannot see how I can raise a ticket with them. Anyone know how to do this? This forum is my last resort before I consider cancelling my Adobe account. I have numerous other issues with the other software too (Illustrator mainly). Adobe are fast becoming one of the worst choices for software on the market. Cheers all.
I'd like to let you know this image has an inverted color temperature graphic. It is both scientifically inaccurate and misleading: https://stock.adobe.com/images/light-color-temperature-scale-kelvin-temperature-scale-visible-light-colors-infographics-shades-of-white-chart-vector-illustration-isolated-on-white-background/809450622?asset_id=809450622 1000K is supposed to be orange / red, while higher numbers should be blue. You can refer to wikipedia for quick proof: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Color_temperature
I have been in a cycle that is really frustrating me ever since I contacted chat support last night got thrown around in circles until I had to beg to speak to a supervisor only to be told I'll be called back and that experience has been going even worse so I need to try and see if I can get help here. I was able to use Adobe Stock website and obtain a license/asset yesterday morning, then when I tried to get another one not too long later I received an error it couldn't process it and to contact support. So I was like, did it not get paid? I checked, I was charged as of this morning successfully... so I have a current subscription, Ive been confirmed that by 5 support agents. I have told them (as my job in my day to day is internal IT support as it is) that I've cleared my cache and cookies several times, I've restarted, heck I've even tried 4 different devices now including a phone, two desktops, and a laptop and have tried different browsers
I keep coming across ai generated art that isnt tagged on adobe stock. example : File# 578724840 from I LOVE PNG This shows up as the first option when you search for doves with transparency and excluding ai but it is clearly ai generated. what should I do when I come across these?
Hello,I was browsing stock images and somehow licensed an image without intending to. FILE #: #456863423 - It is not a photo I would ever use and must have accidentally clicked the "License" button while simply browsing on the computer. I think I need help from an Adobe representative to UN-license the unwanted image? I have used many photo library sites before and never had this issue...typically, there is a confirmation step.
Hey, so I have this issue now since a week where I am able to license Stock videos/photos, but when downloading them, it's unbelievably slow. I read through older forum posts regarding this issue, however no solution seems to work for me. I tried different browsers, reset them, cleared cache/plugins, reinstalled a browser, no VPN whatsoever, disabled Anti-Virus, etc. This problem seems to be adobe stock specific, every other download works just fine, is this an error from adobes side?
Is there any level of quality control for the AI images that are uploaded to the library? This is on the first page when I searched 'hands holding signs' in vectors. It's so comically wrong, lazy and clearly just generated on mass and dumped into the library. Since the AI has become more and more popular, the quality of the library is dropping alarmingly.
Since I set up my new Macbook Pro, "save to library" no longer works under stock.adobe.com.I am logged in and have credits. Previously, when I clicked on the heart icon (save to library), a small window appeared in the top right corner where I could then assign it to the appropriate library. Accordingly, I had it in the Adobe programmes in the CC Libraries exactly in the library in which I had assigned it on the website. Now there is no reaction to my click on "Save to library".Does anyone have any idea why this might be?Many thanks in advance.JoergTranslated with DeepL.com (free version)
Tried to access my library in Adobe Stock today and got the message Could not load libraries. This started happening after I updated my email address in my profile today. It was working fine today until that change. Please assist.
I licensed a stock image that won't open in Abobe Illustrator. I have a Team account. It says that it could only partially open it, and its blank. #402270155
When I log into my Adobe account, I can't find my Adobe Stock invoices. Sometimes the invoice history appears, sometimes not. Support can't help and I have already tried all workarounds; open Adobe Stock in Chrome incognito Window; automatically choose profile etc. Sometimes it works and sometimes it don't. Right now it doesn't work and I have to send the invoice to our economy department. Every month I spend at least an hour just on trying to find my invoices. I see in the forum posts that this is a known bug and a hugh source of frustration for many persons. Can someone please support me on this issue? I would really appreciate if someone could share a solid solution that always works.
