Buenas tardes, encuentro un fallo constante en el menú desplegable de mis bibiotecas es muy lento en iniciar y en muchas ocasiones no muestra los nombres de las bibliotecas se queda con cajas grises y hay que reiniciar la aplicación o esperar a que se quiera solucionar solo. Y en ocasiones le doy a guardar imagen en una bliblioteca y me da error, no me deja guardarla. Tengo que reiniciar la web, desloguearme y esperar que quiera funcionar.Os sucede algo similar, trabajo también con Shutterstock y es infinitamente más fluido que Adobe Stock, os sucede los miso? Alguna soluciópn o problemas conocidos con navegadores.

Hi, I clicked to view an image and it licenced it, but I don't want it. How do I delete to regain my credit?  It would be great if there was a two step verification process for licencing images. The file number is 264904365 (beautiful young woman with big earings pose in studio). Many thanks.

Hi there, I feel like you guys used to have a feature where you could click on an image and search for additional images that use the same model. Did this feature disappear? I can't find it. It's making it really hard to do my job. Any advise is greatly appreicated. 

Hello. How do I access my entire Adobe Stock library. I have according to info 509 items But it only shows me 65. What is it?

So, I went to their recommended "support" area of https://helpx.adobe.com/support.html. I can't find the Adobe Stock plan subscription under My Plan page and cancel it. The video is useless if the plan didn't appear in My Plan paghe. My card was charged and I would like to cancel it asap! 

Would be great if when searching an image we could mouse over the thumbnail and the title pops up, instead of having to click and expand it... would save lots of time.

I bought FILE #:  232919330 Which claimed to be a transparent vector , however when I open it in Illustrator, what I thought was the transparency grid is actually part of the image which I cannot seperate. I can't use it for its intended purpose unless it is transparent. Any tips?

I purchased hundreds of images on the Dollar Photo Club website which was acquired by Adobe in 2015 or so, and shut down shortly thereafter. I had downloaded the list of downloads to serve a proof of licencing but suffered a hard disk crash recently and lost that list.I assume that Adobe is responsible for Dollar Photo Club's obligations towards its clients since it acquired it before deciding to shut it down. I kept all my receipts which refer to the various transactions on the Dollar Photo Club website. The total amounts to several hundred dollars.My question is: Can Adobe help me retrieve the list of downloads I made on Dollar Photo Club?

Hi! My client whom I've transferred use of licensed adobe stock images to received a notice of copyright infringement via someone's personal email. All licenses are up-to-date as far as I can tell...unless there are expirations on licenses that aren't listed in the terms? I can't find anywhere in my account that lists an expiration date on licensed images...am I missing something? Thx!

Hi, migth be, there's something I don't understand... In general I use music in my Youtube videos that I licensed via Adobe Stock, means I paid for the use, right? Right? For several weeks now, whenever I upload a video including music from Adobe Stock (mostly by Epidemic Sound) I get a copyright complaint.   Could anyone please explain this to me? That sh** is f***ing annoying. If that's the new normal, it doesn't make any sense for me to pay a monthly subscription fee for Adobe Stock. Do you agree?   Thanks, Mike

Is anyone else having trouble with Adobe Stock? I go on the website and when I click on anything nothing works. Nothing saves to my favorites, won't download previews, and even when I click license, nothing happens. I cleared my browsing history, cookies, and cache, rebooted my computer twice and the website still will not respond to anything I do.

I getting an error message back when I try to license (standared license) and image. Error message states that a system error has occured. Has anyone else experienced this and how was it resolved? I've tried the usual - logging out, clearing cache, different browser etc. but no joy. Thanks in advance.

I bought a vector graphic (.ai) which is not the quality i expected. When changing the color Mode of the file in Illustrator from rgb to cmyk it breaks the entire design (gradients). Lines are only looking good on a colored background but not on a transparent background.Can I get a refund for this graphic?Thanks for help.

Hi, Weird question here.Someone who is creating a brandbook for one of companies i work with  is using images with watermarks.  I asked them if watermarks will disappear in the final document?And they told me that:'No, this is perfectly legal and common practise to use watermarked images as examples in these types of documents'. I'm pretty sure this is not how things work. Is there any document on adobestock website I can show them to confirm my guess?I know other stockimages websites state very clearly that you can't use watermarked images in end product, somehow I cant find anything similar in adobe stock policy. Thank's 

Dear all,   I would like to ask a couple of questions an hope you can help me with.   1) I am making magazines, brochures, flyers, business cards, etc. for various clients. I would like to know if I can use Adobe Stock images, graphics, etc. in the magazine which I create, but the magazine owner is the client (I only do the graphic design, put images into articles etc.). Can I use Stock resources in the articles as well as magazine cover? There are also client´s / authors´images in the magazines, so the Stock images wil be in some parts only. Is this usage OK with a standard licence? The magazine is printed approx. in 20,000 copies and it is put on client´s website in PDF file.   2) What if I use brochure or flyer design for the client. There will be some client´s text so is it necessary to modify the design or is it possible to use design without any modification? It will be printed max.in 10,000 copies (I do not know if the client put it on their website). Is standard

Hola, compré una foto con su debida licencia a través de adobe stock la cual utilice en una gráfica para mis redes sociales, pero una usuaria me dice que aparece "su casa" en la foto y que no puedo usarla, porque es propiedad privada, que se hace en estos casos si yo legalmente compré la foto a través de este banco de imágenes???Gracias!!

...multiple icon packs from the same "designer." The glass/mesh overlay is leaving lines on nearly every single icon. With lackluster Illustrator skills, I am able to remove the box causing my angst, though I lose the gloss (fine, I guess), but I am not prepared to click the heck out of it until the offender is isolated, cut the box, wash, rinse, repeat for 180+ icons per pack across multiple packs. I cancelled my Stock account...so many issues with so many files and no recourse...but my question is: Is there anyway to select all problematic layers and remove these boxes wholesale without developing carpal tunnel synrome?

Hi, I can't access stock.adobe.com on any of my devices. I always get:Error 403 ForbiddenForbiddenGuru Mediation:Details: cache-sna10732-LGB 1623923537 4271251102Varnish cache server I have tried in multiple browsers. I have tried loading it from InDesign and Creative Cloud Desktop. Same problem. I can go to any other adobe site, including https://contributor.stock.adobe.com/ with no problem. Please help.
