Hello,I had a trial on Adobe Stock, and I was charged for a full month. Later, I canceled my subscription, and you offered me a three-month free extension, which I accepted. However, I've noticed that I am being charged again in April, even though I am not currently using the service. If I attempt to cancel my subscription now, I see there is a 160 EUR fee, which seems unreasonable. Please assist me in resolving this matter.Thank you.
My company makes tons of art every day. We have a strict policy of not using AI art, always exclude AI art in Adobe Stock. But, this image came up and I think the contributors might have found a way around labeling the art as AI:"...a Photoshop creation" https://stock.adobe.com/images/an-elephant-by-the-sea-in-sunrise-a-photoshop-creation-on-the-beach-of-mauritius-there-is-a-kenyan-element-in-the-grass-and-sunrice/328737775 This is worrisome if AI art will be sneaking in and rights issues. Some vendors will not accept any sort of AI art.

This asset is identified as "Penticton Bridge" when in fact it is Okanagan Falls, British Columbia. Please correct the location. Thank you.
The following image is of unacceptable quality to be included in the stock repository. It is a whale generated through AI which has three fins (one of which is coming out of its eye). Images like this clutter the system and searches with unusable junk, making it even more difficult to find quality images.FILE #: 585452951https://stock.adobe.com/images/humpback-whale-breaching-and-landing-isla-de-la-plata-plata-island-ecuador-generative-ai/585452951?prev_url=detail
I had a bunch of credits last week and when I logged on today they are all gone? Any idea of why that would occur? Thank you!
While using stock.adobe.com I get a "Risky domain blocked" warning from Norton safeweb. The warning is presented after I license and asset. I am concerned that Adobe is leveraging an unsafe cdn.
hi, im trying to download: https://stock.adobe.com/au/images/traditional-korean-dance-with-the-drum-ljanggu-chumr-black-and-white-seamless-background-pattern/310832440 but it shows that "This asset cannot be licensed."
Adobe Stock does not indicate the number of purchased credits, which is unfriendly. This type of sales method is illegal in Japan. The number of credits required to purchase each asset should be clearly stated on the website or Help.

The asset in question is 625062663, I downloaded it because the thumbnail looks ok, however upon opening the .ai file I can now see the image very poor quality and cannot be used in my project. I'm afraid the misleading thumbnail will cause other users the same problem, I had, please remove the asset from the library. Here is a closeup of the asset:
Dear Adobe Support,I am currently encountering issues with my Adobe Stock account. Although I have an Adobe Enterprise version provided by my university, which previously allowed me unlimited access to Adobe Stock, I am now unable to download any assets. My account still displays that I have an unlimited Adobe Stock option, but every attempt to download results in failure.I have confirmed with my university's IT department, and they have assured me that no changes were made on their end. This leads me to believe that the issue might be on Adobe's side. Here are the details of my situation:Adobe Product Used: Adobe Enterprise VersionUniversity Affiliation: edith cowan universityProblem Description: Unable to download from Adobe Stock despite having an unlimited account.Error Messages Received: No errors, but can't download anything even can't do anything with adobe stockTroubleshooting Steps Taken: cache cleard, browser chanaged, ... etcI would greatly appreciate any gui

Hi, I am new to Adobe Stock and was browsing to add images to my library. Unfortunately, while searching, I mistakenly clicked on the icon to license picture #235618788 instead of viewing its details. Can this picture be unlicensed, considering I have not downloaded it? Thank you for your assistance!
Hi I am trying to understand why the search engine returns a different number of images depending on the order in which the keywords are entered. If I search for "england cottage" I get 27,613 images, AND If I search "cottage england I get 27,613 images If I search "english cottage" I get 1,282,804 images returned, BUT If I search "cottage english" I only get 23,924 Any ideas why? I'm familar with downloading stock images and familiar with how purchased apps work within Adobe. But, my purchase of Adobe Stock has been a challenge these last two weeks!!! Our Admin purchased the Stock app for my Adobe login. However, we were unable to figure how to access the paid versopm, we could only access the unpaid version. I searched my Adobe login to figure out how to access the Stock addition assigned to my account. Our Admin reached back out to Adobe for additional support which didn't deliver us to the paid version. It never showed up in the paid app section. Today we thought to try logging into my federated account, searched the apps for Stock. I clicked on a random image and, license to test it. <All the other times, a window popped up requesting me to pay for the app.> UGH, now I'm the owner of a very pretty photo that I won't use. Adobe Stock #672113473Granted it was my bad, I clicked the button but would it be possible to
We have a shared library of bought images in our team plan. Lately the images will appear several times in the library, and sometimes the unlisenced images still stay there after purchase. The software used doesn't make difference, the same situation appears in whole team in all used softwares. Can this bug please be fixed?
Yesterday my team was able to download images from Adobe Stock within our Pro team plan. This includes unlimited Adobe Stock images. Today, when I go to Adobe Stock I have to buy an image rather than having a download option. We have not changed our plan and each user is under the team organization.
Hello, I'm trying to add a solid color background in Illustrator to image 541121258 – I have downloaded the transparent PNG but unfortunately the edges of the illustration are jagged. Why is this not available as vector? I may have to go back to the client and choose a different image. See screenshot attached.
The answer is not to tag or exclude AI images from searches; the answer is to review images before they are posted. Have a look at #583461015. How can Adobe charge for that that image? Shame on them. [moderator detached this from a thread to be able to move it to the bugs section. For context, see here: https://community.adobe.com/t5/stock-discussions/ai-generated-images/td-p/13768047]
Hello, I always have the same error message when I want to take an image from Adobe Stock. test on several PCs and several browsersThx a lot .
